Mazzini 9 Tirabora Short Rent

We stayed in the apartment for vacation, a family of five adults. Perfectly furnished apartment, someone really made an effort and thought about everything. As if you were at home, it is even better because this apartment is located in the center of Trieste. Neat, clean with all necessary contents. Enough comfort for everyone. All recommendations for accommodation and communication. Thanks again, see you soon as possible.

Great location

No kettle or toaster. The addition of these would be welcome. Also the directions of where to check in could be clearer.

Location was great and the apartment was well appointed and tastefully decorated.

Only 1 set of keys and they were 2 couples. Also the 2nd bedroom didn’t have sufficient privacy. No kettle to heat water for tea or coffee.

The apartment was very comfortable and the kitchen was modern and clean. The cookware was in good condition; the washing machine was fairly easy to use (nice addition of drying rack and iron).

There was a considerable amount of black mold in the grout of the shower. Sadly, this detracted from the overall experience. Also, the directions to locate the lock-box were a bit vague, and the office worker had to assist us (the check-in location is a 10 minute walk from the apartment). A slight technicality about the elevator: it only goes to the 4th floor. To access the 5th and final floor, we had to carry suitcases up a flight of stairs. Not a huge issue, but the information on Booking.com led me to believe that the elevator went directly to the apartment. The location is good- near a variety of bars and restaurants. One bedroom had a rooftop window- when open at night, one could hear the 'boom-boom' beat of a local bar. Not horrible, but noticeable.
