Great stay!

Location was great, a bit uphill, but it was good that it was close to the center of T. but also in a quieter area. Spacious and had all the things you would need for a short or longer stay. Super comfortable and communication with host was great! I have nothing to complain!

Very Nice appartement, super cute and well decorated. Comfortable bed.

The soundproofing between the two appartements of the same floor is terrible. Our neighbours talked until late and we could even ear what they were saying. It ruined our night of sleep.

Nice apartment in Trieste

The building is close to the city center and just a few steps away from the parking lot. Our apartment was on the first floor by steps. There's enough space for two people and the room is nice. Toiletries available.

There's a park just outside the apartment gathering young people at night.

Nice place, well located, some issues need to be addressed ASAP

The appartment is perfectly well located, just a few minutes down a hill to the main city center. Getting there is not a problem, but parking sort of is. The communication email was confusing and when put the address on Google Maps it sent us to a different parking. The parking they suggest costs 22 euros, and they provide you a 15% off coupon, total of 18 euros. You may try your luck finding another spot or paying while it's required on street parking. The appartment is clean and modern. It has all the things you need for a short stay.

The communication was confusing but eventually it worked out. The pillows in the bed are TERRIBLE, we had a very rough time sleeping and had to use our airplane neck pillows, this should be addressed right away. They advertise a washing machine but only one of the appartments has it so good luck, we were not as lucky. There is no AC, but rather a fan which helps but then again it's noisy. Bottom line, the appartment is well located but take those things into account to see if this is the place for you.

The location is great! Really close to pretty much everywhere. The communication was easy and the apartment is clean and full of light in the morning

Fulfilled expectations

The apartment has an absolutely exceptional location on the very edge of the Old Town, above the Roman amphitheater. There is also a San Giusto parking house in close proximity, which is very convenient. The view was fantastic: the town hall tower in the foreground and the Adriatic in the background, even the Miramare Castle. The landing or departure of cruise ships could be watched live. Even though the house is located in the center, the place is relatively quiet. As for the equipment of the apartment, it is very good - we especially appreciated the kitchen.

Il nostro appartamento era al 4° pianosenza ascensore con una scala a chiocciola molto stretta. Consiglio bagagli piccoli e leggeri. Il bidet è piccolissimo e si fa fatica ad usarlo.

Struttura molto curata e accogliente. Tutto nuovo e pulito. Posizione ottimale, a piedi si raggiunge comodamente il centro. Affaccio della camera su un bel parchetto vicino ad un sito archeologico.

Non ci sono aspetti negativi ma solo una considerazione, probabilmente soggettiva. Metterei anche dei cuscini più alti e meno morbidi di quelli che ci sono.

Die Lage ist perfekt für eine Städtereise. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgetattet und der Check in einfach und gut erklärt.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Wir hatten die Nacht das Fenster offen, was sehr laut war.

An sich schön, aber gentrifiziert um Kohle zu machen.

Die Gestaltung der Unterkunft war hübsch im Sinne der Lage und des Interiordesigns. Natürlich war auch der Kontakt zum Gastgeber optimal.

Grundsätzlich ist zu sagen, dass diese Unterkunft mal wieder eine dieser ist, die aus einer kleinen Wohnung zwei Unterkünfte geschaffen hat. Also eine kleine Wohnung wurde in zwei Touristenzimmer umgebaut. Was dafür sorgt, dass alles etwas eng ist und man alles von der Nachbarunterkunft mitbekommt. Die Dusche is sehr klein und das Sofa wird zum Klappbett umgebaut, was nie gut für den Schlaf ist. Klappsofas sind für Überraschungsgäste entwickelt, nicht für die dauerhafte Schlafgelegenheit. Wir kritisieren sowas sehr. Gerade weil die Fotos eben nicht auf die kleine Fläche vermuten lassen.
