Everything. Apartment is big, spacious, equipped with all modern gadgets. Rooms are big, clean with everything you need for stay. Location is good, at the end of the street there is a bus stop but also on a nice walking distance from the city center. Free parking is easy to find in front of the building. Communication with stuff is easy and realy helpful. I strongly recommend this place.

Die Unterkunft war ruhig gelegen und relativ zentrumsnah. Pietro hat uns mit allen möglichen Tipps versorgt und war super zuvorkommend.
Das Haus war sehr hellhörig und man hat den Nachbarn des Öfteren gehört. Aber auch der hat irgendwann geschlafen.

L’appartamento, situato al secondo piano senza ascensore, è accogliente, pulito e spazioso. Materassi molto comodi!
Perfetto per raggiungere l’Ospedale pediatrico Burlo, che dista due minuti di macchina.
Veloci le procedure di check in e check out.
Host estremamente gentile, è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze senza problemi, anzi in maniera veramente carina. Grazie ancora sig. Pietro.

posizione relativamente vicina al centro. disponibilità di cucina funzionante, bollitore e macchinetta del caffè. ascigamani puliti e con possibilitò di rifornimento. smart tv in sala ed in camera . condizionatore in sala e termoinvettore in sala e camera da letto e in bagno
localizzato al 2° pian senza ascensore, la sconda camera era uno stanzino in cui entrava appena il letto, con finestra priva di persiane o ante e con bocchettone dell'aria in comunicazioe con l'esterno chiuso con un cuscino. se si tenevano accesi i terminvettori , appena si accendeva lo scaldabagno o il condizionatore satava la luce. per fotuna c'era una stufa a gas che tuttavia impiegava molto tempo a accendersi
