Son derece temiz ve düzenli bir ev ihtiyacınız olan tüm malzemeler hatta daha fazlası evde mevcut. Aracınıza özel otopark olması çok büyük bir avantaj bulunduğu konum itibari ile de 10 dakikalık bir yürüyüşle merkeze gidip gelebiliyorsunuz. Ev sahibine bir mesaj mesajla ulaşabiliyorsunuz size hemen yanıt veriyor. Eve ilk vardığımızda bizim için dolapta bıraktığı su çok iyi bir jestti.

Het appartement heeft goede voorzieningen en is zeer schoon. Het is dichtbij het centrum en het station. Supermarkten en een bakker zijn op loopafstand te vinden. Er is een bushalte voor de deur, of op een paar minuten lopen, voor vele bestemmingen. Er worden duidelijke instructies gegeven om zelf toegang te krijgen tot het appartement.
Permanent verkeerslawaai (met geopende ramen en deuren) kan als hinderlijk ervaren worden als je er niet aan gewend bent. De matrassen zijn nogal zacht als je van stevig houdt, maar dat blijft persoonlijk.
