Great location, just around the corner from the Grand Canal.
Hopefully, this can be fixed quickly. Noisy air con in room 1 kept us awake .Usually, we'd leave a window open instead, but the courtyard that it opened to obviously had extractor fans from food outlets. So, it was noisy aircon or smell of cooking fat and food...

The accommodation was fine, but the description wasn't accurate. This was perhaps a problem with booking.com, as the suite was advertised as having a separate living room and bedroom. However there was only one room. The room was nice, though and had kitchen units and the bathroom was also nice. We had room 6 which was described as the junior suite. There was one internal door which was locked and was not sound proofed at all, which meant that we heard every conversation through this door. If this was sound proofed and the description was accurate I would happily give a higher rating.
