Quiet and roomy apartment, ideal for families

Apartment located in a quiet street. Large and clean room, comfy bed, many built-in wardrobes. American style kitchen, well equipped - finally a place that had a "Moka Pot". Bathroom was clean and roomy (with shower). There is a bus stop nearby, the city center can be easily reached in 20 minutes. Parking on the Strada di Fiume is free. Some suggestions for parking Private parking available for 17EUR/day. It is difficult to maneuver (especially with langer and longer car) on narrow streets (Via Giacomo Zammattio and Via delle Campanelle), forget it. It is better to park on Strada di Fiume, many parking spots and it's FREE.

It was clean and spacious, there was dish washer and washing machine, air conditioning. If has view on the sea.

Far from center, no mosquito nets, no elevator, very narrow streets around it so it is harder with a bigger car. Parking is pricy, but I did expect it during the season

Good location friendly staff worth the price

Everything was great, host was really nice and helpful. Parking is near the apartment at a closed spot, fee is 15€ but worth the price, its impossible to park on the narrow streets. Apartment was clean and equipped. Bed was comfortable. Amazing view to the harbor and the mountains. 40-50 mins walking from the city center, 10 mins by car.

Fair enough and nice, just a lot out of center

Clean, tidy, with style, has a lot of amenities - washing machine, dish machine etc. Host is very helpful, speaks very good English, broad bed (our daughter likes to sleep with us and it was comfortable still)Great supermarket nearby, bakery, fish shop...

Heating is inverter type aircondition which works well but room get cold pretty fast after you turn it off and electrical heater in bathroom can not heat enough.... location is pretty up to hill, you can not go on foot from city center, but neighbourhoud is nice, clasic Italian if you like to feel like local :-)

I liked the location and the room was good.

I didn't like the next door neighbor who was blasting their music at the top volume at 9:30pm at night while my 10 month old baby was trying to sleep. I considered calling the police.

It was clean. Interior was okay. Not much car noise.

Noise level due to horrible accustic insulation was very high. You get the feeling that the upper neighbour might break through the ceiling every time he/she moves. Location is a bit far off. It was unpersonal.

I communicated with Roberta on WhatsApp, before arriving I had all the information needed to get into the apartment. She then answered my many questions, and she was always very responsive and helpful. The room is spacious, extremely clean, and the bed so comfortable! The small kitchenette is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. Also paid parking is available in a closed yard, so it is very safe.

It's not a complaint, just a head's up for future guests: the surrounding streets are very narrow, so if you drive a bigger car, be careful.

Poco raggiungibile con la macchina perché la strada molto stretta. Rumori dall' appartamento vicino quindi poco insonorizzato ma purtroppo ci sta è una dimora storica quindi i muri solo fini.

Sehr saubere und nette Unterkunft. Liegt zu Fuß ca 30 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Außergewöhnlich nettes Personal ☺️

Liegt weiter oben, also ist der Weg zurück eine halbe std. Bergauf. Allerdings kann man wunderbar für 1,50 Euro mit dem local Bus fahren.

Trieste vale la pena di essere visitata. Tutto sommato siamo stati bene ma se non avessimo avuto l’auto sarebbe stato un

Molto pulito è ristrutturato e arredato con gusto sia esternamente che internamente

Bella alla vista ma poco comoda. Letto molto molto basso e scomodo. Non sai dove appoggiare le tue cose. Nell’armadio ci sono solo 2 grucce. Il wc e il bidet sono piccolissimi. E il parcheggio è un problema. Al rientro la sera è un terno al lotto per il parcheggio. Ci vuole tanta pazienza e gambe in spalla perché vicino non si trova niente. La presenza di una persona all’accoglienza sarebbe stata gradita.

Ottima sistemazione per un weekend in città

Appartamento semplice, in ordine, pulito, arredamento carino. Distante poco più di mezz’ora a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio disponibile per strada senza necessità di pagare quello offerto dalla struttura. Prenotato 15 minuti prima dell’arrivo, nonostante non fosse ancora orario di check in la proprietaria ci ha dato pronta disponibilità.

Poco insonorizzato. Il rubinetto del lavandino è talmente basso e vicino al lavello che è quasi impossibile lavarsi le mani. Non c’era macchinetta del caffè né tè o acqua o altro di benvenuto. Ci ha accolto una signora che si è presentata dicendo che non sarebbe dovuta essere lì che ci ha fatto entrare.
