Sehr schöne Wohnung abseits des Trubels
Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit 3 wirklich großen und gemütlichen Schlafzimmern mit jeweils einem großen Fernseher, wo es nicht nur italienisches Sat-TV gibt. Alles neu renoviert mit sehr bequemen Betten - nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Voll ausgestattete Küche und alles war super sauber! Wir fühlten uns sehr sehr wohl - da die Wohnung ein persönliches Flair vermittelte und nicht wie manche von Agenturen vermietete Wohnungen vollkommen steril wirken. Großer Pluspunkt: Die Parkgarage befindet sich direkt im Nebenhaus, weil ohne zugehörigem Parkplatz ist es in dieser Gegend sehr schwierig, wenn man mit einem Auto anreist. Die Anbindung mit dem Bus ist erstklassig - die Haltestelle direkt daneben und unter Tag fahren die Busse teilweise im Minutentakt. Und obwohl die Wohnung im Erdgeschoß an einer Hauptstraße liegt, hört man vom Straßenlärm fast nichts - es ist dank der Schallschutzfenster so gedämpft, dass es kaum wahrnehmbar ist. Und Arnisa war immer erreichbar und ist ein superhost.
Nachdem die Wohnung im Erdgeschoß liegt und Triest sehr "bergig" ist, war klar, dass kaum Tageslicht in die Wohnung kommt - kann im Sommer aber ein Vorteil sein, weil sie schön kühl bleibt. wir haben das nicht als Nachteil empfunden - unter Tags waren wir am Strand bzw. auf Wanderung und am Abend ist es im Februar sowieso finster. Um die Haus- und Wohnungstür zu öffnen bzw. zu schließen braucht man Internet - draußen war das kein Problem, aber im Haus für die Wohnungstür hatten 3 von 4 Handys kein Internet - am besten den WLAN Zugangscode, den man vorher bekommt, bereithalten und vor der Tür einrichten, dann ist das auch kein Problem. Und vielleicht noch als Info für die Parkbox - wenn das Auto länger als unser Prius III Plugin ist (4,50m), dann glaube ich, dass es schwierig zum navigieren wird - ich konnte aber alleine mit 2 x reversieren einparken.
