Llenos de pelos

Que era grande

Estaba sucio, lleno de pelos, te ibas a sentar y había pelos buscabas un vaso para tomar agua y adentro del vaso había un pelo, el piso sucio llenos de pelos, además no había encendedor para prender la cocina y la cocina era muy antigua.

Poloha je skvela, pesky jste hned v centru. Moc prijemny byl kavovar s vynikajici kavou! Nedaleko je take skvela kavarna-bar s croissanty. Byt ma dve koupelny a mnoho mist ke spani, coz je plus. Take ma parkovaci misto, i kdyz vhodne spis pro mensi auta. Terasu jsme take ocenili.

Parkovani neni moc vhodne pro vetsi auta, s suv budete mit velky problem zajet do brany i zaparkovat na misto. Vse je na centimetry, to by bylo dobre vedet predem. Neni to pohodlne. V byte se nenachazi klimatizace a loznice jsou situovane do dost rusne ulice, motorky vam rano nedaji spat :) super by byla mycka nadobi.

Zentrale, große Wohnung mit kleinem Parkplatz

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut und es ist super, dass es einen Garagenplatz gibt. Allerdings ist dieser sehr klein und für etwas größere Autos nicht geeignet. Das Apartment ist sehr groß und gut eingerichtet.

Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es sehr heiß - leider auch in der Wohnung, die keine Klimaanlage hat. In der Nacht konnten wir nicht alle Fenster öffnen, da es zu laut war.

ottima posizione, bello l'appartamento, difficoltoso il garage

ottima posizione, camere grandi, cucina e posateria, macchina del caffè,

rumorosita' delle camere, mancanza aria condizionata (c'erano 2 ventilatori molto rumorosi), entrata del garage angusta, una macchina normale rischia di toccare sotto con il pianale, posto auto adatto ad una utilitaria (ho dovuto ripiegare gli specchietti sia all'entrata del garage che per entrare nel posto auto, per fortuna il posto vicino era libero altrimenti non avrei potuto aprire la portiera). Visto la difficolta di trovare parcheggio all'esterno, sarebbe utile segnalare questa difficolta' in modo che un cliente che ha un'auto grossa si sa regolare.

Vorsicht Tiefgarageneinfahrt

Sehr gute Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, zur Stadtmitte und zum Hafen. Supermärkte und Cafés mit Frühstücksoptionen in nächster Nähe.

Die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage ist auch für geübte Autofahrer extrem schwierig und für große Fahrzeuge nicht zu schaffen. Ich konnte mit meinem Mercedes A-Klasse gerade so mit eingeklappten Aussenspiegeln durchfahren. Was mir auch nicht gefallen hat, sind die BUCHATTRAPPEN!!!!! Außerdem war der Fernseher in dem kleinen Zimmer nicht angeschlossen. Aber das war kein Problem, wir haben ihn nicht benötigt.

Una gita a Trieste

Appartamento ampio con due bagni e quindi comoda anche per una famiglia numerosa. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione centrale con la possibilità di un posto auto nel garage del palazzo. Simone è una persona moto disponibile, ci siamo sentiti solo telefonicamente ma mi ha lasciato due video molto chiari di come entrare nell'appartamento e dove posteggiare. Se tornassi a Trieste saprei già dove andare.
