This is an excellent base from which to explore Trieste in a spacious and well-equipped apartment.

This was a self-catering property but it was very well equipped and we lacked for nothing. The essentials such as olive oil, sugar, coffer, salt etc were all there. It has a comfortable bed with exceptionally good linen and the flat is spacious, with numerous guides to Trieste supplied by the charming host, Valentina, who could not have been more helpful. It was a lovely place to return to after a day of exploring. We can't recommend it too highly.

This is an excellent property that is both spacious and quiet. Our host was outstanding both with her information, assistance with luggage and parking the car as well as the many extras left for us, water, biscuits and sweets. This was a real home well loved and a great place to base yourself to see Trieste.

Spacious, clean, well located property, with superb hosts.

This property was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean. Everything was exactly as you would expect from the photos and the parking garage was a bonus (although a little removed from the property). The real highlight of this apartment is the hosts Rosaria and Fabrizio who could not be more helpful and attentive.

The property is a mere 10min walk from all that Trieste has to offer - the only potential challenge is that there is quite a climb on the way back - not a problem for most but may be an issue for the elderly or less physically capable.

The apartment is big, clean and comfy. A great place to discover beautiful Triëste. Only a short walk to Triëste inner city and the sea and Rosaria and Fabrizio are very friendly and nice hosts. The free garage is a very big plus

Top class stay!

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in an excellent location. Lots of space. Great WiFi and aircon which was essential in the middle of a heatwave. Lots of toiletries available. Lovely touches also added including complementary tea, coffee , biscuits etc. The host and hostess facilitated an early check in and met us personally. They gave us super local advice about places to visit and where to eat. We loved our stay!

Great family apartment

This is a perfect family apartment with two friendly and communicative hosts. The house has two large bedrooms with good size, comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and bathroom plus living are - spotlessly clean too! The location is excellent, only a few minutes walk from the center and close to a park.

Extremely kind and helpful hostess we honestly felt like home the appartment is beyond excellent equipted and has a parking space which is very important for Tergeste. It's located in the center of the city and in the heart of Tergeste's night life. Don't forget to mention that it has Netflix if you are a fun of it.

Accoglienza eccellente e calorosa da parte di Rosaria. Ci ha messo a disposizione tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, dalle caramelle a tantissimi tipi di shampoo e ogni tipo di comodità. L'appartamento è a pochi minuti dal lungomare, centrale e strategico per raggiungere i punti d'interesse. C'è una fermata di bus proprio sotto casa. Si sta comodamente in cinque persone, appartamento spazioso e ben riscaldato. Mi piacerebbe tornare, consigliatissimo!

Sehr nette Gastgeberin! Kompent, bemüht und sehr herzlich. Wohnung lag im 2. Stock - mit Lift erreichbar. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig, da die Fenster auf eine Nebenstraße bzw. in den Hof wiesen.

Triest ist immer eine Reise wert

Die Lage der Wohnung am Hang. man ist in einem echten Haus, nicht nur Hotel. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Wasserkocher, Bialetti-Kaffekocher, Spülmaschine, verschiedenen Teesorten und Kaffeepulver. Die Möglichkeit. das Auto unterzubringen, die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin. Triest mit seinen alten Palästen und Kaffehäusern, z.B. das Antico Cafe San Marco von 1914 mit der integrierten Buchhandlung ist wirklich wie Wien am Meer.

Für meine Begriffe waren die Betten zu weich bis auf das Zustellbett - das hatte ich dann glücklicherweise. Die Klospülung ist relativ laut in einem Schlafzimme zu hören.

Boravak u ovom apartmanu je bio izvrsno iskustvo! 🌟 Apartman je ogroman i prostran, s preudobnim krevetima koji garantiraju odličan san. 🛏️ Lasnica je izuzetno ljubazna i uvijek spremna pomoći. Garaža je praktično smještena blizu, a u apartmanu ima doslovno svega – od sredstava za čišćenje do gelova za tuširanje, tako da se nitko ne mora brinuti ni o čemu. Savršeno mjesto za opuštanje i uživanje! 💖

Appartamento dotato di tutto quello che è presente in un appartamento abitato quotidianamente. Disponibilità garage, vista la non facilità di trovare parcheggio in città. Vicinanza ai luoghi più turistici della città. Cordialità e flessibilità nella gestione degli orari di check in/out della proprietaria.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa è la consistenza del materasso del letto matrimoniale, lo preferisco più rigido.... ma è soggettivo.

L'accueil hyper chaleureux de Rosaria, le confort et la qualité de cet hébergement, toutes les attentions qui font qu'on s'est sentis très à l'aise . Appartamento semplicemente fantastico. Il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole. È molto vicino al centro della città, la zona è tranquilla e sicura. I padroni di casa, Fabrizio e Rosaria, ci hanno accolto calorosamente e la loro ospitalità è stata davvero eccezionale. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario, è incredibilmente pulito! Senza dubbio ha reso la nostra vacanza molto più piacevole. Grazie di tutto.

Sentirsi a casa in vacanza.

Appartamento spazioso, molto pulito e fornito di tutti i comfort. A due passi dal centro e in posizione ottima per raggiungere i maggiori luoghi di interesse sia a piedi che con i mezzi. Veramente ci siamo sentiti a casa. Rosaria e Fabrizio gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, si vede che mettono amore in quello che fanno e nell'accoglienza. Ci hanno dato informazioni e dritte utilissime per il nostro soggiorno. Altra cosa super importante e utile é il garage, vicino all'appartamento. Super consigliato.

Sehr gut, empfehlenswert

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, verlässlich und bemüht - wir bekamen gute Tipps von ihnen. Die Wohnung ist nett und geräumig, liegt sehr zentral & es ist ein versperrter Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz inkludiert der nur wenige Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt ist. Da man das Auto in Triest Stadt nicht benötigt ist der Parkplatz perfekt, da man sich keine Sorgen um das Auto während des Aufenthaltes machen muss. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Tiefkühler, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine...) Wir waren als Gruppe (4 Freunde) unterwegs. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier auf jeden Fall & wir können eine 100% Weiterempfehlung aussprechen.
