Very good accomodation for the price. Perfect location. We could check in late, and check out at 11. It was great.

We ran out of hot water by the 4th person. But we could have been more careful with using it. Just be mindful of that. One of the bed made an ongoing sound if you just moved the tiniest bit. It was a bit annoying to fell asleep like that. But nothing serious. All in all a great stay.

Good for a one night budget stay but not for any longer

Located near to the train station and in a quiet area. Also had a book of recommendations for tourists which was helpful.

Overall, the apartment was not modern or clean. The bath, cooker/stove, and fridge should be updated. Only one shelf in the fridge and the bath was very old and dirty.

The location is very convenient

Dirty when you look out the most common places. Furniture is half broken. Bathroom door can't be locked. Bedroom door can't be closed. Overall lack of maintenance is obvious.

Fair price, nice location, not clean enough

Location was good, parking was not free but possible. The host was feally friendly and kind, he was proactive.

The apartment was not so clean, there were some DIY solution which were not finished, some equipment has to be changed like the sink or the bathtub.

Pleasant

The appartment was spaceous and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host was very nice and responsive, he also gave us some tips for dinner and sightseeing. We got towels and shampoo, there is also a washing machine and detergent which comes handy when you are traveling with little luggage.

Most of the furniture is very old and just repainted. There were about four broken chairs that are no use so we had to take turns when we were eating our breakfast.

Value for the money, near to the center, good location.

The check in must be more easier. Would be nice if the host tell the guests all the needed infos before they arrive to the property. Key is on different location, which is near but without pin code is impossibble to get it. After a long journey a quick check in would be nice. So the host respons time should be more quicker. Also if he update few things in the apartment he could increase the value of the property also a comfort for the guests. Also parking is headache.

The apartment is very spacious and very centrally located (but still in a quiet area, we didn't hear any noise at night). The owner was very helpful and friendly, he gave us very detailed instructions for check in and check out and gave us some nice tips about local restaurants. The forniture is kind of basic and the apartment is a bit old, but it was very clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable as well, so for us it was great, we would definitely stay again!

The host is very friendly. Opposite the building is the parking lot. The host recommended an online parking APP to us, which is convenient and cheap.

Very nice host. Nice and pretty large apartment. Good amenities, working shower and kitchen. One bedroom faces the courtyard which is very quiet. The other one faces the street (which can be a little bit noisy until midnight). Internet worked like a charm. Good supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby.

If you want to get to the old town and the marina you have to cross 2 large streets, which can take a little bit of time.

Günstiges Apartment in guter Lage

Gute und ruhige Lage, Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt, Betten gut. Von den Geräten haben wir nur den Wasserkocher und den Eiskasten benutzt, aber es gibt viele weitere Ausstattung wie Bügeleisen, Fön etc,, Bad und Küchengeräte waren sauber, preislich sehr günstig.

Das Apartment ist unglaublich lieblos renoviert und eingerichtet, die WC Spülung ist nicht ganz zuzudrehen (ja, sie ist mit einem Wasserhahn auf- und zuzudrehen, eigentlich eine sehr gute Armatur, aber entweder nicht oder nur mit hohem und dichtungsunfreundlichem Kraftaufwand zuzudrehen), die Badewanne wurde anscheinend einmal von einer fachfremden Person unvollständig renoviert, die Bestückung mit Geschirr ist bescheiden, ein Teil der Polster/Deckenüberzüge hat schlecht gerochen (zu lange nass in der Maschine gelegen?).

Posizione centralissima e staff molto disponibile e cortese.

Purtroppo la casa era abbastanza sporca (non la biancheria). Con qualche minimo accorgimento (sistemare tenda e fili a vista nella stanza dove c'è il divano, le tapparelle della camera, posate per almeno 5 persone, svecchiare dei mobili in cucina e sistemare il lavabo in bagno) potrebbe migliorare notevolmente.

Semplice ma centrale, ampio e con tutto il necessario

Appartamento spazioso, semplice ma con ampie camere, con tutto il necessario per cucinare e lavare, posizione ottima per spostarsi a Trieste a piedi. Abbiamo trovato abbastanza facilmente posteggio gratuito per l'auto in una strada vicino. Ci è stata fornita immediatamente la soluzione dopo un momentaneo salto del contatore della corrente elettrica e tutto è sempre filato liscio. Trieste e bellissima e quando ci ricapiterà di tornarci cercheremo ancora questo alloggio.

La Tv non riceveva alcun segnale, probabilmente per problemi di antenna.
