When we rented this apartment we were attracted to the location up in one of Trieste's many hills. Having installed ourselves we found a beautiful apartment overlooking the bay of Muggia, clean, sunny, and very spacious for two (although the apartment is intended for at least four). We were told there is a bus right if front of the apartment. What we didn't expect is that this bus took us downtown in ten to fifteen minutes; the same going back! So it is an excellent solution for all who want to be in nature quickly, but also to go downtown and enjoy all Trieste has to offer. Thus, this is an apartment not only for people with a car, but also for those depending on public transportation. However, the five flight of stairs is a consideration for those who are used to elevators!!!! In the three weeks we stayed there we enjoyed every minute and our landlady Barbara was most gracious and helpful. Maoz & Renate Tel Aviv, Israel

The apartment is comfortable, with a superb view on the city and the gulf. Rooms are wide and pleasant. Bus stop just in front of the building, and less that 10 minutes to the centre; and there is even a late night bus. And walking down to the city centre, trough the park, is a relaxing 30-40 minutes (^From^ city centre, it's about 120 meters uphill, but not too steep). Highly recommended. I'll use it again.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, gut eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig, mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Bushaltestelle 1 Minute vorm Haus, Bus Nr. 11 kommt alle 7 Minuten, Fahrt in die Innenstadt dauert ca. 15. Minuten.

Points positifs : joli appartement joliment décoré, agréable à vivre, lumineux. La clim est efficace et très appréciée en été. L'immeuble est silencieux. Nous avons trouvé un appartement propre et bien tenu. La qualité des matelas est indéniable. Nous y avons bien dormi. Points négatifs : Abritel mentionnait trois chambres (erreur corrigée depuis) alors qu'il n'y en a que deux. L'aspirateur était introuvable (enfermé à clef dans un réduit dont nous n'avions pas les clefs) et l'aspirateur de remplacement était inutilisable (sac plein). L'accueil fut déroutant. Un SMS nous informant que nous trouverions les clefs devant l'appartement dans une boîte. Par conséquent des informations ne nous ont jamais été données (comment mettre en route le lave vaisselle et le chauffe eau de la cuisine). Les relations avec la propriétaire ont été tendues. Cette dernière ayant été fort désagréable (euphémisme) au téléphone après qu'abritel lui ait signalé nos désagréments. Verdict : appartement intéressant et à louer mais ne vous attendez pas à avoir de bonnes relations bien cordiales avec sa propriétaire.

Very nice apartment: clean, spacious, comfortable, equipped in all necessary for living stuff. We especially admired many artistic details in furniture. Outstanding view on the gulf from the balcony. Quiet and green nieghbourhood. We had no problem with finding a place to park a car. Easy connection to the city centre with a bus. The owner was always accessible and very helpful. The only thing lacking was lift, but only when carrying a family luggage :) We sincerely recommend staying in Panoramico if you plan to visit Trieste.

Das Appartement liegt im obersten Stock eines 5 stöckigen Gebäudes ohne Aufzug. Älteren Menschen Menschen könnte das Treppensteigen u.U. zum Problem werden. Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen hat man vom Balkon einen großartigen Blick über die Stadt nach Südosten auf Slowenien und den Hafen. Das Appartement ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Einziges Manko war die Toilettenspülung, die sich sehr sehr langsam nachfüllte. Wir schickten der Vermieterin diesbezüglich einen Hinweis, sie versprach, dass sie die Spülung sogleich richten lassen will. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin verlief absolut ohne Probleme und sehr freundlich. Das Appartement liegt nicht im Zentrum der Stadt - ein Vorteil, wenn man mit dem eigenen Auto anreist, da man in der Innenstadt praktisch unmöglich kostenfreie Parkplätze bekommt. Die Busverbindung (Linie 11, Nachts auch Linie A) in die Innenstadt ist hervorragend und fährt alle paar Minuten direkt vor dem Haus ab. Fahrtzeit ca. 20 Minuten. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend!

A nice apartment from a helpful owner at the borders of the city. A good walk from downtown Triest and only minutes from a big park and the woods. The bus to the city stops in front of the door and it's easy to park the car. We enjoyed Trieste, the view from the apartment, its surroundings, Slovenia and Croatia. All nearby and included in the view from the balcony. The apartment is tasteful furnished and well equipped. A nice place to stay if you don't mind walking up the stairs to have that great view.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much. the view from the balcony is astounding. It is well and nice equiped. It was clean and the landlady was very helpful with tourist informatiosn. The bus station is right in front the house so you are within 10-15 minutes right in the wonderful city center of Trieste. Nice Pizzeria (Pizzeria Giaguaro) with great view and a little grocery within walking distance. We frankly can recommend this arpartment!

Estuvimos un grupo de 9 personas en el apartamento en abril, un grupo de estudiantes. El apartamento está muy bien, pero está lejos del centro porque está a las afueras, al final de una cuesta. Lo bueno es que justo delante hay una parada de bus que te lleva al centro en 10-15 minutos. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que la chica a quien le pagamos, que no era la propietaria, no nos dijo a qué hora teníamos que dejar el apartamento, y se presentó allí el día que nos íbamos a las 2 de la tarde para decirnos que teníamos que irnos a las 3 porque tenía que limpiar para los siguientes inquilinos. Se quedó allí vigilando hasta que nos fuimos. Por todo lo demás, muy bien.

Siamo state in questo appartamento bellissimo in Aprile! Veramente ben arredato con una vista fenomenale! Belisimi completi e asciugamani prafumati, casa molto pulita e una signora molto simpatica che ci ha accolti....... Non mancava veramente niente ,WI FI velocissimo!!!! Schermo piatto in tutte le stanze e possibilità di guardare film in streaming.......... Eravamo un gruppo di 8 persone ma siamo stati benissimo!!!!!!!!

Abbiamo alloggiato per ben 7 settimane in questo confortevole appartamento per motivi di lavoro. La posizione è tranquilla ed ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi altro punto della città. Arredamento ben curato, biancheria fornita e servizio pulizie ottimi!!! Forse pecca solo la mancanza di un ascensore, ma un po' di moto non fa mai male! Alla prossima occasione, ci si torna!!!

Casa bellissima con u panorama favoloso , ben ammobiliata con lenzuola e asciugamani coordinati di gusto. Non mancava niente tutto perfetto molto pulito materassi comodissimi e nuovi, arredamento curato nei minimi particolari e soprattutto bellissima zona residenziale in mezzo al verde a due passi dal centro . Quello che ho apprezzato in particolar modo e stata la facilità di trovare un bel parcheggio sotto casa la fermata dell autobus sotto casa e una gran tranquillità pur essendo a due passi dal centro ci tornerò sicuramente!!!!!!!!!!! La propietaria molto cordiale e disponibile e la signora che mi ha accolto che pulisce la casa molto brava e sempre disponibile, in tanti anni non ho mai trovato una casa cosi ben pulita come in un hotel a 4 stelle!!!!! Ci lascio il cuore perché a Milano non potrò mai godere del bel panorama Trieste panoramico!!!!!!!!

Sono stata in questo appartamento la seconda settimana di luglio insieme alla mia famiglia ed amici per assistere alla cerimonia di laurea di nostra figlia. Siamo stati più volte a Trieste sempre affittando piccoli appartamenti nel centro, ma questa volta avevo la necessità di avere numerosi posti letto e preferivo allontanarmi dal traffico della città. In effetti ho trovato un appartamento molto spazioso con 2 camere da letto ed un soggiorno molto grandi, una comoda cucina ben fornita di stoviglie ed elettrodomestici nuovi e ben funzionanti. Nel bagno, con finestra, e molto luminoso, c’era una lavatrice nuova e di ottima marca. Tutto l’appartamento era arredato con cura ed era molto pulito e abbiamo potuto soggiornare comodamente in sette persone. Nonostante si trovasse all’ultimo piano era fresco ed il balcone che si affacciava sul mare era riparato da una tenda a rullo che riparava dal sole. La proprietaria, oltre alle lenzuola per tutti i letti, aveva messo a nostra disposizione una notevole quantità di asciugamani. Notevole la tranquillità del luogo e la facilità di trovare posteggio veramente rara a Trieste. L’unico difetto che ho riscontrato, soprattutto i primi giorni, è stata la mancanza dell’ascensore ma il giudizio finale rimane ampiamente positivo.

Mi sono stabilita in questo appartamento, trovato in internet, pochi giorni, ma me lo sono goduta tutto! Il panorama è splendido, facevo colazione sul terrazzo e niente rumore di traffico. La fermata del bus è praticamente sotto casa, l'arredo è semplice, ma elegante......il materasso su cui ho dormito ottimo (ed è un aspetto essenziale per me)! Very lovely, Mari.

L'appartamento è veramente bellissimo con una delle più belle viste di Trieste!! La notte si potevano ammirare le colline il mare e le luci della città di giorno un panorama stupendo fino alla Croazia.. La casa è pulitissima con corredi eleganti quadri d'autore e mobili bellissimi..i dintorni sono bellissimi è immersa nel verde a 5 minuti dal centro città un vero paradiso. I parchi sono interessantissimi con la vista mare.Consiglierei la casa da un parente: si. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e i materassi sono comodi in lattice e memory cosa che ho molto apprezzato!!! La posizione è ventilata quindi non si soffre neppure il caldo.. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!!
