EVE Home Collection - City Center

Super schöne Unterkunft im Herzen der Stadt. Für uns war alles perfekt. Kurz vor der Anreise gab es wohl ein paar Probleme mit der Klimaanlage. Wir wurden aber umgehend informiert und uns wurde eine Alternative angeboten. Perfekte Kommunikation! Ja, die Wohnung war ein wenig dunkel, aber dies war in der heißen Jahreszeit eigentlich perfekt... so brauchte man die Klimaanlage nicht allzu stark anschalten. Besonders herzlich fand ich die Information, die man kurz vor der Anreise erhalten hat... somit war mein bestens für den Aufenthalt gerüstet.

Perfect location and spacious apartment was exactly as described. Full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Evelina was a great host. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment has obviously been recently upgraded and was extremely nice and clean. We really appreciated the washing machine. It is in a very central location and a small supermarket was 5 - 10 mins walk away which was very convenient.

On arrival, whilst it was easy to get the key to the outer door from a lock box we could not actually unlock the door. We spent at least 30 minutes trying to get the key to work. It was an extremely stressful time because our cell phones were not working so were unable to ring Eve for help. The only reason we were able to get through the door was another couple arrived and their key did work. When we went to go out the next morning we again tried the key and could not make it work. We then rang Eve and after a lot of wiggling we finally managed to get the door open. We stayed for 4 nights and I never managed to unlock the door, not even once. My sister did manage to unlock the door each time we returned but only after fiddling and wiggling the key and pushing on the door at the exact right moment. I was disappointed that Eve did not make any contact with us after the first phone call from us to see if we were still having trouble with the key or not. It was a real shame because the apartment was so lovely but it added stress to our stay as each time we returned we did not know if the key would work or not.

The location was great. The apartment was modern and new. The size of the property was perfect and the kitchen area was really appreciated so we could cook in and store all of our food and drinks. The shower had strong water pressure and was quite large.

The a/c remote did not seem to work as we were unable to lower the temperature at night, which made for some warm sleeping conditions. The mattress was also stiffer than we would have liked.
