Every thing was perfect at the exception of the AC system which was working only in fan mode .It was not possible to cool down the appartment below 29 degree Celsius!

The apartment lacked a welcoming atmosphere. The air conditioning compressor, located in the bathroom, was excessively noisy. Additionally, we received only one thin pillow and one linen, which was inadequate for our needs. The Wi-Fi is unusable! We were very disappointed.

This property has two good features: location and size. Here are the issues: 1) Payment. They attempted to pre-authorize my card one week prior to arrival which was not a part of the contract while booking. I considered this to be fraud, because the company name was unfamiliar and had to do with cargo and shipping. I had to cancel my card and re-issue a new one being left with Apple-pay while traveling. Be aware of this. 2) The apartment is big, but the space is used unwisely. Exceptionally badly planned and silly decorated. I kept asking myself: did they buy all of this crap on TEMU? It is inconvenient everywhere: from the bathroom to the kitchen. 3) Air cond is the problem: it kept breaking down at C35+ outside. the main unit is located in the bathroom and makes noise. Hence, a technician came two times to fix it. 4) Wifi doesn't work. I don't think they ever tried to fix it. I gave up asking. 5) Coffee machine is a maze. I asked how to add water to it, but they didn't bother to explain. 6) You will not be able to cook something meaningful there: not enough tools, no kitchen knife, no chopping board. Ha, not even wine glasses! This is Italy, baby:) 7) Door handle is broken. Fix it. 8) There are better places at the same price around available to book. I made a mistake settling for this one. I have a suspicion that this set of apartments is run by completely incompetent in hospitality people. They have no idea about how to organise. Avoid!

Check in is via a Display in the stairhouse, due bad acoustic i had to shout my name all over the place five times to the screen, but the lady in the call-center did not understand. Very unpleasant situation! After i finally get into the Apt. i get all the time WhatsApp-reminders to pay the tourist tax. Even after the payment they continue to text and ask for the tourist tax of €4. For an extending day they offered me a room for while the same room was for 50% at Hotels.com, that's not nice.

We stayed at the Residence Theresia in advance of a cruise. The hotel was well kept and the facilities adequate. Check-in was relatively easy- though providing check-in documents, passport info and paying tax was difficult because we were traveling in advance of our arrival. Otherwise great place to stay. Very comfortable and quiet.

We loved our fabulous apartment and were sorry we could only stay one night. When we arrived by train, it was easy to walk to the hotel. It was also very simple to walk to the cruise terminal the next day. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. An excellent choice for anyone starting or finishing a cruise, but also worth a longer stay.

The suite was large and open. You could open windows & or doors across the suite to get a nice cooling breeze without turning on the AC. There were no instructions to operate the coffee / cappuccino machine. It is close to a shopping center if you want to eat in. Easy to do your breakfasts before heading out and or a quick snack before bedtime.

Lovely spacious apartment in the centre of Trieste, very good value for money, especially considering the price of the hotels nearby. The bed had a firm mattress, as I like it, and the sofas in the living room were very comfortable. I loved the style of the apartment - very Italian, with parquet floor and visible stone bricks. Would definitely return!

It was a pleasant surprise that i was given a beautiful suite for such a reasonable price. The rooms were already warmed up. Suggestion: it's time to clean the filters on the faucets. For the kitchen, wooden spoons will not scratch the skillet non stick surface.

This was a great place to stay before boarding or getting off a cruise ship. Located within easy walking distance from the train station and to the cruise port. Located near great shopping and restaurants. The place was warm, and comfortable. Not super fancy but i would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice place if you are walking or taking public transportation. Parking is a nightmare! Also be aware of early checkout time. 10:00 a.m. they charge 50 euros for late checkout.

Residence Theresia with its excellent location was an excellent base from which to walk the city. From the caffe opposite to the nearby restaurants, plenty of choice. The staff were most helpful. The studio apartment was not luxurious but most comfortable and good to come home to. Supermarket nearby.

Shower is tiny, only one roll of toilet paper provided and only 2 pillows provided, c'mon this is 21st century, not 1970's The air conditioning unit was noisy and the the open plan dining, living room and bedroom area had no door so noises from corridor outside travelled into the room. The coffee machine was prehistoric and as much as we tried we couldn't figure out how to use the thing as 4 pods of coffee had been provided (note; the only things provided). To summarise, thankfully we didn't spend anytime in the room other than sleeping (not peacefully or deeply) as it was basic amenities and no couch to sit on. August can be a hot and oppressive month in Italy so spend a bit more and ensure you have a better level of comfort.
