Excellent

The location is excellent, very central and near to the Roman Theatre. The car park San Giusto is located nearby. The apartment was modern, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was working. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay.

Small things like the toilet seat being wobbly. The apartment needed attention in some areas. There was a large chip on the edge of the bathroom sink. We only find light switches for entrance hall and stairs towards end of stay. There could have been some bowls and cutlery. We have wine glasses but nothing to eat breakfast in. So this is a 9/10.

Very disappointing . Air conditioning not working and host not responding

Very good location and very nice design

The air conditioning not working One couple couldn’t sleep in their room And had to find a hotel room for the night. Hoste didn’t respond at all . Also - blanket didn’t smell good Record players not working, one chair was broken.

I had a short vacation for 3 nights

I really liked the hotel, especially that it is a historical building and the location of the hotel is very convenient. Beautiful view from the window. Beautiful interior. Comfortable bed, nice linens. I liked that any issue was quickly resolved.

It was a little surprising that the hotel didn't have a front desk, maybe I just missed that information. I was with a backpack and was told in advance where I could leave my stuff, that was convenient too.

It was ok stay

It was a beautiful suite that is in a busy location. Convenience and location is great but there is a lot of noise from the stree which we did not expect (suite4)

Hi there , sad to report that we were a bit disappointed in the overall stay. Understandably, tech issues happen , but the key is to resolve them in a timely manner for the comfort of your guests. The AC still did not work properly after the fix. We had a terrible sleep as a result. AND supplying a fan that only turns on when HEAT is selected is not a satisfactory measure. The lighting was incredibly below par ad the noise levels from the traffic was like listening to a 3 ring circus!

Looks luxurious but fell short

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a small fridge and a coffee maker. Good Wifi.

The A/C wasn’t working, apparently this was a problem for the entire building. The owner did provide a small fan. The water pressure was weak and the sink drain needs to cleaned out as it was very slow draining. The record player didn’t work either as it didn’t have a needle. I don’t want to discourage people from coming to this place because which just a few fixes this place could easily be a 10 out of 10.

Modern suit near city center

The room was large and well decorated, the bathroom was modern and clean, the kitchen is small but we did not use it so it was ok, the entrance is very simple and easy, the location was excellent (near the parking lot and also close to city center), the host was quick to help and gave best advices and information to help us with everything

Perfect value for money

The room has everything you need for a short stay, bed is comfortable & anatomic pillows were highly appreciated. It was super clean. There is a water kettle & coffee machine with complimentary capsules. The balcony was a lovely way to sit and relax, especially since it overlooks the Piazza dela Borsa. The location is perfect, just in between the Piazza Unità and the Grand Canal, plus there is a huge parking garage (San Giusto) just a few steps away. The communication with the owners was fast and perfect, they let us change the date after we had to cancel last minute on original date and I am so grateful for this. Will definitely stay here again when in Trieste.

I wish there is a better light in the bathroom, at least in front of the mirror.

Bad

Terrible experience, rooms facing the noisy main street, impossible to sleep with windows open. Non-functioning AC, room temperature 29 degrees, no hot water, absolutely unhelpful staff. The water in the sink did not drain properly. No response after continuous complaints, but after being unavailable to help (also I called her six times and never picked up the phone and never called me back), she had the courage to remind us in text message to leave the city tax there. Ridiculous. Also we had to leave this apartment because of the high temperature, and had to book another hotel room to spend the next night. It was a shockingly bad experience, which we have never had before. Honestly we are speechless.

excellent place, I liked it. spacious and clean

Overall excellent, and I wish to return. However: here are comments that if fixed by owners will make the place even better: Lack of silverware and plates, which should be in such a autonomous suit setup. There is lack of place for shampoo and soap in the shower. No room service throughout my stay. An electricity outlet at the desk should be useful They forgot to ask me to pay taxes to the city (~2Euro/day), and also did not exempt this.

The apartment is perfectly located between Cabal Grande an Piazza UNITA d’Italia right in the middl of Pedestrian Area in the heart of the City. It was very clean and new. The best is the little balcony. After a long day in the City just sit there with a glass vino Rosso an resume the day. The place is 100% recommendable - Ralf and Regina from Germany

Great location, beautiful apartment!

Great taste and design, lots of special touches like the record player. Fantastic location, closed to main sights. The hostess, Ingrid, went above and beyond to help us. Try their group restaurants,Draw, for cocktails and 040 Social Food for breakfast, they are great and on top you get a 10% discount. If we were to come back to Trieste, we will definitely stay there again.

The apartment is very modern, spacious and clean. We felt very rested in the morning as the area is quiet and the bed extremely comfortable. Ingrid went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
