Peace and quiet for a family

We were greeted at the door as promised, and Fulvio explained to us all that we needed to know about the appartment very nicely - even gave advice for a nice breakfast place nearby. We parked our car at our own parking spot in the closed parking area, which has a tight entrance, but our c4 7seater had enough room. Our family could comfortably have their own space, with two kids in one room, another in the living room, and the parents in the master bedroom. The kitchen table was ready to seat all five of us comfortably. The kitchen and bathroom was adequate for the family. And most importantly: the calm. The place was in a very quiet neighborhood and it was a very nice place to get home after a busy day of sightseeing. Peace and quiet.

we were met by owner. English passable. shown around. advised on shops and bus when we asked

parking ok but no guarantee. apartment on 4 th floor and had small lift. not aware of that from description. building covered in scaffold so could not sit on balcony-all covered in brick dust no kettle or drying cloth. little things that make a difference most expensive 2 night stay we had but not so pleasant as others

The host was very kind, he was there on time, the communication was very well, in the flat you have everything you need. It was very clean!

We had a lot of problems with parking. Two of four night we were there the parking spots were full so we had to move our car everytime someone wanted to leave. While we were there, the building was being reconstructed so we couldn't sleep well.

Superb

We had a great stay at Casa di Fulvio! The apartment is really cozy and everything you need is there. Luckily, closed secure parking was available all the time of our stay. The neighbourhood is kind of authentic, not excessively touristic, so you may discover "real" Trieste here. Really nice view from the balcony. The next bus station is approx. 200 m. Last but not least, very kind host, all was nice and easy! :-)

Bellissimo soggiorno per concerto di Robbie Williams

La casa di Fulvio è veramente ospitale, pulita, accessoriata di tutto. Noi eravamo in due l'abbiamo presa per andare ad un concerto ed è vicinissimo allo stadio quindi anche fattibile farla a piedi. Fulvio è stato gentilissimo e premuroso. Il parcheggio sotto casa è comodissimo.

A szállás adó mindenről részletesen tájékoztatott.

Messze a belvárostól. A padló és a bútorok recsegtek-ropogtak, a kilincsek nyikorogtak. Az ablakokat nehéz kinyitni. A klíma fixen 19-23 óra között volt bekapcsolva. A tengerre nyíló kilátás az ablakon derékig kihajolva, nyújtozkodva valósult meg.

Netter kleiner Balkon, Badezimmer neu renoviert

Abgewohnte, einfache, lieblos eingerichtete und sehr, sehr hellhörige Wohnung in grossem Miethaus, Betten durchgelegen, das zweite war noch nicht einmal bezogen, haben auch keine Bettwäsche gefunden, sehr weit vom Zentrum, ganz schlechte Kommunikation : hatten uns wie vereinbart eine Stunde vor Eintreffen gemeldet, halbe Stunde später hiess es, dass wir erst zwei Stunden später einchecken könnten, wurde dann nach 17.00 Uhr...

Proprietario puntuale e presente, casa pulita e dotata di tutto necessario. Molto comoda per 4. vicino a supermercato e fermata del bus a 3 min a piedi per arrivare in centro in 5 min senza prendere auto.

Triest entschleunigt entdecken

Mitten in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, dennoch war die Anfahrt mit dem Auto sehr leicht zu finden, ohne lange Wege durch die Stadt. Gute Anbindung mit den Öffis, Einkaufen und Essen gehen ganz in der Nähe, und doch weg vom Trubel.

Velmi dobře zařízený pohodlný byt na kopci, do centra necelé půl hodiny autobusem číslo 10

Velký byt, ve kterém se pan majitel podle svých slov narodil, je čistý a je pohodlně a dobře zařízen. Do 4. patra se svezete úzkým starým výtahem pro 2-3 lidi, nebo jednu osobu s kufry. Potěšilo nás například, že v kuchyni byly k dispozici i kapsle do kávovaru nebo tablety do myčky. WiFi je funkční. Upozorňuji, že s jedinou výjimkou (v kuchyni za mikrovlnkou) jsou v bytě jen zásuvky, do kterých zapojíte jen přístroje s plochou zástrčkou (nabíječky telefonů, lampičky atd.). Takže si buď přivezte redukce, nebo si budete dobíjet notebook v kuchyni a film si z něho na televizi v obývacím pokoji pustíte, jen než dojde baterie. Pokud s sebou ovšem jako my pro všechny případy nevozíte dlouhou prodlužovačku. Parkovací místo je za domem, na dvorku za branou. Bývá otevřená, při příjezdu tam rovnou zajeďte, protože ulička před domem je velmi úzká a frekventovaná, takže místo pro vyložení zavazadel v ní nenajdete. Velmi dobrou pizzu za rozumnou cenu jsme si dali kousek od domu v Mondo della pizza na Via Capodistria 37. Pro pohyb po městě hromadnou dopravou velmi doporučuji nainstalovat si aplikaci Tplfvg. Koupené časové jízdenky pak musíte jednu po druhé po nástupu do autobusu aktivovat pomocí QR kódu u řidiče nebo na okně. Jinak není platná. Pokus o platbu bankovní kartou na terminálu v autobusu mi při první jízdě do centra nevyšel, naštěstí nás nechytil revizor, bylo by to velmi drahé.

Nižší hodnocení lokality jsem bytu pana Fulvia udělil kvůli lešení kolem celého domu. V popisu ubytování to přitom nebylo zmíněno. Dělníci, kteří budou prý od 25. 8. 2023 pracovat na zateplení domu, tam v době našeho pobytu nebyli. Ale lešení výrazně zhoršilo výhled z oken a na balkonku byl prach, takže snídani u vyfoceného stolečku s křesílky jsme si museli odpustit. Navíc jsme spali jen s otevřenou větračkou, protože, i když je byt ve čtvrtém patře, bychom se kvůli lešení před zcela otevřenými okny necítili bezpečně. A klimatizaci kvůli zateplení z fasády dočasně sundali.

Pekný byt neďaleko centra

Pekný veľký byt v bytovom dome. Do centra je najlepšie ísť autobusom (lístky sa dajú kupiť kreditkou priamo v buse), cesta trvá cca 10 minút.

Trošku problém s parkovaním, nakoľko bolo málo tesných miest.
