Cosy apartment

Very nice and clean apartment! Check-in was easy and smooth. The apartment is a decent size even for four people, and the furniture is modern and clean. All very close to a big supermarket.

It is a bit out of the way from the city centre but it was honestly not that bad, we enjoyed walking through Trieste and discovering little alleyways!

Think twice before choosing this apartment

Basically till the last day I was moderately satisfied with the apartament, however terrible experience then prevails in my assessment.

I will describe the first circumstance in a nutshell. We had lots of luggage since we were travelling with a baby under 1 year old and unfortunately we forgot to to take one bag with our belongings (in particular with my wife’s medical pillow). When we realized this fact we immediately reached out to the manager of the apartment (within several hours since departure). Shockingly we were informed that it was thrown out to garbage… First manager’s reaction was decent and she promised to help and refund it. However then she made allegations towards us and changed her mind. It was an awful experience affecting remaining time of vacations. Given that another issue we encountered appears to be minor. We should have been provided with a parking lot. Nonetheless it was a nightmare to get thereto. Obviously driving in Italy is by nature not easy but this time one car that parked within the possesion impeded to get to my spot. If one would have arrived with a big SUV, it would be objectively not possible to park at all. I was apologized by the manager of the apartment because of that.

Very clean, owner was responsive, air conditioner in the living room operated well, hot water. Owner said it was recently remodeled. Free parking. Lift works well. Washer is large. Well suited for a family of 4. Many towels.

It is two bus stops or up a long hill to the historic area (have a wheelchair user). The supermarket next to it (Pam) was under construction in July 2023. Next market was a long walk. Owner only provides one trash bag and two rolls of hygiene paper. No designated parking spot. No dishwashing pods/liquid/powder.

Bardzo fajny i przestronny apartament. Dwie sypialnie z wygodnymi łóżkami, dodatkowo bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Blisko do dobrze wyposażonego sklepu, do części turystycznej ok 20 min pieszo. Kolejnym plusem prywatne miejsce parkingowe.

Zdjęcia przedstawiały apartament z tarasem, bądź balkonem. Dopiero po złożeniu rezerwacji i zapłaceniu, otrzymaliśmy informację że dostępne jest tylko mieszkanie bez tarasu i balkonu na 1 piętrze, trochę szkoda że nie ma możliwości wyboru, bądź informacji wcześniej. Poza tym wszystko było na bardzo dobrym poziomie.

Apartamento con terraza. Bien organizado y grande. Se puede aparcar delante (el aparcamiento propio es algo complicado). Cerca hay supermercado. Servicios:Lavadora, televisión, wifi, cafetera nesspreso, hervidor….

Camas y cojines bastante incómodos. No hay microondas. Menaje justo.

Pour le même prix, il y a mieux dans Trieste, au cœur de la ville : - Tous les appartements n’ont pas de terrasse… les premières photos mises sur booking sont très valorisantes, elles montrent un rooftop, une vue dégagée, c’est loin d’être le cas pour tous les appartements. - Nous étions au dandy 3, 1er étage, les voisins du dessus sont hyper bruyants. Appartement peu lumineux. - Le quartier ne donne pas très envie.

Dobry nocleg, bliżej portu niż turystycznej części miasta, polecam.

mieszkanie czyste, spore pokoje, w jednym pokoju łóżko piętrowe. Ogólnodostępne miejsca parkingowe przed wejściem do kamienicy, w momencie braku miejsca możliwość zaparkowania z drugiej strony budynku na miejscu przypisanym do lokalu. (oddzielone łańcuchem na kłódkę). 5 minut piechotą (samochodem 2 minuty) do bardzo dobrze zaopatrzonego sklepu spożywczego, miejsce dobrze skomunikowane z resztą miasta.

Mocno wysłużone kawiarki, sporo śmieci przed wejściem do budynku i na parkingu ogólnodostępnym, taki włoski styl;) Kupując nocleg warto dopytać które mieszkanie się wynajmuje, bo w ofercie jest widok na port i balkon, nasze na 1 piętrze było bez balkonu. Dodatkowa opłata klimatyczna (do zostawienia w gotówce na stole) liczona za każdą osobę i liczbę nocy.

Napriek nejakým nedokonalostiam sme mali super dovolenku.

Páčila sa nám terasa, ktorú sme ale nevyužívali lebo náš psík sa premestil cez mreže a mohol by ľahko spadnúť. V blízkosti apartmánu (ca 5 minút ) je skvelý supermarket s čerstvým tovarom. Parkovanie sme našli vždy, nebol žiadny problém. Jenny bola super, bezproblémová komunikácia. Odpovedala hneď na otázky, poradila. Jenny zvyšuje kvalitu ubytovania, dokonca nám vydala apartmán o hodinu skôr. Odporúčame jazdiť autobusmi a taktiež pláž Portopiccolo 👌 a zámok Miramare s botanickou záhradou 😍

Menej riadu, tanierov. Klimatizácia síce funguje, ale slabšie. Alebo fúka rovno na hlavu 🤣 Rozkladacia posteľ vrźga pri každom mikro pohybe 😆

Tolles Appartement mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Das Appartement ist modern und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet, mit wirklich allem was man braucht. Das Highlight ist natürlich die sehr große Dachterrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf den Golf von Triest. Durch die sehr guten Informationen vorab, war die Anreise und der Check-in problemlos. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an unseren Host Jenny. Die Lage des Appartements ist super, eine Bushaltestelle und ein großer Supermarkt sind direkt um die Ecke. In Triest ist der öffentliche Nahverkehr unfassbar gut organisiert. Man kommt überall schnell mit dem Bus hin . Zudem kann man dann vom Hafen aus ganz tolle Bootstouren z.B. nach Muggia oder zum Schloss Miramare machen . Alles ist zudem extrem preisgünstig . Auch eine Fahrt mit der historischen Tram nach Opicina lohnt sich . Allerdings sollte man beim Obelisken aussteigen ( tolle Aussicht) , denn in Opicina selbst gibt es nichts wirklich Interessantes mehr. Triest ist eine sehr schöne und interessante Stadt. Wir hatten hier einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Nur als Hinweis : es gibt zwar viele Parkplätze kostenfrei vor dem Gebäude, aber die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr beengt und manchmal Millimeterarbeit. Hinter dem Haus gibt es für den Notfall zwar auch noch einen Privatparkplatz, aber der ist nicht so gut anzufahren . Aber wie oben erwähnt : wir haben das Auto einmal vorm Haus geparkt und dann bis zur Abfahrt nicht mehr benötigt .

Tolle, ruhige Lage, sauberes Apartment, top Gastgeberin

Ruhige Lage, etwas außerhalb der Touristen-Hotspots mit top Busanbindung in die Stadt. Großer Supermarkt fußläufig in der Nähe. Sehr sauberes (!), großes Apartment mit Klimaanlage, einfachem Check-In und guter Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Jenny ist sehr sehr zuvorkommend, gastfreundlich und immer erreichbar. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir haben ihn sehr genossen!

Come han detto i miei bambini; "Questa è una suite!!!"...e ci siamo sentiti come a casa!!!

Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla struttura. L'appartamento è molto bello, ben arredato, in stile moderno, e accogliente con piccoli particolari. I miei bambini nell'entrare sono rimasti a bocca aperta affermando "Ma questa è una suite!?!?!". Pulitissima e molto spaziosa!!! Comodissimo il parcheggio e vicinissime le fermate dei bus per raggiungere il centro o altre parti della città. La proprietaria super disponibile e molto gentile.

Mi è dispiaciuto non ci fosse la colazione inclusa; però la cucina è molto bella ed è super attrezzata e c'è un supermercato a pochi passi dalla casa.

Weekend a Trieste

Appartamento molto grazioso, facile da raggiungere e molto pulito. Bella e ampia la terrazza, da sfruttare per pranzi o colazioni durante la bella stagione. Parcheggio solitamente libero sotto casa ma é disponibile anche un parcheggio privato riservato.

Non erano presenti in casa i cestini separati per la raccolta differenziata.

Traumhafte Lage, wunderschöne , perfekte Wohnung (blitzsauber!) und riesiger Terrasse mit Ausblick zum Hafen und zum Meer!! Basta poco

Pulita, comoda, a due passi dalla fermata degli autobus e da un grande supermercato. Le stanze grandi e comode sono ben riscaldate (anche troppo direi). Il posteggio sul retro del palazzo è buona cosa nella Trieste affamata di parcheggi

Al posto di qualche fiore di plastica, qualche superfluo ninnolo e una poco credibile lavastoviglie, avrei preferito qualche suppellettile in più per la cucina, un punto luce soft nella zona giorno, un po' di detersivo per la lavatrice, un paio di lavasciuga, un piccolo asse da stiro (dato che c'è il ferro da stiro), qualche piccola saponetta stile hotel in bagno. Insomma, piccole cose che però fanno tanto. Basta poco
