It might be a good idea to install a brighter bedside lamp in the bedroom, because if you want to read in the evening before going to sleep… there is no proper light.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful city

The location was excellent - a very short walk from the central train station and a beautiful view from our floor. The accommodation was in great condition. I loved that ground coffee and a coffee pot were provided.

My daughter found the sofa bed a little unstable and squeaky but I think that's to be expected from a sofa bed.

Good base for a couple of days

Easy access to the railway station, 4th floor but a good modern lift. Spacious apartment, very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Dining table in the main room. Immaculate condition.

An Italian apartment and no means to make a good cup of coffee in the morning. Not even a kettle,I had to boil water in a saucepan and make instant coffee. A kettle and a cafetiere are the minimum requirement. Also, three hangers in the wall in the room with a single bed. I tried to hang a t-shirt on one and the hanger crashed to the floor. Nine of them are fixed properly to the wall.

A pleasant, well located place to stay.

A well located room only a few minutes from the rail station and coach terminus, and less than 15 minutes walk to the main tourist centre. Although the building itself was old, the apartment was to a very modern standard, and comfy. We particularly liked the benefit of having a washing machine. Although we didn't meet the host, she was very good at providing entry details etc, and also provided information in the room about restaurants etc. A pleasant place to stay in this lovely city.

Great place

This is located in front of the station, and has clean and warm space. It looked like it had been recently renovated. And a huge and modern lift added to the convenience of my stay. Also, I liked simple check-in. This place made my time happier!

The water in the shower booth didn’t run well. But I’m sure that just cleaning should improve it.

Prenotazione. consegna chiavi e check in perfetto. La struttura è di fronte la stazione centrale di Trieste, a pochi passi da Piazza Unità, Ponte Rosso e centro citta. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono le fermate dei bus per raggiungere qualsiasi punto d'interesse. Appartamentino carino situato al 4° piano con ascensore, comodissimo. Fornito di cucina attrezzata per prepararsi all'occorrenza i pasti. Siamo stati a dicembre e nonostante le temperature rigide esterne, i locali erano perfettamente riscaldati. Fornito di SmartTV

Metterei una mensola nella doccia per poggiare il bagnoschiuma e qualche bustina in piu' di bagnoschiuma,

Comfortevole, di fronte la stazione.

Posizione centralissima, di fronte la stazione dei treni e degli autobus (facilissimo raggiungere l'aeroporto). 10 minuti a piedi per arrivare in centro, nei dintorni di via Torino, dove è pieno di locali. Molto piacevole trovare la moka e il caffè in polvere. Comodissimo l'angolo cottura. Gestori molto cordiali: messaggio di benvenuto con indicazioni pratiche sulla città e messaggio durante il soggiorno per sapere se tutto ok. Sicuramente torneremo.

L'assenza del bidet nonostante il bagno molto grande. Mancanza dei comodini per poggiare il telefono (basterebbe una mensolina).

Ottimo appartamento ma poca attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti

Ottimo appartamento in ottima posizione.

Avevo specificato con largo anticipo che, viaggiando per lavoro con una collega, sarebbe stato essenziale avere due chiavi, ma purtroppo non c'è stata attenzione in tal senso, con notevole disagio nella nostra logistica. Nonostante prima del nostro arrivo mi fosse stato detto che l'esigenza era stata risolta, così non è stato e l'unica proposta ricevuta lì per lì per rimediare era che andassimo noi a fare la copia delle chiavi (cosa impossibili essendo appunto impegnate per lavoro). Nessun'altra cura per il nostro problema. L'appartamento si presenta pulito, segnalo tuttavia la sgradevole presenza di blatte a cui sarebbe opportuno porre rimedio. Contatti esclusivamente a distanza.

Cómodo y limpio para estar varios días. Recomendable.

Estaba muy limpio , estancia amplia, el baño estupendo, lavadora y tendedero. Cama cómoda, todo nuevo. Muy adecuado para estar varios días . Al lado de la heladería Zampolli, lo que es una tentación.

Solo la pega del ruido . Está junto al Cuarto de máquinas del edificio y hasta que te duermes por la noche se percibe .

Trieste a la redonda

El alojamiento esta muy cerca de la estación, tiene autobuses cerca y tambien el centro histórico esta muy cerca caminando. La cocina esta muy bien equipada y tienes el extra de tener una lavadora en el alojamiento. El acceso es super sencillo y se agradece que hay elevador en el edificio.

Todo estuvo perfecto.

Städtereise die Triest

Wir hatten eine neue ausgestattete Wohneinheit mit allen beschrieben Annehmlichkeiten und die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber. Kurze Wege in die Stadt und noch kürzer zum Bahnhof/Busbahnhof die Museumsbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe und gleich um die Ecke die beste Eisdiele der Welt 😃 Auch Supermärkte und Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unsere Ansprechperson war Jenny, freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.

Keine Beschwerden.

Bonito pero con ruido

El apartamento está muy nuevo, limpio y cuidado, es pequeño pero muy bonito y muy cercano a estación de autobús y tren.

Justo frente al apartamento está la habitación de motores del edificio. Según nos dijo la chica que nos atendió muy amablemente (Jenny) no habían tenido nunca antes ruidos pero nuestra experiencia es que estuvieron sonando todo el día y toda la noche, en algunos momentos de forma estridente. El apartamento está muy bien pero fuimos con la idea de descansar bien y estar cerca de la estación ya que nos levantábamos a las 6:30 y en este sentido no cumplió nuestras expectativas por el ruido. Jenny fue atenta y amable, pero sus disculpas no nos hicieron dormir mejor lamentablemente.

Schönes, kleines Appartement im Herzen von Triest

Das Appartement hat eine zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und der Innenstadtbereich ist auch nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Ausgestattet mit einer Klimaanlage, da sich die Wohnung im 4.OG direkt unter dem Dach befindet. Nachts war es angenehm ruhig, trotz des Großstadtcharakters von Triest. Ein moderner Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden, so konnte man sein Gepäck bzw. Einkäufe leicht nach oben schaffen. Für uns war der Besuch von Triest ein schöner und gelungener Stadturlaub. Triest ist fantastisch, es gibt so viel zu sehen und es wird nie langweilig.

Es gibt leider keine Parkplätze zu dem Appartement. Man muss sein Auto ins Parkhaus stellen, was über die Zeit dann doch recht teuer ist.

La camera era sicuramente molto ampia, pulita e situata in una posizione perfetta e comoda per visitare la città.

Tuttavia, ci sono stati alcuni aspetti che hanno compromesso l’esperienza complessiva. Il bagno era dotato di una tazza per disabili, scelta non specificata nella descrizione (e nascosta nelle foto) e non giustificata, poiché il resto del bagno non era affatto attrezzato per persone con disabilità. Questo ha reso l’utilizzo del bagno piuttosto scomodo. Inoltre, la televisione non funzionava correttamente a causa di un segnale instabile, impedendo la visione dei canali. Inoltre il materasso basso e morbidissimo uno dei più scomodi e di bassa qualità che abbia mai provato.

man konnte leider von innen die Türe nicht zusperren, das ging nur von außen und es gab leider keine Beistelltischchen oder soetwas sodass man nichts abstellen konnte.

L’appartamento é bello , pulito ed arredato con gusto La posizione é ottima, é comodo per spostare coi mezzi o a piedi. In appartamento ci sono le cose necessarie sia in cucina che in bagno, tutto come la descrizione Siamo state benissimo !

Come da titolo, questa soluzione per visitare Trieste è assolutamente consigliata! L'appartamento è moderno, spazioso, caldo, luminoso e pulito. Inoltre la posizione a pochi passi da stazione dei treni e dei bus è perfetta per visitare la città, ma anche per spostarsi verso Slovenia o Croazia. Ci ritorneremo!
