Ottima location e ben servita in tutti gli aspetti.

Ottima posizione, facile raggiungibile il centro. Ben servita con ristoranti e supermercati e negozi addiacenti. Cucina funzionante e ben attrezzata anche per mangiare in casa.

Magari sarebbe stato comodo avere 2 copie delle chiavi in quanto bisogna usare le chiavi anche per azionare l'ascensore. Ma é un dettaglio minimo.

Проживание в этой квартире - словно путешествие во времени. Если вам за 40, здесь вы почувствуете себя словно в раннем детстве в гостях у бабушки. Мерное тиканье старинных часиков, лакированные шкафы, мягкие блики солнца и сладковатый запах старых книг создают невероятную атмосферу уюта. Для молодёжи это как музей ретро и винтажа, где каждая вещица рассказывает свою историю "как было раньше". Не хочется торопиться в городскую суету. Здесь очарование - в множестве мелочей, которых сегодня почти не осталось в современности. Рекомендую ехать без ожиданий и осознанно, чтобы замедлиться и прочувствовать эту ностальгию и атмосферу. Это не современный отель с комфортом, но без души, это нечто другое.

Минусы при желании можно найти почти где угодно, поэтому нет смысла.

Posizione comoda (20 min a piedi dal centro), con parcheggio libero su strada.

Il wifi contrariamente all'annuncio non era disponibile Doccia rotta (ma vasca disponibile) Scarichi tutti otturati. Letti scomodi e lenzuola invernali (con 40 gradi). Cuscini troppo bassi. Camera senza porta Aria condizionata solo nel disimpegno, che non arrivava alle camere da letto Non siamo riusciti a dormire, oltre che per il caldo, per le tapparelle che non potendosi chiudere del tutto sbattevano a causa del forte vento.

Matelas obsolète, très chaud car pas de climatisation dans la chambre. Pas de pile dans la télécommande de la télévision. Appartement très vieillot. Le parking nous a coûté 17 euros. Pas de café à disposition (dommage).

Proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile. Casa attrezzata di tutto (condizionatore, lavatrice, asse da stiro). In 20 minuti sei in centro a piedi o c'è il bus a 30 metri.

Ascensore piccola e mobili un po' troppo antiquati.
