A lovely clean and spacious apartment in the centre of Trieste.

It is a super central property and everything worked properly.it was easy to access vice and spacious.very comfortable. An easy walk to the main centre and minutes from the train station and a good supermarket, PAM.

It would be nice to have a micro wave Coker and a toaster.

Needs better cleaning staff and improve the ventilation system.

The location was good, close to the train station and in walking distance to the center. Also, the design of the room was nice.

On my arrival, I found a terrible stench over all the apartment, and later I discovered that it was coming from the toilet, which was still not clean from the last use (still rests of excrement inside). I had to open the windows half an hour to get rid of the stench. Moreover, when I informed the owner of the situation, there was not even an apology nor a compromise to complain with the cleaning staff, making it necessary to do this situation public. I hope that now they will do some better job with the cleaning, and no one else will have to deal with this stench. Note that from previous reviews, I am not the only one disappointed with the cleaning. Additionally, note that there is bad isolation, and AC/Heater is barely enough to keep a normal temperature. Still in winter requires to use warm pijama.

Good location

Easy check in and communication process. Spacious, bright and clean appartment. I knew it is a modern minimalistic concept; bonus points for keeping the original shutters. Certain necessities were supplied, everything worked. Great location for exploring.

Street lighting is very bright and was difficult to block out. For some it might be too noisy, as the block borders a busy road.

Clean, fresh apartment with great location

Great location, very clean, good value for money.

The kitchen could have been a little better stocked for such a long stay (three weeks) - there was no kitchen towel or salt and other condiments. The instructions about checking in and paying the tourist tax were also a bit inconsistent and confusing.

Nice stay!

The property was located a short 5-minute walk from the train station but on a very quiet street. Getting the keys via the keybox was very easy. The room itself was large, clean, and bright, and the a/c worked great! The bed was comfortable with sufficient pillows. The bathroom was a good size and good water pressure in the shower. Host was always responsive.

It's stated in the ad but while the kitchen is equipped with things for cooking, there is no oil/vinegar, coffee, or sugar (which is usually why people book apartments over hotels), so it's somewhat impracticable to have a kitchen unless you're traveling around with glass bottles in your suitcase and hoping they don't break in your travels. I ended up buying oil, vinegar, and a big bag of 200 sugar packets (which only cost 1 euro) and left them for others to hopefully use. The communications from the property offered an online registration where you fill in your details and upload a picture of your passport, but someone stopped by the next day to get that exact same information again so I'd recommend skipping the online registration option as it is futile.

An almost acceptable price-to-quality ratio.

The biggest advantage of the apartment is its location — right next to the train station, with good connections to the city center and Castello di Miramare. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had no trouble getting into the apartment.

The apartment could be better equipped — for example, there was no microwave or oven. It also wasn’t very clean. The pillowcases were clean, but the bedding itself was dirty, with unclear stains. Additionally, there were cobwebs on the chairs. Although the staff was responsive, I received messages from the apartment profile that seemed like phishing attempts. I reported this to the staff multiple times. At times, it was difficult to tell which messages were actually from them.

A great place to stay in Trieste

Cozy newly furnished apartment in a reconstructed building, easy self check in, convenient location - close to the station, public transport and a supermarket. The area was reasonably quiet. There was everything I needed in the apartment and my stay overall was very good.

My apartment was on the street level and next to the main entrance, so I heard all the people coming in and out + occasionally people made noise/smoked right by my windows. There was quite a bit of dust in the apartment.

If you’re with friends that do not bring a lot of stuff, I would recommend this place.

The place is big as it has 2 rooms. It also included 1 big bed, double deck beds, and a sofa bed. Airconditioned room helped a lot with the summer heat. It is near a train station. It also has a grocery store nearby, pam.

The floors were dusty, my daughter played without shoes on and we saw that her feet was black. Without parking so you have to find a parking spot. I would not recommend it for a family that has a lot of things to unload/load as the parking is non existent.

Does the job

Excellent location, 3 minutes walk from the bus station and train station. One of the few places available with a 2nd room with two beds (bunkbed) for a couple with 2 kids. We asked to be allowed in a bit earlier and they were helpful. It felt safe and secure. Good aircon.

Place was gloomy and functional. It wouldn't be hard to make it a bit nicer. More glasses and plates and a toaster are needed.

Close to station

Size of apartment was big, close to train station and supermarket, easy check in and out process. Full sized fridge

For a place that had a big kitchen was puzzled that it didn't have a microwave, nor oven to heat things up although there's an induction stove. Found wifi to be patchy but will work if you just reboot the amplier, forget and reconnect the wifi connection.

Very basic apartment but in a good location!

Good location! Two-minute walk to train station and buses into the centre and coast. Big supermarket around the corner. Apartment has great airconditioning.

The apartment is not bad, but very basic. The kitchen is not really well-equipped. Furniture very sparse. No electric kettle but an old-fashioned one without a lid, so risk of burning yourself on the steam! Second bed is a pull-out couch, not a problem in itself, but when open, there’s not much space to move around in the kitchen/living room. Also, it’s a bit impersonal. Literally didn’t see anyone in the building for 5 days. So if you are not intending to spend a lot of time in the apartment it’s fine, but otherwise it may be a bit too cramped and basic for a family.

Anyway we had a great time in Trieste thanks to Casanova team!

The flat was really in good area, near to the center, main train station and big supermarket. Also we can find a parking spot without paying, which was great for us. It’s big enough for 6 people, but in 4 would be more comfortable.

The floor was full of dust even on first look, but we weren’t sure if it’s because wrong cleaning or building itself. Also the flat doesn’t have a microwave or oven.

Fantastic room for solo travel or duos.

Excellent location, extremely close to the train station and about a 5-10 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. The room was clean, had space for clothes, coats, bags. There was a fridge, with freezer shelf at top, hob and sink. All on all really nice and great to make tea or snacks when not eating out. Fantastic value for money as well.

The bed was either a raised bunk (double) or a couch bed. They weren't bad by any means, but I personally prefer a regular bed.

Spacious, well located, if slightly under equipped apartment close to station & sights

Large modern apartment with small courtyard outdoor space. Large modern shower room. Quiet location close to station, and only 15 min walk into town centre.

Rather let down by lack of basic equipment in kitchen, IE no electric kettle, toaster or microwave. No television. Also no tea towel & had to make do with just one mug, until they sorted this for us. All this easily fixed!
