Good accomodation, one room needs improvements

Large flat, very clean, good location.

Second bedroom has very basic furniture and bed frame is not very stable. Suggest improving that room as the other rooms of the house. Flat could be made made more cosy.

Enjoyable stay but not quite such a comfortable flat as usual.

Lovely flat in a beautiful city - high on a hill but luckily the no. 30 bus took you effortlessly to the centre and wherever you wanted to be.

It would have been nice if some basics had been provided. The flat needs some maintenance- bulbs and lights that are broken, the toilet seat seems loose ..

Nice place in the heart of Triest

It is a very big apartment, well cleaned. It is very easy to communicate with the host. Quiet place with short walk distance from the beach/port/restaurants. Thankfully there is no house key, we used codes to get in, very easy. I recommend it for short stay.

The beds were not very comfortable, also the airconditioner did not work properly. During the night switched off. The windows could get some renovation.

Best Flat In Trieste hands down

This is the best location and flat in Trieste...I want to emphasize that Gabriel , the owner, was very helpful and answered all my questions about Trieste..He even recommended a great Pizza Restaurant...The flat is clean, spacious, recently renovated and fully equiped..Suitable for families with kids or babies..it has one queen bed that can easily fit 2 persons, teo small beds and another sofa bed..there is a baby crib in the flat..the location is also central..less than 8 minutes to Plaza Unita Italia..The flat is fully air conditioned and the kitchen has all the necessary utensiles and machines...I loved the small balcony...Gabriel left us also some tea bags and coffee capsules...I totally recommend this flat and I will definitely stay there again especially that parking is free in the streets surronding it...For all travellers to Trieste please DO NOT hesitate and book this flat.. .

Große Wohnung in Triest mit Stärken und Schwächen

Lage, oben am Berg, gut an heißen Tagen. Garagenstellplatz in der Nähe, teuer, aber gut und verlässlich. Große Wohnung, ausreichend Platz. Außergewöhnlich gute, kräftige Dusche.

Hof (Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer) in fürchterlichem Zustand, trister Ausblick aus dem Schlafzimmer. Küchenutensilien sehr, sehr dürftig, stumpfe Messer. 10 Uhr als Abreisezeit ist viel zu früh, 11 oder 12 wäre urlaubsfreundlicher. Fensterrahmen in ungepflegtem, unrenoviertem Zustand. Unterkunft insgesamt zu teuer.

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, megfelelő nagyság, de nem megfelelő tisztaság

Kiváló helyen található, megfelelő nagyságú apartman 4 felnőtt fő számára. Találkozás mentes átvétel, a tulaj előzetes kommunikációja segítőkész, pontos volt. Az előre lefoglalt parkolót nagyon erősen ajánlom, közel van az apartmanhoz. Ezt a tulajdonos készségesen elintézte nekünk érkezésünk előtt.

Nem volt tisztaság, csak nagyjából lett rendbetéve átadás előtt.. a szemetes a fürdőben nem volt kiürítve, koszos edények és evőeszközök a szekrényben, a padló ragadt a kosztól, szerintem már jóideje nem volt felmosva. Amennyire tudtam újratakarítottam / kifertőtlenítettem miután átvettük, és szívesen kitakarítottam volna alaposabban is, de nincsenek ehhez eszközök sem. pl. porszívó, seprű, lapát, felmosó, tisztítószer…semmi. A lakás feletti szomszéd zajos. Csak 3 nap/2 éj tartózkodásunk volt, erre megfelelt.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen , in 15 Minuten ist man fußläufig fast überall. Sie ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und bietet bis zu 6 Leuten Platz Der Gastgeber ist fortlaufend erreichbar und kümmert sich unverzüglich um Anfragen :-)

Ein traumhafter Kurzurlaub in Triest

Das was uns als erstes aufgefallen war, war der angenehm frische Duft der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben super geschlafen da auch die Umgebung sehr ruhig war. Die Unterkunft ist auch gut ausgestattet. Innerhalb wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Check-in war total unkompliziert und die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und sind bei unseren Fragen sehr behilflich gewesen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicherlich gerne wieder.

Bell’appartamento moderno a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Arredamento semplice ed essenziale, ma c’è tutto quello che serve. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la macchinetta del caffè con alcune cialde a disposizione 😊 Nel complesso molto accogliente e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo 👍🏻 Molto gentili i gestori e in particolare Gabriele che, pur non vedendoli fisicamente (check-in e tutti i contatti vengono gestiti da remoto) sono stati super presenti e pronti a gestire ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliatissimo 😊😊😊 🔝

Sve je bilo savršeno, smeštaj je odličan, na lokaciji sa koje smo sve peške obišli. Parking se može naći u okolini, a i obližnja garaža nije skupa.
