Overall it was good -- as I say, especially for our large group.
The location was good and the apartment itself was very spacious -- a great place for a large group. There were eight of us, and the roomy common areas were especially welcome. One night of our stay we cooked together, and that was great fun. The table was big enough for us all.
There were two bathrooms, which was great, but the layout was pretty bad. They were back to back, and each one was maybe a meter wide and 7-8 meters long. Difficult to use, and the door latch on one was missing, so they put in a hook and eye bracket, but the door kept flying open even when locked. The bath towels were like tablecloths. No cutting board or decent knife in the kitchen, which we asked for, but no response from the hosts. Also, we were cold the last two days. They said the heat was working, but it wasn't -- the radiators didn't come on at all after the first night, and it was 11.6 degrees outside.

Bagni vecchi e troppo stretti (quasi impossibile utilizzare i Wc e i bidet) con muffa nelle docce. Una doccia troppo bassa, non utilizzabile per chi è più alto di 1.60 m. Forno a microonde e macchinetta del caffè utilizzabili solo se poggiati sul pavimento per assenza di prese sul piano cucina e prolunga inadatta alla spina. Cuscini dei letti vecchi e ingialliti, direttamente sotto la federa senza copri cuscini. Padelle antiaderenti rovinate e senza coperchi. Stato di decadenza generale, casa vecchia e arredata con mobili di recupero. Assenza dei proprietari e della loro sostituta.

A szállásadó személyesen, nagyon kedvesen fogadott, könnyen bejutottunk és gördülékeny volt az üzenetváltás. A vonatállomástól kb. 15 perc gyalogosan. Buszok is járnak a lakás közelében, a belváros könnyen elérhető tömegközlekedéssel. Tiszta, rendezett lakás, a konyha szépen kialakított és jól felszerelt, bár nincs sütő.
A fürdőszobák nagyon keskenyek, hosszúak, ami érthető amiatt, hogy 2 fürdőszobát alakítottak ki kis helyen, de kicsit kényelmetlen volt így. A lakás egy forgalmas út mellett van, ahonnan folyamatos hang és erős szmog jött be, így nem tudtunk egyáltalán szellőztetni és ablakokat kinyitni.

​Cet appartement est spacieux et d'une propreté impeccable. Le propriétaire est très gentil et accueillant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité d'un parking couvert payant, ce qui a été d'une grande aide car il est très difficile de trouver une place dans la rue. ​Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.
​Le seul petit bémol est que la décoration pourrait être modernisée, mais cela est largement compensé par la propreté irréprochable des lieux. Pour plus de commodité, nous suggérons d'ajouter une rallonge électrique supplémentaire.

Veliki stan sa svim neophodnim posuđem, aparatima za kafu, sudo i veš mašinom, 15 minuta peške od Trga ujedinjenja Italije, 3km od prelepe Barcola plaže, u blizini marketi Pam i Coop, dosta kafića u neposrednoj blizini za jutarnju kafu. svaka preporuku pogotovu za veće grupe.

Bene ma non benissimo
La posizione a 11minuti dalla stazione e a 20 dal centro e che fosse servita da più autobus. L'accoglienza del proprietario che nonostante l'ora serale ci ha aspettati e accolti con pazienza e calore. Per questo, grazie mille a lui.
Zanzariera rotta della finestra della cucina e con tanto di cartello scritto sopra al davanzale interno di non aprire, ma che non ci era stato detto e quindi niente luce e sole durante il giorno, colazione con luce accesa per le imposte chiuse che non si potevano quindi aprire, niente coperte in più nell'armadio, essendo la casa grande vi era un po' freddo, poco male, una tuta ed una felpa oltre al pigiama x andare a letto. Non proprio ideale direi. A parte il sapone x le mani in bagno, niente bagnoschiuma x la doccia e li ho sempre trovati in altri appartamenti in precedenti vacanze e carta igienica insufficiente x due giorni e mezzo e tre notti essendo in quattro. Niente di grave, ma insomma poteva essere meglio di cosi.

Appartamento perfetto, cucina da rivedere.
La grandezza dell'appartamento. Il parcheggio a pagamento vicino che costa 50 cent l'ora. Il fatto che in 15-20 minuti a piedi sei in centro.
Noi abbiamo cucinato solo una volta, però la cucina sarebbe un pò da sistemare. La lavastoviglie non lava bene e abbiamo dovuto lavare i piatti a mano, l'induzione è carente, se devi scaldare due pentole al massimo non puoi perchè se alzi un fornello, l'altro si abbassa. Tre pentole contemporaneamente e impossibile. Poi c'è una moka ma non il piatto a induzione per usarla. Ci è stato detto di usarla solo in certi fornelli, ma non andava comunque.
