Great property poor staff

Amazing property great views very central

The jacuzzi is not available in the winter periods but was still advertised, have to have thorough inspection of property policy to realise this. The staff was unresponsive and ignored our requests to not come in at 9am to collect details and tourist tax as we had a long flight and were tired but showed up regardless at 8:50am aggressively knocking on the door. The property owner also accused us of smoking and throwing cigarettes butts off the terrace even though we were not present in the apartment and continued again to tell that we were whilst we were having a dinner outside of Trieste, the neighbouring apartment was extremely load and was smoking drugs but yet we were the issue, very insulted and disappointed with the hospitality.

Beautiful sea views and great location, but some practical issues

The apartment is very spacious, bright, and quiet, with beautiful terraces and a wonderful sea view. There is plenty of storage space, and the amount of natural light makes the apartment very pleasant to stay in. The location is excellent — right next to the central train station and very convenient for exploring Trieste. Parking is included in the price, which is a big advantage in a city where parking is generally difficult. We enjoyed our private outdoor hot tub.

The parking garage is quite challenging to use and not very vehicle-friendly — we struggled to park our car. Communication was sometimes delayed. There was water leaking from the ceiling, which was concerning. The check-out time is rather early (10:00). Although self check-in instructions were provided, a staff member arrived the next morning at 9:00 for ID checking, which limited our flexibility as we had planned to go out before check-out. Coffee was not provided. Self check-in instructions were too cumbersome, unnecessarily repeating instructions that were previously given already.

Amazing view of sunset

Location is excellent, very close to a huge supermarket.. short walk to Trieste Central Station and town centre The view from the balcony is unbeatable, sunset is marvellous in particular. Apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

I think your guest would appreciate a coffee machine, especially an espresso maker.

Lovely spacious place with breathtaking views.

The location was great, near the train station, which of course has some expected side effects of people hanging around a bit close to it, but very walkable to the old town and the nearby PAM grocery store was perfect. The views, rooms, space, balconies were amazing. I really appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with little basics like olive oil, salt, dish soap, and even the laundry machines had a few detergent tabs, perfect! Parking worked great even for our HUGE 8 seater rental van, just had to look around a bit for the right spot and then find the staircase. (Could you put signs on the doors to the staircases rather than farther in the hallways towards the stairs?)

The apartment was very sparsely decorated. I would have appreciated a few throw pillows for the sofa or a few more armchairs in the living room. We had the 4 bedroom apartment and the upstairs room was separated from the rest of the apartment by a small staircase but had no door. Not a big deal for us but might be important for some people. But it was huge and had its own balcony. Be sure to allow the hot tub a few hours to warm up - the temperature adjustment was a little tricky for us to figure out but we got it eventually.

Overpriced for amenities provided.

Location and views good. Bedding good. Laundry good.

No curtains or awnings and full sun exposure. Broken door handles. Leaky roof. No toaster. Not enough knives and forks for number of people staying. All utensils were average. Knives were very blunt. Front door code never worked and nor did intercom. Unsafe tiles on verandah Miniscule body wash. Staircase is dangerous especially for children.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights in Trieste.

Great apartment and the view was great. The appliances and everything in the apartment was great.

We only received one set of keys and only one parking space although there was room for two cars in that spot we had to park our other car elsewhere. This was communicated to us after booking but I feel like this could have been arranged. There was also water dripping from the ceiling downstairs below the upstairs AC which was annoying but no real problem.

La cosa che mi é piaciuta di più é la vista dal terrazzo enorme e la jacuzzi, pecca la zona essendo vicino alla stazione non c’è bellissima gente ma in 8 minuti a piedi sei in centro. L’appartamento ha 8 posti letto fantastico!!!

Toller Aufenthalt für unseren Kurzurlaub

Ausgezeichnete Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr schöne Räumlichkeiten, spartanisch eingerichtet, aber alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht, war vorhanden. Die Küche war für 8 Personen ausgestattet. Der Meerblick war einzigartig. Ein Supermarkt war 2 min zu Fuß entfernt, ebenso der Bahnhof. Parkplatz in der Garage war ebenso ausreichend groß.

Die elektronischen Türschlösser von der gesamten Anlage haben leider nicht funktioniert, für 8 Personen mit nur einem Schlüsselbund organisatorisch etwas schwierig, aber es war zu bewerkstelligen.

Rewelacyjny apartament wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Bardzo czysto. Wygodny parking. 10 min piechotą do centrum. Widok z salonu i tarasu - niesamowity to mało powiedziane. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą.

Luxe en ruim appartement met een werkelijk fantastisch uitzicht

Ruim, fantastisch uitzicht, goede airco, 3 mooie balkons, ‘s nachts goed stil, goede locatie vlakbij station, goede communicatie tijdens het boeken en inchecken.

Erg hinderlijk is dat de gordijnen te smal waren en doorschijnend waardoor het al heel vroeg licht was in de slaapkamer. Er is erg weinig bestek. Zonnescherm was stuk tijdens ons verblijf zodat we op een van de balkons niet konden zitten. Tip: de balkons verschillen per appartement dus beter om de juiste foto’s met appartementnummer erbij te zetten. Er zijn drie balkons maar helaas maar één set meubilair zodat we elke keer moesten verplaatsen de trap op en af.

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut, Ausblick, Nähe zum Bahnhof Trieste Centrale sind weitere Vorteile.

Die wirklich spärliche Ausstattung des Apartments, die nicht an jeder Stelle dichte Decke, keine Verschattungsmöglichkeiten (auch auf der Terrasse nicht), die zum Teil nicht geputzte Wohnung, fehlende Grundausstattung für die durch uns erwünschte Reinigung, keinerlei Informationen zur Umgebung, möglichen Ausflügen etc. Weiterhin nervig waren die überall ausgehängten Verbotsregeln...

Lage top, Schlafzimmer und Bäder sehr gut. Terrassen super Waschmaschine, Trockner sehr hilfreich Parkplatz in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage war perfekt. Fernseher zu klein, nur italienische Programme, Sofa zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeitem für die Größe der Wohnung Staubsauger: Ladestation, Düsen vorhanden, Gerät fehlte, also nicht nutzbar Am letzten Tag lief das Wasser in einer Dusche nicht ab

Großartige Apartments, wenn man hinein kommt.

Die Lage war großartig, auch die Anlage selbst, großzügig, herrlicher Blick über Triest. Ausstattung spartanisch, aber bequem.

Die Codes wurden nicht wie vereinbart am Vortag gesendet. Daraufhin sandte ich am Anreisetag am Morgen ein Mail mit der Handynummer und der mobilen E-Mail-Adresse. Wurde freundlich beantwortet und dann ignoriert. Ich stand vor der Tür und konnte nicht hinein. Nur dem Zufall und einem anderen Gast, dem es zuvor ebenso ergangen war, war es zu verdanken, dass wir in unsere Räume konnten, denn auch die von Booking.com angegebene Telefonnummer war nicht erreichbar. Kommunikation nur über Whatsapp, Telefon wurde nicht abgehoben. Die Organisation war in höchstem Maße unzufriedenstellend. Keine Papierkörbe in den Räumen.

Eine wunderschön gelegene Wohnung. Die Reise nach Triest - Volle Punkteanzahl

Der Ausblick ist ein Wahnsinn. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man könnte auch mit dem Zug herkommen, ist nur ein paar Minuten zum Gehen. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig. Die Terrasse - ein Traum - mit Wirlpool.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Trieste mit super Ausblick

Super Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Stadt. Zwei Terrassen Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Gut mit Lift erreichbar Großer Essbereich Garagenplatz für ein Auto Auch vom Bahnhof aus gut erreichbar Supermarkt gleich ums Eck

Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas großzügiger sein. Teller usw waren genau für sechs Personen. Ein Vorhang im Wohnbereich und ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse wären super. Der Kühlschrank sollte in die andere Richtung zu öffnen sein, das wäre bequemer.

Wunderschönes Apartment mit traumhaftem Ausblick!

Das Apartment liegt im 8. Stock (Aufzug vorhanden). Es ist super ausgestattet und hat einen traumhaften Ausblick von den Terrassen. Zentrale Lage - zu Fuß ins Zentrum 5-10 Minuten. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Nachdem Wetter und Unterkunft gepasst haben - ein Urlaub an den ich mich gerne erinnern werde

Die Lage ist perfekt, Aussicht wunderbar. Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral, Bus-, Zuganbindung in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Supermartk keine 50 Meter entfernt.

Die Ausstattung mit Kaffeetassen und Gläsern war genau auf die Gäste abgestimmt - 6 Tassen, 6 Gläser, 6 Teller und genausoviel Besteck. Das müsste man nachrüsten, das ist sehr ärgerlich, mit dem ständigen waschen. Der Espressokocher ist für einen 1- 2 Personenhaushalt gedacht und für 6 Personen viel zu klein, hier muss jemand beim Frühstück ständig am Herd stehen. Den Esstisch kann man abwischen, da die Brösel durch die Zwischenräume der einzelnen Bretter fällt, da kann man nur unter dem Tisch saugen. Der Handstaubsauger allerdings lies sich zwar aufdrehen aber icht mehr abdrehen, um den Saugvorgang zu beenden, musste man den Akku aus dem Gerät nehmen. Abgesehen von diesen paar Mankos aber eine durchaus empfehlenswerte Unterkunft - die Aussicht entschädigt.
