Large flat, very clean, good location.
Second bedroom has very basic furniture and bed frame is not very stable. Suggest improving that room as the other rooms of the house. Flat could be made made more cosy.

Kiváló helyen található, megfelelő nagyságú apartman 4 felnőtt fő számára. Találkozás mentes átvétel, a tulaj előzetes kommunikációja segítőkész, pontos volt. Az előre lefoglalt parkolót nagyon erősen ajánlom, közel van az apartmanhoz. Ezt a tulajdonos készségesen elintézte nekünk érkezésünk előtt.
Nem volt tisztaság, csak nagyjából lett rendbetéve átadás előtt.. a szemetes a fürdőben nem volt kiürítve, koszos edények és evőeszközök a szekrényben, a padló ragadt a kosztól, szerintem már jóideje nem volt felmosva. Amennyire tudtam újratakarítottam / kifertőtlenítettem miután átvettük, és szívesen kitakarítottam volna alaposabban is, de nincsenek ehhez eszközök sem. pl. porszívó, seprű, lapát, felmosó, tisztítószer…semmi. A lakás feletti szomszéd zajos. Csak 3 nap/2 éj tartózkodásunk volt, erre megfelelt.
