The apartment is spacious and ideal for two couples or a group of friends. The kitchen is well equipped, and having coffee and biscuits available for breakfast was a lovely touch. The location is excellent, with a beautiful façade and a charming, romantic terrace perfect for morning coffee. Staying here makes you feel like a local resident of Trieste rather than just a tourist.

Everything was great; the only minor point is that mattress firmness varies between the beds. — It didn’t suit me personally, while others found it comfortable.

Comfortable flat in good location.

The flat was an easy and interesting walk to the centre. There were shops and bars close by. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We appreciated the milk, tea, and coffee as well as other basics left for our use. We were able to find free parking on the street nearby.

The lounge was comfortable but perhaps a little small for a large group.

Nice apartment in good location

Location is good, close to town center so you can walk to the apartment. Parking garage some 10 minutes walk from the apartment was best option for parking, because it was impossible to find parking near the apartment. Beds are very comfortable. We appreciated tea and coffee left for us in the kitchen. Although old, apartment is spotlessly clean.

It’s a beautiful apartment with multiple bedrooms. Everything was clean. The host left a bag of essentials, which was great. There were a couple of restaurants and bars very close to the property, and it was really easy to get to places of interest by bus

I would stay in this neighborhood again but not this property as it currently is.

The property was easy to find and easy to access. Tho parking was very scarce for us arriving in the evenings after 5pm and we had to circle several times to find a spot. We were always able to find one eventually. The apartment is stocked with linens, cookware and cleaning supplies. The washing machine worked great.

Overall the apartment is in need of upkeep, just like the apartment above us is receiving. We heard workers banging away until 10pm and starting again by 7am when we stayed. The flooring is pretty beat up and coming apart at multiple points. The paint in the bathroom is peeling off the ceiling. The shower has mold growing in the corners. The dish drying rack above the sink has black mold growing on it. Rather than replacing or fixing the bathroom vanity lights, they’ve added some exposed string LED lights around the mirror. We also had ants infiltrating the unit from the window in the living area. There was no food left out anywhere near there to explain why.

The apartment is very clean. It has everything needed. We were 4 adults and 4 kids. The host was very nice and assisted us with everything needed and accommodated us much earlier as the apartment was free. We found parking spaces in front of the apartment for free.

Bilo je hladno kada smo ušli u stan. Brzo smo zagrejali. Trebalo bi ostaviti termostat na 20C kako bi gostima bilo prijatnije po dolasku.

Dobra lokacija, stan se nalazi u lijepoj i mirnoj ulici u centru. Do centra ima cca 10 min pješice. Bračni kreveti u sobama su bili dobri (tvrđi).

Bilo bi dobro promijeniti tuš kabinu, malo je dotrajala.

Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum ist von großem Vorteil, das Auto konnte sehr sicher im nahegelegenen Parkhaus abgestellt bleiben. Die Wohnung war für uns pefekt eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter über Handy schnell und hilfreich. The proximity to the city center is a great advantage, and we were able to leave our car safely parked in the nearby parking garage. The apartment was perfectly furnished for us. Contact with the landlord via cell phone was quick and helpful.

Está bien ubicado, aunque al ser tan céntrico poder aparcar puede ser un problema. Muchos sitios para comer o tomas algo en los alrededores de la casa. A la hora de la llegada y la comunicación con la anfitriona fue muy fácil La casa está bien distribuida, las habitaciones cómodas y la casa fresquita. Se agradece el detalle de que te dejarán cosas para desayunar :)

El extractor del baño un poco ruidoso, sobre todo si tenías que usarlo por la noche

Posizione comoda, proprietari molto disponibili, ci hanno fornito indicazioni precise e dettagliate. Disponibili a soddisfare eventuali esigenze ove possibile. Casa fornita di tutto, sia per il bagno che mi sembra per la cucina ma non abbiamo cucinato. Disponibili cialde per il caffè e alcuni prodotti per la colazione quali fette biscottate e marmellate. Casa silenziosa, solo un po' di voci la sera per strada ma con le finestre chiuse non si sentivano più.

La casa era pulita nel complesso, solo qualche dettaglio da pulire un pochino meglio.

Ho soggiornato al B&B XX Settembre 69 a Trieste e sono rimasta assolutamente entusiasta. La struttura è impeccabile: pulizia eccellente, arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli e un’atmosfera calda e accogliente. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro. I proprietari sono stati disponibili e gentilissimi!

MASSIMA OSPITALITA', DA ENRICO E CINZIA è COME STARE A CASA IN PIENO CENTRO A TRIESTE

Abbiamo inaugurato il nuovo bed & breakfast, un appartamento meraviglioso, curato nei minimi dettagli, da proprietari che amano il loro lavoro, non manca nulla, sono riusciti a farci sentire a casa anche se siamo riamaste solo 1 notte, eravamo 2 mamme con 4 bambini. La cosa più bella è la gentilezza dei proprietari, ci siamo sentite come se fossimo state a casa di amici. Ci torneremo sicuramente, anche perchè la posizione è perfetta per muoversi in centro a piedi.
