Good Location - Not Great Experience

The location is amazing - right in the city centre. The apartment is finished to a high standard. The building was very secure and quiet.

The cleaning of the apartment could be improved. There were cigarette papers from a previous occupant strewn across the coffee table. Cups and glasses from the previous occupant were on the drying board and had clear and obvious stains indicating they were rinsed and not washed. No bin bags are provided - this is an inconvenience to visitors and is in the property interest to provide. The requirement for in person check in despite providing all passports and details prior to landing is irritating, the company office is a 20min walk each way from the city centre, on the weekend it is poorly staffed and there was a large queue of visitors waiting to complete check in, we waited for almost 20mins to sign some forms which could have been signed via docusign and pay the tourist tax which we could have done in advance of the trip-this activity wastes valuable time from your visit. On the day of departure check out is 10am, we were inside the door at 10:50 doing final checks when a cleaner came in unannounced, did not greet us and proceeded to sit on the couch and watch us while we put coats on and confirmed all items had been packed, it was very awkward and unprofessional.

Very dirty - do not book this!

Location

The apartment was very dirty- couches full of stains, floor very dirty on corners and below curtains, but the worse part was in the kitchen- not cleaned at all- and all the bathrooms, terrible dirt on shower cap, faucet, hair, toilets full of brown chalk, even stains of p*op in the toilets, used towels thrown in the wardrobe, you can check the pics attached!

Extremely disappointing experience because of hidden fees and poor hospitality

Only thing that was good about this property was location.

We were very disappointed with our stay here. First of all, none of the additional charges were clearly stated during the booking process. Upon making reservation, we received an email stating hidden fees. We were informed that we needed to wash all the dishes and take out the trash ourselves, otherwise, we would be charged €20 for each of those tasks, which is completely unreasonable, because the cleaning fee of 120€ was already calculated in the price of reservation. Additionally, the air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom was not working at all. The staff brought us a small portable unit, but it was completely ineffective, and the room remained unbearably hot. As a result, we couldn't even use that room, which significantly affected our comfort. On top of that, we had to pay €25 for a late check-in, and to make things worse, we were told to pick up the keys at a different address. This whole process was inconvenient and poorly organized. Overall, this property was full of hidden costs and uncomfortable conditions. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend staying here.

The best location and a beautiful flat!

Location was superb, right in the city centre. We couldn't have wished for a better flat. The flat is beautiful, 3 spacious rooms, 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is bright and well-equipped. Communication was good, and we got a response promptly from the agency. The sea is 3 minutes away, and the city is a few seconds away. Very satisfied with this accommodation.

Check out was at 10.00 am. We are a family of 6, so with 4 children, we needed the morning to leave everything perfect (taking the recycling and dustbins down, etc) and at the same time pack and leave. The car was in a garage, so we really needed that time to carry all our stuff away from the flat after a 5-day stay. However, the cleaning lady arrived earlier and just walked into the flat without even saying hello. We all found it strange, but of course, I cannot blame the agency for this; they should wait for us to get our things out of the flat, considering that we were right on time! But despite this little issue, we will be back, hopefully, my concern will be taken into consideration.

Large bright, comfortable apartment, in a fabulous location. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bright and airy with comfortable beds and a pleasant living room and well equipped kitchen.

Great property in fabulous location, poor customer service.

Excellent location, apartment was spacious and well furnished with comfortable beds.

The lift was out of order which meant we had over 100 stairs to negotiate with our suitcases. We advised the hosts and they said they were unaware of the problem but would report it, as we were there over a weekend nothing was done to rectify the problem. This meant that we were reluctant to come and go as one would normally do. I messaged the property to see if they would provide assistance when we were leaving on the Monday as they also required us to remove garbage or pay a penalty which meant a further trip up and down the stairs. I received no answer at all to this query. There appears to be a leak in the shower on the top floor as quite a lot of water had to be mopped up.

The location was great and the host was very helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet.

The air conditioning was set at a fixed temperature which couldn’t be adjusted and the Wi-Fi password was difficult to figure out. Also, it would have been nice if there was some laundry detergent, although we found that at a store nearby.

The location, the air conditioning downstairs, the fridge with cold water, ice cubes and crushed ice, and the spacious and comfortable living room.

Extremely hot upstairs all day and night in the summer, air conditioning is not strong enough.

Recommended ! Suitable for the Group

Very nice apartment, in the center of the city and very close to the water. It's very strategic. You will love it as we do. It is clean, well maintained and comfortable for our group. Highly recommend. The staff was very friendly and communication with them was pretty easy and fast respond with the issued that we had in the kitchen. Thank you was a great stay !

Ottima posizione, bel palazzo e bell’appartame ma poco curato e mal gestito.

La posizione e l’appartamento

Eravamo in 5. Mancavano le lenzuola di due letti. Siamo arrivati a casa alle 22.00 e abbiamo dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo per richiederle. Il divano letto era scomodo, sia come divano che come letto. La cucina era sfornita. I bicchieri erano pochi, i piatti anche. Non siamo riusciti ad utilizzare il piano cottura perché non ci hanno fornito all’arrivo le istruzioni corrette. Il forno e il tostapane non erano ben puliti. Mancavano coperchi e attrezzi da cucina, come forbici e coltelli funzionanti. Due caffettiere, entrambe rotte. La casa era bollente. Non riuscivamo a spegnere il riscaldamento. Alcuni arredi, come i pouf davanti al divano, in cattivo stato e molto rovinati. Siamo arrivati tardi (i treni diretti da Roma sono pochi) e siamo dovuti andare noi in un posto dedicato al check-in , pur pagando un costo addizionale. Alcune persone erano anziane e abbiamo dovuto prendere due taxi per recarci dal luogo del check-in all’appartamento. I referenti comunque erano gentili, l’appartamento anche se poco curato e mal gestito, bello. La posizione ottima. Non ci torneremo.

Wochenende mit Freundinnen

Lage im Zentrum top. Apartment an sich sehr schön, gemütlich und großzügig. Drei Badezimmer sind natürlich fein. Organisation (check-in, check-out, etc.) hat super geklappt. Für ein Wochenende mit mehreren Personen geeignet aber wir würden trotzdem nicht nochmals dort nächtigen.

- Handtücher etwas modrig-muffelig - Lärm in der Nacht von den umliegenden Bars sehr störend - Betten schon etwas durchgelegen - In den Schlafzimmern kann man nicht gut lüften weil die Fenster in einen überdachten Innenhof gehen - das obere Stockwerk ist nur über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar und etwas stickig - vorab online check in sehr mühsam und aufwendig da viele Daten abgefragt werden (z.B. Upload Vorderseite und Rückseite Ausweis, Adresse, Name, Geb.Datum jeder einzelnen Person)

Die Lage ist großartig. Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig möbliert, ohne Firlefanz und sehr sauber. Das empfanden wir als angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
