Nice flat to stay centric at Trieste

Great location, quite close to the main sights of the city and with a supermarket just across the street (absolutely convenient) flat was roomy, felt cozy and was pristine clean. The host was always attentive and supportive and provided useful info.

Tutto come da descrizione e da istruzioni date.

Il chek-in online non è stato difficile ma non era chiaro se occorressero i dati o comunque la presenza al momento del check-in di tutti gli ospiti. In realtà poteva farlo anche solo una persona che si prendeva la responsabilità per tutti gli ospiti. Non sapendolo io e i miei familiari ci siamo dovuti ritrovare al momento del check-in.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése és tágas.

Egy picit dohos volt a fürdőszoba, de nagyon tiszta amúgy! Ez valószínű a társasház adottsága. Mivel 5-en voltunk, a kanapét ki kellett nyitni, így viszont nem volt közösségi tér, az kicsit hiányzott. De amúgy az egész összességében nagyon jó.

Es hat alles gepasst!

Perfekte Lage; perfekte Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel aber auch guter Ausgangspunkt, wenn man die Stadt zu Fuß erkundet. Im Appartement haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr sauber!

Căn hộ rất rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Đối diện ngay bên đường là siêu thị Lidl. Mọi người có thể tìm bãi đỗ xe dễ dàng ở quanh đó.

Appena fuori, ma in pieno centro

Ottima posizione, parcheggio senza problemi, dieci minuti a piedi dal centro. Appartamento spazioso e luminoso, palazzo dai muri spessi come quelli di una volta, interni ben ristrutturati. Un piacere tornare "a casa" per godersi un po' di riposo dopo le fatiche da turisti!

Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien

Die Lage der Wohnung war ausgezeichnet ca.10min zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Die Einrichtung war super passend für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder sowie die Ausstattung der Küche. Weiter zu ergänzen Marta die Eigentümerin war sehr bemüht hat uns alles erklärt welche Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten wir besuchen sollten. Alles in allem ein sehr sehr schöner und interessanter Urlaub.

Die Parkplatz suche war am Anfang etwas mühsam aber mit etwas Zeit wurde ein Parkplatz gefunden.

Fantastisk lägenhet med bra läge

Det fanns allt, sköna sängar, full utrustat kök, rymliga rum. Nya vitvaror och fantastiska sängkläder. Nära till bussar, betal stränder ( en billig 15kr/per som separerar kvinnor och män och en dyr 110kr/ per för hela familjen). Stor mataffär tvärs över gatan och gå avstånd till det mesta.

Отличная квартира, в отличном состоянии без видимых повреждений и без грубого использования

Мы приехали поздно в 22-00, но заселение прошло без проблем. Марта любезно показала нам квартиру и ответила на все наши вопросы. Квартира большая, удобная для проживания семьи, полный комплект посуды, бытовой техники и бытовой химии, шампунь и мыло в дозаторах. Некоторые гости писали что не было тостера сушилки для белья, теперь все есть: и тостер, и металическая сушилка, и блендер. Так же доступна общественная веревка сушки для белья большого формата (в итальянском стиле). Есть капсулы кофе и коллекция чая. На кухне можно приготовить любое блюдо. В квартире чистота. Наша маленькая собака любит залазить под кухонную мебель, мы проверили - там тоже чисто. Удобные кровати и хорошее бельё, достаточный комплект полотенец. Удобные ставни на окнах закрывают от солнца. Lidl и парковка под окном. Парковка на улице бывает занятя, но подождать 5-10 минут и будет свободное место бесплатно. Для собак первый газон доступен через метров 30 (надо пройти прекресток по светофору)и это ближайшее дерево с газоном. После повернув направо и пройдя 100 метров будет доспно несколько небольших лужаек. Мы несколько раз обращались к Марте с вопросами личного характера и она быстро и любезно ответила и помогла решить наши проблемы не связанные с квартирой. Мы очень благодарны.

Un appartamento ampio e confortevole da cui è facile godere di Trieste e dintorni.

L'appartamento è all'interno di un ex fabbricato pubblico ed è stato completamente ristrutturato di recente. Inoltre è completo di tutte le cose che possono essere utili per il soggiorno. Le stanze sono ampie e corredate ognuna di tv. Speriamo di tornare per un altro giro a Trieste e costa dalmata.

Il parcheggio intorno alla casa esiste ma in certe ore della giornata non è facilissimo trovare posto(anche a pagamento)
