Apartment 65 square meter and 30 square meter terrace, suite room with 1 king bed, private bathroom. Large living room with 1 double sofa bed and another sofa, small fully equipped kitchen. Large terrace with exclusive views of the sea and the city. 5 minutes by car from the center and 10 minutes from the beach. Free parking. The house is surrounded by a beautiful private park and the area is quiet. free wi-fi. All space is private for the guest.

The apartment is well equipped and has a fantastic balcony with a great view of the sea and the old town of Trieste. We really enjoyed the few days. The location is ideal. The bus stop is right outside the door and you can get to the city centre very quickly by bus. There is also a private parking space for the car and we were even allowed to store our bikes in the landlord's private garage.The contact with Susy and her son was great. They provided us with lots of information about Trieste as well as cakes, jam and drinks.All in all, a perfect holiday.

The appartment was excellent, it was very clean and our hosts were very kind and generous. Food gifts were left for us ( regional breads and beer) apart from the well stocked larder for our use in the kitchen. I could communicate with them through WhatsApp, so any information etc I needed was quickly given. They offered to take us on a tour of the town and even took us out to the Castle Miramare. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Bus stop very close, 25 minute walk to town ( there are a flight of steps on the way but they can be avoided by walking straight on. Fresh fish available to buy just outside property boundary. Mini market 5 minute walk, supermarket 15 minute walk ( steep hill on the way back, we managed it we’re over 70 years old, easy bus journey also available. Cards and other games provided, balcony furniture extensive plus comfy cushions. We have never met such friendly, kind and generous hosts, and we have stayed in a lot of apartments around the world. We were even taken to the cruise port at the end of the week and I was given a pretty lavender bag as a present. Wonderful place and wonderful hosts.

The apartment is comfortable, convenient, in a great location and our host, Susy, was fantastic! Oh! and the large terrace has a magnificent view of the whole harbor, old town, and most of the bay! Susy met us upon arrival, solved some other issues we had, and then left us with a fridge full of breakfast and other goodies to ease us into the neighborhood shopping and so on. Later, when I got a cold, she even brought me cough medicine to help out! While the shower is a bit tight, the apartment is very comfortable with all the amenities you could care for. The apartment is very near the bus stop and taxi service is very good - everyone seems to know the address. If it's available, it's a great place to stay. Hopefully we can get back some day!
