Great host, with very clear communication. I really liked the video's he created for explaining everything, from checkin to parking to everything else. He was also very flexible on the checkout, and we could park in the garage longer then booked. Very friendly and sympathic host!

L'appartamento è in una posizione incredibilmente interessante per storicità e fascino, dispone di tutto e soprattutto la camera da letto è di assoluto fascino. Lo staff è sempre presente con attenzione, vivo interesse, senza essere invadente. Il plus è stato lo spazio auto, sicuro, gratuito, vicinissimo all' appartamento e ...in centro città e per un capoluogo come Trieste, di fatto schiacciato tra mare e colline, non è per nulla scontato.Ritorneremo sicuramente e un grazie speciale a Vanessa.

Disappointed. It was further away than expected. 6€ only bought us a juice, coffee and croissant each.....very little breakfast so we had to shop for more items. Due to medical condition my partner cannot walk far first thing in morning until medication kicks in after eating food, therefore the breakfast situation was not good at all.
Hot water was very sporadic went off in the evenings. Water pressure in shower was awful. The shower base, tray and tiles all need upgrading. No plug for bathroom basin at all. No plug in kitchen sink, v difficult to wash dishes properly. Kitchen equipped to basic standard only. No visitor information on Trieste in English at all.
