4th floor (no elevator). Travelling with toddlers or disabled person can be an issue.

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtzentrums. Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß errreichbar oder mit öffentlichen Bussen. Parkmöglichkeiten für ein Auto zu finden, sind dadurch eine Herrausforderung. Die Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach, hat aber eine ganz passable Klimaanlage.
Die Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach. Man muss 96 Stufen hinaufklettern. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, sollte hier besser keinen Urlaub machen. Es gibt keinen Lift. Der Lärm der Stadt ist in der Wohnung selbst nicht zu hören. Wenn man vor die Tür geht, ist man aber mitten im (sehr lauten) Geschehen.
