The location is great. The apartment had everything necessary for a 2 night stay. The sofa was surprisingly comfortable. Instructions before stay were super detailed, maybe even too often. Many messages, many emails.

Maintenance should be a bit better. There is a mold in the shower, the upper shower leaked all over the place, everything should be tightened up,

Used to be so much better, I will stay elsewhere

The location was perfect for exploring Trieste, and was the middle point between the two venues of the film festival I was attending there

The bed was uncomfortable, the ceiling lights were too stark and clinical so had to use only bedside lamps and cooker hood light when it was too dark for natural light. The hob in kitchen area didn't work so most of my dining table was taken up with a temporary one, so I didn't have an extractor fan for the cooking smells, which in a studio is really important. Luckily I like having windows open. The kitchen was also missing a sharp knife for cutting vegetables etc, also no small saucepan only large ones. I requested a knife online and in person at their reception on Mazzini, the man there was more interested in playing games on his mobile, but still one was not provided. I stayed in these apartments the previous 2 years and had no issues, but since the change in ownership it appears to have taken a nosedive. I was upgraded to a luxury studio which I thought was a nice thing until I went to bed, the head of the bed is against a wall that seems to have air-conditioning units on the other side that hum and thrum all night long, add that to the uncomfortable bed and I didn't get a good night's sleep the whole week I was there.

The staff were very helpful . If not for them we would’ve changed hotel immediately

At that timewe were there -?there was a change of ownership- the elevator wasn’t working and construction going on inthe lobby. So difficult to check in , no personnel to check us in and fery difficult ti bring oursuitcases up to our rooms . Good thing the managers from the sister hotel cane to help us bring our suitcases up to our rooms .

Handy City Centre Stay

The apartment was clean and tidy, the kitchen had all the equipment we required for our one night stay, the shower was incredible.

The air conditioning on this occasion in our room switched off before 10pm and would not restart until the following morning at 8am so with he heat we had to open the windows for air which is ok but then we had all the noise of the traffic and people to contend with for the night, Yes we were in a city, yes we were in the heart of the city, but it would have been great if the air conditioning worked through the night to give a more peaceful night because when the shutters were closed the peace and quiet was incredible. this di not ruin our trip, its simply something to consider and perhaps the air conditioning in our room just needs to be reset so that it will operate though the night and perhaps it was something we didn't know how to set that caused the issue, so over all not a fault-

Nice downtown apartment

Good location. Nice bathroom. Washing machine.

Attic room with sloping roof. No matter how careful you are you will at some point bang your head. The attic gets very hot from sun shining on roof. Even running AC all the time it was too hot to sleep comfortably. The room has been nicely reovated but the electrical installation is strange. There aren't any power outlets by the beds and none in the kitchen. You have to plug the kettle into an outlet in the sleeping space.

Lovely large apartment in the city centre..

The location was very good. Within walking distance to the waterfront and major attractions. The supermarket was just next door and coffee shops all around for that morning cuppa. The mini kitchenette was a bonus as we got the chance to buy the local delicacies and make our own meals.

No one was at the office when we went by. And there was no way to contact anyone as we did not have a local/tourist SIM card.

Location very good for a short break, in the city center. All the facilities you need are available - even dishwasher and washing machine are a big plus.

Carefully! The parking advertise in the booking is accessible by many stairs being located on a hill. Or, try to find the entrance that is at the base of the hill, otherwise you will suffer if you have leg problems or other medical condition.

Nice apartment a bit too hot without AC in April

Apartment has very good location in the city center, it was well equipped and clean. Host even provided small packages of shower gel soap, dishwashing liquid etc.

Downside is that we stayed end of April and it was pretty hot outside. Apartment is located on 3rd floor and sunny side, AC was not working, when we asked for it they explained that as per law it can only be activated in May which made our stay a bit less comfortable

Superb

New apartment with new appliances, great location, check in/out is a breeze. Comfy bed even the sofa bed. Will recommend and definitely be back. Grazie!

Gave 9 stars mainly due to 2 reasons. 1. Parking not so convenient as the closest pay parking is about 10mns walk, if you dont drive going to Trieste... Then will not be an issue. 2. No coffee maker or even water heater to use to make hot coffee. Being in Italy, its mortal sin not to have coffee in the morning. 😅 Hope next time we come back here, you already have at least water heater.

Good central apartment with tedious online check in.

Location on a busy square but reasonably soundproofed and bus from station stops outside. 5 minutes to canal or old town. Bed was comfortable and apartment was clean. Apartment had a washing machine.

The location was superb! It's in the downtown, near all the main attractions. The check-in was made easy with the pin-codes and the public garage was around 500 meters away (the daily garage price was around 15 euros)

Our apartment was at the top floor with the really low ceilings. There is not enough windows and natural light, and the light they've put is not enough. The couch-bed was super-loud and any slight movement while at sleep could wake up people sleeping in the other bed. The sound isolation wasn't that good so you could hear the street noise even with the windows closed.

Grat place to stay in Trieste

Apartment is nice, clean, there is everything you need (Waschmaschine, Dishwasher, hairdryer). Elevator was also important for us because of stroller. Location is central. Next to the apartment there is a Supermarket, Backery, Cafes…

It’ a bit loud outside, because apartment is on crossroads. But I think that the whole city is loud and that there is no quiet place

Superb

I liked location, building is renovated and it has excellent location, Alberto is an excellent guy. Everything in the apartment was good, kitchen, toilet, and 1 big room for four persons 501 room.

Apartment 501 is on the roof and it hasn't straight roof. Because of these it was uncomfortable for me because i am 203 sm. It was uncomfortable also for my kids and wife she is 170 sm. There was only one problem with the lights, I don't know why buy in the toilet and kitchen and living room there was some lights witch ones was flashing . I know that Alberto will fix this problem . Other than that apartment was excellent
