The apartment was beautiful and felt very safe. It had everything we needed and was walkable to the train station, the grand canal and shopping.
We loved everything!

Francesca was an amazing host - very welcoming, and responsive when we had a couple of issues. For example, we were disappointed there was no iron (despite what it said on the website) but Francesca provided an airing rack so at least we could get the washing dry. She even gave us a bottle of prosecco when she discovered it was my birthday!
The chairs on the balcony were uncomfortable.

Good location. 10 min from the train station and 10-20 min walking distance from most attractions. Bus stop alternatively next door. Thoughtful interior, we were missing nothing. There is everything to make your stay comfortable and yes, also luxurious. Great communication and instruction.
