Great Stay at Great Apartment

First of all, at just arrived at apartment building, host himself came out before calling. (maybe he looked from the window) This was great hospitality for us, quite stress-free check-in. Apartment itself was great authentic interior design, far from usual IKEA style. Good heating system, boiler, drain and kitchen facilities. As to no lift to 3rd floor level apartment, stair case is beautiful and wide, and step hight is so mild that for us seniors with big baggages it was not a problem, at check-in host helped this. As other reviews location is quite great. Strongly recommended .

Amazing stay! Will definitely be back!

Casa Julí is perfect! The location is fantastic. Shops, central street, a park on the opposite side of the road. I would choose it again and again. The house was spotless clean and very warm during our winter stay. There are groceries stores, pharmacies, restaurants and caffe's everywhere around and a walkable distance to the city center. Nicolò was an amazing host that helped us a lot with everything and also helped us find a parking space.

Not a negative but worth the mention: Like most italian houses (if not all), there is no elevator and is the only thing to keep in mind as the apartment is on the 3rd floor but steps are pretty low and easy to climb .

Lots of space, clean apt, set of towels, window view to the park, very close to the city centre, close to caffe San Marco. Nicolo is very kind and helpful. Great communication.

Nicolo was very friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of information and recommendations about the local area - where to eat etc.. which was really helpful.

Having complete control of the air-con. Nicolo was very quick to change it when asked but it would have been easier to be able to change it ourselves.

Very inspiring!

Very central location near the beautiful green city park with century-old trees, which we also admired directly from the windows of all three rooms. The flat has its own charm and very warm atmosphere.

Great apartment for a city break in Trieste.

Very authentic apartment. Good to have the 2 bedrooms. Very well equipped and in a great location for central Trieste. Good contact with owner who arranges parking near the apartment (as parking on the streets is almost impossible), however there is a car park not too far away. A super city break with lots to do within an hour’s drive E.g Piran or the amazing caves.

Just be aware it’s on the third floor if you are a little infirm.

NIcolo is very friendly and open-minded. Willing to help, he explained everything to us and recommended the best restaurants and ice cream nearby. A huge plus for the possibility of staying with a dog, the park in front of apartment is also dog friendly. Personally, I was delighted with the comfort of the beds, despite the sounds of the city, I slept like a baby;) Thank you for your help in finding a parking space in difficult Italian traffic conditions :) Trieste is beautiful. We were delighted with the architecture.

Sleepless in Triest - but still happy

A very nice, totally well equipped appartment, good location, park in front of the door for the dogs, nice neighbourhood, two blocks away from Café San Marco - great morning cappucino

Only two rooms with functioning doors (one of the bedrooms and the bathroom), street quite noisy, noisy house (as in: if your neighbours or roommates are awake, you are, as well), beds not really comfy. Parking is really difficult - the host kept a parking space free by parking his own car there but we didn't dare to give it up until the end of the stay.

Posizione fantastica a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e vicino alla fermata del bus. L'appartamento è molto grande e situato vicino ad un bellissimo parco. Proprietario super disponibile. Siamo stati benissimo, super consigliato!

Zentral gelegenes Quartier in einer grandiosen Stadt

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Man kann zu Fuß die Stadt erobern und findet in der näheren Umgebung alles was man braucht. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Gastronomie (diverse Restaurants, Gelaterien und ein historisches Kaffeehaus). Nicolo versorgt einen bestens mit Informationen und hilfreichen Tipps. Bei seinen Restaurant-Tipps geht er auf unterschiedliche Ansprüche seiner Gäste ein (von einfacher bis zur gehobenen Küche). Wir sind mehreren Empfehlungen gefolgt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Tipps waren ausgezeichnet und die Beschreibungen treffend. Die Wohnung ist tip top sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Die Geräuschkulisse der lebhaften Stadt (bei Tag und Nacht) ist gewöhnungsbedüftig. Da helfen auch die modernen Fenster nicht. Nicolo hält für seine Gäste bis zur Anreise einen Parkplatz in der Nähe der Wohnung frei. Wenn man sein Auto einmal eingeparkt hat, sollte man den Parkplatz nicht mehr aufgeben. Ansonsten besteht die Gefahr, dass man bei der Rückkehr keinen freien Parkplatz in der Nähe der Wohnung findet. In der Stadt herrscht große Parkplatznot und die Parkhäuser sind teuer.

Sehr charmantes und geräumiges Appartement mit top Lage und Blick auf den grünen Park vor dem Haus. Alles da was man braucht; gute Restaurants, Supermärkte, Drogerie, hervorragende Eisdiele etc. allesamt in 5 min oder weniger und bis zum Meer bzw. ins Zentrum waren es zu Fuß 15 min. Wir hatte eine angenehme Zeit, danke! :)

Accogliente pulita comfortevole

Una casa bella ed accogliente, ottima posizione vicina al centro. Fornita di ogni necessità. Host disponibile gentile attento ai bisogni degli ospiti . Sicuramente un appartamento da raccomandare . Eravamo in 4 adulti ed un bambino e lo spazio era perfetto per noi. Condominio pulito e silenzioso. A pochi metri si trova un parco bellissimo Muzio de’ Tommasini con anche un area giochi per i bambini . Grazie Nicolò

Casa molto curata, accogliente e pulita in palazzo tranquillo, in posizione centralissima! Host veramente disponibile, preciso e molto puntuale.

Da tenere in considerazione che per raggiungere l'appartamento occorre salire diverse rampe di scale e non c'è l'ascensore.
