The facility and location are as I chose. In communication, only the owner's daughter was very kind and punctual. However, she could not influence the repair of bad things.
I chose this facility only because of two things: parking and air conditioning. The parking lot was canceled after the time for free cancellation of the reservation had passed, and the air conditioner was turned on remotely from 6-10:30 p.m. On the last day, we came home around 5 pm, the thermometer showed over 28 C in the apartment, but the air conditioner was not working. We had to text the owner's daughter and beg for the air conditioning to be turned on. If you need air conditioning overnight - forget about it. The only communication initiated by the owner was: Pay 18 euros for the tax, your parking is canceled and on the last day we were instructed (in a commanding tone) to leave the building by 11 a.m., throw away the trash, close the windows and take the car from the parking lot, which we could not even use.

We were greeted at the door as promised, and Fulvio explained to us all that we needed to know about the appartment very nicely - even gave advice for a nice breakfast place nearby. We parked our car at our own parking spot in the closed parking area, which has a tight entrance, but our c4 7seater had enough room. Our family could comfortably have their own space, with two kids in one room, another in the living room, and the parents in the master bedroom. The kitchen table was ready to seat all five of us comfortably. The kitchen and bathroom was adequate for the family. And most importantly: the calm. The place was in a very quiet neighborhood and it was a very nice place to get home after a busy day of sightseeing. Peace and quiet.
The parquet is very nice, but quiet squeeky.

Ottima posizione centro città facilmente raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici.
Gestione in remoto funzionamento dei climatizzatori da parte del proprietario. Letto matrimoniale piccolo e scomodissimo. Mancanza di parcheggio all'interno del cortile. Difficoltà di parcheggio autovettura in strada.
