I misunderstood that parking is included in the price, so there is an extra cost of nearby garage of €20.

Nice stay

Very cozy, big apartment, good temperature in the apartment, clean. Excellent attention in the reception. Very convenient the stores around and coffees with supermarket.

Access to the building old, parking far away when you travel with kids. Difficult to handle family and luggage. WiFi was not working, no smart TV for that reason

Exceptional

We are for the third time in the same building and it again met out expectations. Very clean, great heating system, great location and view from the flat. Service is very polite and forthcoming, we got additional bed for our child. Sofa"s in the living room were very comfortable. Discpunt for the parking is a nice touch. There is also dish washer and washing machine which is making it even better for the family. Also a lots of space for storage. We will be back.

If we ever had any need this was very fastly resolved.

Nothing to complain about the apartment itself. If you are noise sensitive you better avoid it during weekends. It's located in the party zone and therefore extremly busy (noisy) until 2 am in the morning.

Noisy big apartment - too big & too noisy for 1 night

Location was in the centre of Triste. Apartment was big and specious. It was nice in terms of comfort, and it was rather clean. WiFi was very good.

Because the location was in the centre of the centre of Trieste, and we were staying there for 1 night (Friday-Saturday), it was unbeleivably noisy until 4 am. So sleeping was a big no. So maybe it is more appropriate for young people 18-25 years old, who will be up all night. Apartment owner offers a 10% discount in the public parking San Giusto, but note that there is no way to find parking there since it is almost always totally full. Note that public parking is a big problem in Trieste. Also kitchen accessories was poorly washed so whatever we used needed additional washing. Toilet seat was broken.

The apartment was stunning! looked exactly like the pictures! location is excellent. Despite being very central, not noisy at all. The host was so helpful and on hand to answer any questions. Highly recommended!

Not necessarily a drawback, but with an amazing location in the center also means it is not as quit as a suburb. Just something to keep in mind when booking.

Beautiful apartment in city center.

Apartment is literally in the city center in pedestrian part. It is clean and appropriate size. Bathroom is nice and clean and has everything needed. It has small fridge and beds were okay for comfort. Quiet inside and has central air conditioning. Big and modern parking garage near and by walk 5-10 minutes from the apartment. This was second time for me to stay in this apartment and i would recommend it.

Lovely apartment in the old town. Can walk to most places from here

Lovely large lounge/ kitchen. Nice sofa, dining table and chairs. Building has been renovated to a high standard with built in air con.

Furniture apart from sofa and chairs were cheapest IKEA which didn’t fit the high end apartment. Leg of one bedside table and one bed were wonky. Good sized bathroom but small shower inside which worked but was odd. Unfortunately the location has outdoor DJ’s some nights until 1am. We were there during a public holiday so had this 3 out of 6 nights. Usually it’s just weekends I am told.

super nice location, nice staff, big and modern apartment

overall clean apartment but shower screen was very dirty at the bottom and has not been maintained in a while. Also the upper kitchen surfaces were full of dust. Parking is not nearby (200m away) and costs 17€ per day.

Superb room in the heart of Trieste

The apartments are in a central location in Trieste just a few hundred meters from Piazza Unita d'Italia. It has no parking, but the San Guisto parking lot (approx. 5 minutes away) usually have free spots, and the hitel provides additional discounts. The room was spatious and clean with all the amenities a couple wants on holiday. Breakfast is not included, but the offer discount in the Cafe below: price is great, various sandwiches and pastries available with some warm options; nevertheless, the coffee is great. (Basically all around Italy 😉) What we experienced to be the best is the front office's willingness to help. We had medical issues during the weekend, and they immediately started organizing a visit in the hospital. We would skip the medical part, but we couldn't be more satisfied than we are now. Grazie mille Ritter's!

Central location, comfortable and new space, great stay for two couples.

It was a hot summer day, and apartment was comfortably chilled since AC was on. It has a nice chill vibe. Coffee shop with buffet breakfast is in the same building.

The location was perfectly central with a cafe on the bottom floor. An elevator was a definite plus and the rooms were spotless. The AC worked really well and the beds were super cozy.

Location, staff.

Don't book room no. 14 at the top floor unless you are a very small person. It is also in-between another room and its bathroom, hence very noisy at night, wenn guests rush from the room to their seperate bathroom.

Great located apartment. Really nice hosts.

Property is in perfect location, in city center, host were really kind and helped us and reccommended perfect restaurant nearby. It has nice facilities, also toys for kids to play around. Only bad thing is that we took a room in the attic so we hit our head in wood boards, it was so low ceiling, so I woukd rather reccommend regular room. Bathroom was so clean and with all necessities.

Exceptional

The information to arrive and to enter the building was very clear and was available with time in my mail and at the booking web page. The building was very well located and everything was clean and confortable. We loved the fact that we had tea and coffee available in our room.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We have no complains about the place or anything related.
