Nice apartment

Apartment was great! Very well equipped and overall very nice. Location was also very nice and walking distance from city center. Parking situation was very stressful (crowded narrow street). So be prepared to drive around for some time before you find a place to park.

Very disappointed…property is barely 2 star quality

Not bad position but very steep walk

Dirty, mould in shower, used vape products in kitchen and under bed, insufficient linen and pillows, no kettle, no toaster, little or no cutlery or crockery, insufficient instructions on how the gas works, light bulbs flickering constantly, construction going on at 7am outside our window, unable to get fresh air due to privacy/dust/noise.

You Need the Keys to activate the lift, and that was unknown. So you need to pick up the keys in the secure box of the apartment , go back to the lobby and use the lift for the luggage.Nothing critical but can be improved

Almost perfect 👌🏻

Beds are perfect, little foodies and stuff like salt and oil etc were perfect!

Some of the dishes weren't really clean. And we missed some informations about the keys, the wifi, the gaz and the shower. A little explanation message would be really nice.

Well placed apartment to enjoy lovely Trieste

My overriding memory is of a useful stay (washing machine and cooker hob) near all that beautiful Trieste has to offer

if shared with a friend the experience of trying to work out how to turn on the hob (there’s a mysterious lever on the opposite wall that allows the gas through), get down on the floor to see the Wi-Fi code, get under the table to plug in the coffee machine (not cleaned), climb on a chair to get crockery out of a high cupboard, work out the washing machine cycles, shower in the presence of a flashing light etc might be a right laugh but turning up alone it was rather stressful. It wouldn’t take much to make this an excellent stay! Renew some and sort out those spotlight bulbs; The bedroom one shines straight in your face but when trying to work out how to use the coffee machine (I gave up) I had to use a torch. The guys who own or manage were very nice on WhatsApp but being away they couldn’t actually do anything. Why not create a welcome pack like many properties do? Why not send the instructions on how to gain entry and use the lift in WhatsApp with accompanying photographs? This works well when the hosts aren’t there and people have to let themselves in which can feel a little tricky. It’s meant to be a holiday not stressful and I didn’t sleep well the first night because it was

Love Trieste, like the location and peace of the apartment but NOT THE SMELL OF SMOKING

Location, very quiet and well equipped

The apartment smelled disgusting of cigarette smoke. Whilst the host apologised for this, he was not prepared to compensate us in any way which we considered unreasonable. Also there were no instructions for operating anything, including how to turn on the gas. No local information provided either.

it was a great apartment, clean and comfortable. it was only a few minutes walk from the “hub” of the city and the port.

it seemed farther from the bus station than I hoped when I first arrived, but once I got settled I realized it was not too far at all.

Nice staying in Trieste - central

We didn't meet the host, but he was very responsive at all my questions, instructions given were clear and it was very easy to get in. The location is great if you want to stay right in the city, Piazza dell'Unita is only 10 min walk away and even closer there's pedestrian area with few nice restaurants and local bars. The apartment is cosy and clean, equipped with the basics in the kitchen and the area seemed safe. You can have a narrow view of the sea from the window, which is nice :)

Altogether we were happy and these are suggestions, not a critic. Parking is a bit of a pain, but we were lucky to find one - for free - on the same street, very very narrow streets and uphill. So keep it in mind if you're not a confident driver. As there's no breakfast included, it would have been a nice welcoming just to find even a few coffee capsules/milk/sugar to use in the coffee machine in the morning. The shower seemed clean, but it was smelling a bit.

Igényes lakás közel a belvároshoz

Kedves szállásadó, rugalmas check in, jó illatú ágynemű, törölközők. Kényelmes ágy és kanapé. Tv mozgatható, helyzete beállítható. Teljesen felszerelt konyha. Lakás beosztása nagyon jó. Kényelmes nagy zuhanyzó, igényesen kialakított fürdőszoba. Még elektromos szúnyog riasztó is volt. Szükség esetén Whatsapp-on tartható kapcsolat a szállásadóval.

Praticamente perfetto sotto ogni aspetto!

Ho utilizzato la struttura per un viaggio con le amiche. Posizione eccellente, praticamente in centro. Proprietario squisito, ci ha accolte in modo impeccabile offrendoci anche 1 bottiglietta d'acqua a testa e prodotti per la colazione, nonostante non fosse dovuto. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, è accogliente e funzionale. Straconsigliato!

Un appartamento oltre le aspettative

L'attenzione e la cura per i dettagli di arredo rendono l'appartamento molto più accogliente di quelli che si trovano di solito in giro! Letto matrimoniale materasso unico comodissimo, tutto funzionante in appartamento hanno reso perfetto il mio soggiorno. Posizione super comoda per spostarsi in autobus o a piedi (9 minuti circa dalle zone centrali di Trieste). Host disponibile, cordiale ed accogliente. Ritornerò!

Sistemazione molto buona

Casa situata in una zona molto vicina al centro, e assolutamente tranquilla (forse anche troppo, ma quello dipende dai gusti). Monolocale ampio e silenzioso, in cui non manca nulla, c'era anche tutto il necessario per la colazione. Letto comodo e doccia spaziosa.

Direi nulla da segnalare, unica cosa la strada per arrivare è un pò in ripida salita e coi bagagli pesanti può essere una piccola fatica. Assenza di negozi sotto casa, ma come dicevo in 5 minuti a piedi, si arriva giù nel centro città.

Schön gestaltetes und super ausgestattetes Apartement in der Altstadt von Triest. Zu Fuß sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zur Piazza Unità. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Alle Nötige (Handtücher, Duschbad, Kaffee, Milch, Gewürze,...) stehen bereit.

Qualche compromesso, ma ottima qualità-prezzo al centro di Trieste

In generale, l'appartamento risulta comodo e vivibile per un soggiorno di più giorni. Inoltre, in rapporto alle altre strutture simili della città, ha un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero vantaggioso. La posizione è ottima per poter raggiungere il centro a piedi e i principali luoghi di interesse della città.

Purtroppo ci è stato comunicato solo al nostro arrivo che l'aria condizionata non poteva essere accesa per via dei lavori alla facciata. Nell'appartamento è presente un pinguino, ma è molto rumoroso e per poterlo usare è necessario lasciare la finestra aperta per via del tubo. Le condizioni di pulizia dell'appartamento non sono ottimali in quanto abbiamo trovato capelli nella doccia e molta polvere in camera da letto. La sensazione generale è di trascuratezza. Trattandosi di una zona residenziale, i parcheggi delle vie circostanti sono gratuiti, ma è difficoltoso trovarne uno libero.
