Overall a very pleasant stay just a few small things that could make it perfect

Position was great close to restaurants, bars, shopping and train station

I think if you have a stay of 8 nights as we did you need to have it serviced with change of sheets and towels. At the start you should be given at least 2 shower towels for each person as there was no dryer and the washing machine didn’t work properly. Also extra toilet paper should be supplied

Great location. Property needs some work

Location was fantastic . Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. Bathrooms were lovely.

We had issues with a leaking washer, air conditioner in front room didn’t really work. Couch back was broken and there was a hole in the wall of one of the bedrooms. Management said that they checked on the washer issue but everything was exactly as we left it when we returned and their person supposedly check it out.

Disappointed and lots of room for improvement.

The location was excellent.

Maintenance and cleaning need to be improved. The fridge was Iced over in one corner. Health hazard and discusting. Air Con filters were extremely dirty. We noticed the air was stale, so I looked at filters. I cleaned them. Very poor simple maintenance. A toaster would have been good. Extra toilet paper would also be appreciated. Bedrooms were lit up all night by lights from adjoining apartments. Really need to have black out curtains in bedrooms. The location could not be bettered. Just a little improvement and care with cleaning and maintenance would lift our rating. Disappointed with this stay.

Great location, some improvements required.

The location is just perfect for exploring Trieste.

Check-in process could improve as we needed to go to separate location to physically show passport. The address given was not correct and we wasted time while taxi waited. Washing machine did not function correctly. Walls of bedroom are quite dirty. Would improve service to have at least a bottle of water in the fridge or a few coffee capsules.

Great location in Trieste

The location of this apartment is outstanding and the door codes made it easy for us all to come and go without coordinating keys between us. The host responded to our notification of several issues we raised on arrival or during our stay.

We booked this apartment for location and the facilities listed for our group of four, one of them being the washing machine which did not function correctly. We spent quite a bit of time either trying to get the machine to work, communicating with the host or going out to do laundry which impacted our time in Trieste. The towels provided were not to the standard expected of this apartment, they were quite thin and worn.

4층 숙소가 엘리베이터 고장으로 20k 가까운 여행가방 4개를 옮기느라 다들 병이나서 다음 여행에 지장을 주었으며 숙박하는 3박 내내 수리가 안되서 하루에 한번씩만 외출했다. 체크인시 직원과 소통이 안되어 국제전화를 몇번이나 했나 모른다. 길에서 1시간가량 실랑이하다 이탈리아 사람에게 부탁해 통화해서 들어갈 수 있었다. 체크인시 도시세를 내러 숙소와 멀리 떨어진곳으로 택시까지타고 무거운 짐을 들고 그들에게 가야 하는지 이해가 안된다. 먼저 숙소에 들어가게 한다음 다음날 도시세 받으면 되는거 아닌가. 다른 숙소는 문자로 소통하고 도시세내게 한다음 체크인 번호를 다 보내주었다. 숙소 입구에 물막이로 막아나서 영업 안하는줄 알었다. 우리는 다음날 사무실에 가서 엘리베이터고장을 항의하였지만 건물주 문제라며 책임을 돌리고 회피했다. 이런모든 불편에 대한 배상은 부킹닷컴에 이의를 제기하라했다. 우리는 지중해 크루즈시작으로 이아파트를 선택했는데 엘레베이터때문에 지금도 후유증으로 힘들어하고 있다. 내 남편은 75세 나이든 노인이다ㅠㅠ 절대로 이숙소에 묵지마시길,

Vegyes, jó szállás lehangoló részletekkel.

Elhelyezkedés, szállás jó, viszonylag nagy és jól felszerelt apartman.

A kulcs átvétele kapcsán az indulás előtti napon küldtek egy félretájékoztató e-mailt, emiatt zuhogó esőben feleslegesen gyalogoltunk egy csomót a városban. Mivel esős idő volt, a ház bejáratát, kapuját egy kb. 50 cm magas lappal eltorlaszolták, hogy ne folyjon be a víz, így közel 70 évesen ezen át kellett mászni. Az első nap után, pénteken elromlott a lift, amit vasárnapig nem javítottak meg, vagyis gyalog kellett felmenni a 3. emeletre. Szerencsére most kivételesen a 89 éves édesapám nem volt velünk, bár rendszeres kiránduló.

Extrêmement bien situé à deux pas de la place de l'Unité, mais calme. Un salon cuisine agréable.

Service un peu léger (placards vides) et des dégradations non signalées par le service de gestion.

Posizione strategica e centrale per visitare Trieste

Posizione strategica centralissima, ottima per visitare a piedi tutta Trieste. A pochi passi sono presenti tutti i servizi: ristoranti, negozi, farmacie, supermarket, nonché le fermate del bus per raggiungere Miramare o la Risiera di San Sabba. Appartamento molto pulito e nuovo, letti comodi. Presenti aria condizionata e ascensore (l'appartamento è al terzo piano). Presenti anche lavatrice e ferro da stiro che però noi non abbiamo mai utilizzato. L'ufficio per il check-in si trova anch'esso in Piazza della Borsa, sul lato opposto, dunque molto comodo.

Mancanza di tende oscuranti o tapparelle alle finestre. Entrambi i bagni sono con aeratore (senza finestra), tutte e tre le finestre si trovano sullo stesso lato e affacciano su una piccola corte interna (poca circolazione d'aria). Inoltre noi eravamo in cinque e la quinta sedia l'abbiamo trovata in camera ma era una sedia scomoda pieghevole. Consiglio ai gestori di aggiungere una sedia "normale " come le altre al tavolo di cucina dato che l'appartamento viene affittato anche per 5 persone. Aggiungerei anche un paio di strofinacci da cucina, due presine per maneggiare le pentole calde e uno scolapiatti (questi ultimi 2 accessori purtroppo sono una rarità nelle case in affitto .... e infatti non li abbiamo trovati ....)

Posizione eccellente per il centro di Trieste, disponibilità di TV in ogni camera. Parcheggi a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dall'alloggio. Alloggio molto silenzioso!

Al mattino c'è molta molta luce in camera per mancanza di scuri e/o tende più scure.

La posizione perfetta, tutto nuovo e ben organizzato.

Alcune particolari che fanno la differenza, il condizionatore in camera molto rumoroso, se lo staccavi si spegneva anche quello nella zona giorno, non ci sono gli oscuranti alle finestre, infine c’è la macchina del caffè senza una caps…

Come è bella Trieste

Struttura da poco ristrutturata, molto accogliente, ogni stanza ha la sua TV oltre a quella nel saloncino, riscaldamento a pavimento perfettamente funzionante, e casa calda ed accogliente al rientro delle lunghe camminate al freddo.

Sicuramente da migliorare......i cuscini, da metterne alcuni duri, quelli attuali troppo morbidi, inoltre le stoviglie, reintegrare piatti e bicchieri.
