EXCELLENT

Everything was excellent, the communication with the host, collection of keys, detailed explanation on free of charge parking spot, city center vicinity, hygiene....but what blew our minds was extreme hospitality of the host who made us so welcomed with free water, coffee, tea, toast bread, biscuits and fruit jam, all in total one very welcoming breakfast, which meant so much to us. Truly great gesture!

Wonderful stay !

I rarely write long reviews, but here it's necessary. Our stay in this apartment was wonderful. For a moment, we felt like we were permanent residents of Italy. The apartment has everything we need and even more. The owner provided us with all the information and tips before our arrival, which made our first day run smoothly. We were greeted with a welcome food in the kitchen, which was a welcome relief after a few hours of driving. Thank you for allowing us to stay with our dog. We recommend it.

Exceptional stay!

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Self check-in was simple and smooth. The location is excellent - just a short walk to the bus stop and very close to a supermarket. Free parking is available near the property, which was very convenient. We were welcomed with snacks on the kitchen table, and coffee and tea were also provided - a lovely touch. The air conditioning worked perfectly. It’s a great base for exploring both Slovenia and Croatia. The host was very kind and provided all the necessary information in advance, including helpful photos. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back in the future!

Cosy, clean apartment close to the center.

Cosy apartment in a good spot, close to the center. You get a bus number 8 from the bus stop nearby and easily get there in about 15 minutes . Mostly everything you need is there in the flat. Nice of the owner to leave us products for breakfast as we arrived in the night and were not able to buy. Properly working air conditioning, convenient self check-in. Good worth for a good price.

Lack of frying pan and proper knives in the kitchen, lack of a normal iron (there’s only the one you need to fill in with special demineralised water and it was not there, I was afraid to use it not to spoil it, so I ended up not ironing my clothes) and I couldn’t locate the ironing board, probably I noticed it after some time, but still didn’t use due to the issues with the iron described above.

Had a nice stay

Our host Andrea was super nice and provided very detailed info about the self check in process and the parking. The place was easy to find and there was always enough parking in the inner courtyard. The apartment itself is quite big and very clean. There were snacks waiting for us on the table, which was very much appreciated!

The soap dispenser in the bathroom is broken, you have to be careful about positioning your hand in front of it so that your clothes don't get showered by soap as it can shoot pretty far.

Great value for money

Appartment is close to the city centre and is well connected with public transport. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful so great for leisure. It was well-maintained, with a lot of amenities and utensils, plus you can have your first coffee at home if you are an early bird and then you are ready to explore the wonderful city of Trieste. Our host Andrea made us feel welcomed and is kind and ready to help you when you're in need. We highly recommend this place.

It is a old flat but it was comfortable and the location is it good specially if you are going with a car! In the city is pretty difficult to find a place and here is close to the center and easy to leave the car..

Great choice for Trieste

Very nice and clean apartment, you have everything you need. The owners left very generous breakfast we enjoyed. The neighbourhood offers possibilities for lovely walks and a dog park nerby, so our dog felt right at home. Nice view of the port, the proximity of a supermarket and great local restaurants, the free parking make it a great chioce! We hope to come back!

Its a good place stay overnight, and you easily reach the city center by walking, or by bus.

Large places, the apertmant is well equiped. At the kitchen there were bottle water, jams, coffe, milk, croassans and bread as a gift. As a nice gift from the host. Free parking places available nearby. Its possible to park next to the front door, while you pack out from the car.

The apartment is a 3. floor, and there is no elevator. It wasn't a problem for me, but if you have any disabilities, are old its difficult.

Snacks and coffee was really nice surprise. Comfortable bed. Quite place. Perfect communication from Andrea. Collection of keys and instructions were very well explained. I like this "typical" italian flat.

Great apartment, really cozy with very cute kitchen. Andrea provided breakfast and it is 👌. Everything was extremely clean. About 15min by walk from city center which was great for us. A lot of parking places near the building.

Nice apartment with everything you need inside. Super nice host, he explained everything we needed to know. View of the sea from the balcony was super cool and also the possibility to park very close to the apartment as well.

It was a bit noisy from the outside, but it is nothing unexpected since the apartment is close to the road and harbor.

Jól felszerelt, könnyen megközelíthető, jó infrastruktúrával rendelkező szállás.

Andrea rendkívül figyelmes szállásadó. A szállás fél óra sétára található az óvárostól, de buszmegálló közvetlenül a ház előtt van. Kb. 200 méterre található egy szupermarket.

Trieste è una città bella e disciplinata l'appartamento è posto proprio di fianco alle fermare dei bus. È fornito di ogni cosa . Assolutamente confortevole e pulito. Andrea il proprietario è una persona disponibilissima e ci ha istruito su come muoverci con i mezzi pubblici.

Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto .....rumorosa la macchina del caffè 🤣

Foarte curat, bine întreținut chiar dacă mobilierul și dotările nu sunt noi. Apartament mărișor, pat confortabil. Absolut tot ce ai nevoie în bucătărie.

La chiarezza e la gentilezza dell'host. Il supermercato vicino. Elettrodomestici nuovi.

Interno della casa completamente da rivedere come se ci abitasse qualcuno quotidianamente e poi esce un attimo per farti soggiornare. Caldo infinito nonostante i condizionatori. L'appartamento si trova nel complesso delle case popolari Ater di Trieste.

Trieste fascinosa e indifferente alla varia umanità che l'attraversa. Alloggio esperienziale!

L'appartamento sorge in una zona apparentemente periferica ma in realtà perfettamente collegata alla zona centrale della città. L'appartamento ampio, ben strutturato, con cucina grande e fornito di ogni conforto per la colazione. Camera da letto climatizzata, molto spaziosa, con letto comodo e luminosissima. Altra camera ospiti non utilizzata ma spaziosa e utile nel caso la compagnia di viaggiatori sia più numerosa. Bagno d'antan ma efficiente, acqua calda ed abbondante, spazio per tutte le manovre. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile per il deposito bagagli presso altra struttura, onde consentire un giro della città prima del check-in senza bagagli pesanti. Ho adorato l'appartamento per mie reminiscenze di gioventù. Grazie per l'esperienza indimenticabile. In zona si trovano alcuni locali dove mangiare del buon cibo in un clima ed una cordialità d'altri tempi. Eccezionale.

La struttura si trova al terzo piano, senza ascensore. Informazione chiaramente indicata dal proprietario ma è sempre bene controllare. Per me nessun problema (scale di altezza normale). Per il resto, niente da segnalare!
