Great hosts! Easy to find and the instructions were great. They also were very helpful with explaining how the parking vouchers work and they also brought them to us.
The apartment feels new and cozy.
Could not walk barefoot or in socks, I guess it’s because the apartment is on the street and somebody before us was walking in with shoes on.

The nonstick pan, I prefer stainless steel 🤣

The apartment was as advertised, the kitchen had the necessary basics, everything was orderly and well organised. Entry instructions by code were clear. The location was superb just round the corner of the main piazza. The owner made a welcome gesture by leaving a good bottle of wine to share!
No negative comments, If you are travelling by car, parking close to the apartment may present a challenge.

Cleanliness, location, safety, comfortable.
It’s safe for sole traveler, would work with 2 or more people too.
Bed is comfortable, floor is almost rug-free.
Noise Isolation:
The noise isolation could be improved. I could hear sounds from the street, a couple in a neighboring room, and a machine (possibly the AC) inside my room. The machine stays quiet for a while but suddenly becomes loud and then repeats.
Cleaning:
The room was generally clean, and the staff came every third day except on weekends. However, during the first cleaning they only changed the towels without cleaning the floor. The second cleaning was better. The hot water kettle also seems difficult to clean — there is always a layer of residue floating on the water after boiling.
Price:
I was disappointed to learn afterward that I paid more than I could have, even with the discounts shown here. Additionally, there is an extra city tax that must be paid on-site, even though it says taxes and fees are included.( but maybe it’s common?)
Layout:
I thought there would be a bar table at room but maybe I overlooked.

The property was central.
Room 201 on the 2nd floor was noisy at night due to construction work being done. Every room was too dark and the 2nd bedroom had a single bed which was incredibly uncomfortable. Also basic supplies of tea, coffee, bit of milk is always appreciated.

The apartment was very clean, in an excellent location, and was clearly very thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was great (large, comfortable, with a great shower, and lots of shelf space. The kitchen was well-equipped and the air conditioning worked very well.
We chose this apartment at the last minute because the elevator in the apartment we had previously booked at another location was broken, so we would have had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to reach our apartment. Unfortunately, for more than 24 hours in this apartment, the same thing happened. I called the emergency number and reported the elevator was broken, and was told that it had already been reported, but that I should send a message to the property owner. I did this only to receive an unfriendly message the following day saying that I should have called to report the outage (which I had done) and not just sent a message. The elevator was eventually fixed, but after 24 hours of walking up 4 flights of stairs. Finally, in the hallway between the kitchen and the bathroom, there is a structure that comes down out of the ceiling that is a serious hazard. My partner and I both hit our heads on it. Very dangerous. No one over 5'10" (177 cm) should stay in apartment 303.

Our 2nd stay. Convenient location for the cruise port. Great bars and cafes nearby. Easy checkin. Large room and bathroom with good facilities for a short stay. Clean
Noisy air conditioning. No bedside tables or plugs

The location of the place is good, very close to the sea and dining areas. There is a place in 2 mins walks for coffee and market shopping. The shampoo, body cream and soap provided was also good quality. Decoration of the room is good
There was urine smell coming from the toilet which started on our second day which made us very uncomfortable and we wanted to leave the place as soon as possible. We were given the top floor where there was a wooden beam where the bed was and it was inevitable to hit the wooden beam. Due to the nature of the place, rooftop, one would hear everything twice the more like the wind, rain, etc.so sleeping was not easy. in overall, we were disappointed with the smell coming from the toilet and the bed area provided.

Main bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and well appointed. Very nice building. Great location in center of Trieste. Quiet street, but 75 meters from a main pedestrianized street with lots of shops and restaurants.
One day, we left our key in the apartment and were locked out. We called, and a very friendly person met us downstairs within five minutes and let us in.
Interior kitchen (window onto a light well) dark and not very inviting. No pantry items for cooking, so we didn't use it.

It was alright
That it’s run by a faceless corporate that won’t bend for specific circumstances

Very nice, clean apartment on second floor, looks even better than on photos! It has everything for short or even longer time stay. Well equipped kitchen. We have received instructions one day ahead with code to apartment. Also there was complimentary water and white wine in fridge, which is very nice gesture to chill after long trip :)
The apartment has very good location, a lot of restaurants, bars around, very close to the sea and beach(but beach was not very nice, I can't recommend it). Around 5 minutes walking to main square and 15-20 minutes walking to train station, from where you can get to the airport.
I would definetely recommend this place and will stay there again if I find myself in Trieste again :)
nothing, all was good!

No staff on site. But didn't have any issues

Centrally located, close to everything, very stylish and also quiet apartment. As we came by a car, I would say best parking option in Trieste at San Giusto parking with 15% discount from Urbanauts, around 7min away from the apartment. Online communication was prompt for the whole time. Also used late check out for 20€, nice one too. We have stayed 3 nights in total, other night was done by a mistake via another reservation. For those coming with a dogs used to lot of greenery, I do advice to take your buddy to the nearest small park and then to the port area with a sufficient amount of greenery
We did find complementary wine in the fridge, which is not that usual, but still I would add a bit of coffee for moka pot too :-)

Apartment was compact but efficient. Nice touch to have a bottle of wine for arrival. Convenient location - easy walk to waterfront and Piazza Unita' and to ferry pick up. A grocery store is right down the street. Cleaning services provided during my 4-week stay.
Apartment is quiet when windows are closed - otherwise, you hear the motorcycles zooming up the street. The kitchen has minimum utensils and wares.

Perfect location in city center of Trieste. Walking distance to main attractions, near best bars and restaurants., museums and shopping streets. Apartment is equipped with “all you need” amnesties on city trip. Very tasteful decorated. Big and comfortable bed. Apartment was sparkling clean.

The apartment was perfect. Spacious. Well designed. In the centre but still quiet, thanks to good windows. Can recommend it 100%.
The shower was a bit dirty. But I have to say , that we booked very last minute and Ithe poor housekeeping crew maybe had to rush to get our room ready.. the rest was super clean

Centrally located; good space for 3 people in the apartment; comfortable beds, elevator to higher levels; good contact with the company; you can easily park your car on the parkings around (10 minutes walk)

Very good and strategic position! Comfy room with everything needed. Also happy to find a bottle of good local wine in the fridge as a welcome gift.

Central position. Lift. Small common room.
Dark. Low sloping ceiling. Very impersonal reception

The location was perfect, and opposite a great place for breakfast. The room was big and comfortable, with exactly the right amount of kitchen stuff. Felt safe travelling alone, easy check in process.
A shame that the bed was under a rafter - I’m quite tall and was worried I’d hit my head. There was coffee making equipment but no coffee to put in it, and I wasn’t there long enough to justify buying a bag!

The location was fabulous and the style was fresh. The stairs in the building were surprisingly beautiful, capturing an old-world construction (likely the original stairs), with a modern paint job on the walls, emphasizing the contrast and increasing the feel of the space - only in Italy ;) Additionally, there was complimentary water and wine in the refrigerator, which was a lovely touch.
My only minor quip was the lighting controls, which were odd. Black switches made for determining when a switch was on or off surprisingly difficult.
5.0 / 10.0
The location and the layout of the apartment. Elevator. Cleaning ladies were really nice (met them in the stairs).
The lighting in the apartment. It was too dark especially in the kitchen. It was noisy: the noise came from the street and the neighboring apartments. The temperature control was unclear. Instructions were missing (we tried to call unsuccessfully).

Great place and amazing location. We loved the recent renovation. Everything is modern, playful and very uplifting with a lot of attention to details (for example: beautiful handmade studio pottery in the kitchen). It is also very clean.
We'll be back for sure.

The maid came to clean up too early.

Location - same street as James Joyce and Italo Svevo museums and the PaleoChristian basilica.
TV Remote control didn’t work. Staff (based on 6th floor) did their best to resolve but apparently the technician was ill.

Location was so good. Very central. Loads of reataurants and bars around. Apartment was really nice and spotless. The water and wine was a lovely gesture.
The accommodation was perfect and we would have loved to spend more time in Trieste but unfortunately we only had one night and arrived late and had to leave early.

Beautiful apartment, excellent location. A bit complicated to load and unload the car as it's a central area and the street is very narrow. Parking was not easy, either but we managed to park nearby.
The apartment is very well stuffed but we would have appreciated oil, salt and that kind of things. Apart from this we strongly recommend this property.
