It is in a good area; safe, clean, not too noisy and close to the center.

The pictures were misleading: i thought we are booking an apartment with a small separate bedroom but it turned out to be a very small place with a double bed in one side and an openable sofa on the other. It is good for single travelers or couples but was subpar for us with our little daughter who needs to go to sleep early. The kitchen had almost no equipment and only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. I checked before booking if there is a coffee machine. Sure there was, but rather irritatingly it was a type (an Illy) to which you cannot buy pods in normal groceries or supermarkets in the downtown. A few pods in the cupboard would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately there wasn't even salt and sugar.

Terrible experience

I couldn’t rate bcz I couldn’t check in and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night when it said auto checkin no curfew Blablabla The numbers couldn’t be connected and afterwards I called back to ask for refund that Mattia pretended it didn’t happen and hang up. It’s next level customer service indeed.

Be careful with these apartments!

In the middle of the night, a two-meter mirror fell in the bathroom. It was fixed to the wall with some kind of double-sided tape. This apartment is not safe to live in. It's a great fortune that it didn't happen when I was there. The owner of the apartment does not respond promptly to messages. That is, this apartment does not have a 24/7 support service as stated in the description. I have not received the promised compensation in full. Therefore, I have no confidence in the owner of the apartment. (On the last night, because of the incident with the mirror, I had to check into a new hotel). In addition, the neighboring building (through the wall) is undergoing a total renovation. A drill has been working since 7 am. Another fact recorded in the photo is the cracks in the walls and ceiling of the apartment.

Klein, fein, easy - ideal für ein paar Tage in Triest.

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt, mitten in der Altstadt, gleich ums Eck von den Highlights der Stadt. Das Apartment - sehr einfacher Check-In - selbst ist klein, hell, alles funktioniert, die Raumeinteilung ist schlau durchdacht. Wlan funktioniert tadellos und ist gratis.

Ein oder zwei Haken an der Badezimmerwand wären hilfreich.

L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione.

Al nostro arrivo l’appartamento era sporco e privo di asciugamani puliti. Dopo averlo segnalato, il titolare ci ha spostati in un altro appartamento, ma purtroppo anche questo presentava diversi problemi. Nel nuovo alloggio il frigorifero non funzionava, la porta della doccia non si chiudeva, il pavimento era sporco, c’era polvere ovunque e gli scuri erano in parte rotti. Inoltre, la cucina era priva anche del minimo indispensabile: niente olio, né sale, e mancavano tovaglia o tovagliette. Il bagno era davvero piccolo. Cuscini duri. Segnalo inoltre che nella descrizione era indicata la presenza di una macchinetta del caffè, che però non era presente, e l’appartamento risultava descritto come insonorizzato, ma non lo era affatto. Nel complesso, un soggiorno al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto per quanto riguarda pulizia, manutenzione e corrispondenza con la descrizione.

Ich schreibe selten Bewertungen, aber jetzt muss ich etwas schreiben. Ich finde die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen wirklich ziemlich unfair. Ich kann für den Preis nicht eine 5 Sterne Plus Unterkunft erwarten. Wenn man liest, man kann nicht verdunkeln. Derjenige der so etwas schreibt war wohl noch nie in Italien. Es gibt so ziemlich an jedem Fenster Fensterläden!! Kritiken zu Verschmutzungen. Da sollten sich die Urlauber einmal selbst an die Nase nehmen. Ich kann nicht verlangen, dass der Vermieter nach jedem Gast die Unterkunft renoviert, weil sich die Leute nicht zu benehmen wissen. Fußabdrücke an der Wand, Flüssigkeitsspritzer an der Wand über dem Mistkübel, Leisten wurden beschädigt oder entfernt, da fragt man sich schon. Da kann man dem Vermieter wirklich keinen Vorwurf machen! Ganz im Gegenteil, da finde ich es toll, dass er die Unterkunft noch um diesen Preis vermietet. Ich kann nur sagen, der Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, sehr willig zu helfen und super freundlich. In der Unterkunft war alles nötige vorhanden und auch nutzbar.

Wenn ich unbedingt einen Kritikpunkt finden muss, dann würde ich sagen, dass die Notausgang Beleuchtung über Eingangstür etwas zu hell leuchtet und dadurch vielleicht etwas störend ist.

Posizione ottima per chi vuole girare la città

La posizione è ottima, a 5 min dalla piazza principale! La presenza della cucina (piano cottura, lavandino, frigo e stoviglie di vario tipo) permette di poter preparare i pasti direttamente nell'appartamento. Letto comodo, presenza di condizionatore a pompa di calore e termoarredo in bagno che riscaldano l'ambiente in maniera ottimale. Infissi isolanti, tutto pulito. Presenza di ascensore nell'edificio. Self check-in perfetto.

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo notato subito la mancanza dell'asciugacapelli, del caffè e del bagnodoccia (in doccia un solo flacone con scritto ''shampoo'' e un flacone sul lavandino con scritto ''sapone''). Abbiamo contattato l'host con cui ci siamo messi d'accordo per poterli avere il giorno seguente. L'asciugacapelli lo abbiamo trovato in camera al nostro rientro poggiato vicino ai due flaconi di shampoo e sapone che erano già in camera. Del caffè però neanche l'ombra, ci è stato detto che era stato ordinato ma che a causa del periodo di festa (8/12) non era ancora arrivato. Siamo rimasti un altro paio di giorni ma comunque la macchinetta del caffè non l'abbiamo potuta utilizzare a causa della mancanza delle cialde/capsule. Inoltre, in cucina c'era una spugna per i piatti già utilizzata ed un panno in microfibra che faceva cattivo odore. Molto bello il lavandino di design, ma tanto scomodo nell'utilizzo: rubinetto troppo alto, con acqua che inevitabilmente schizzata ovunque sia sulle pareti laterali che addosso. Mancava un punto di appoggio in bagno per posizionare gli spazzolini o il necessario.

Einfacher Aufenthalt im Zentrum

Super Lage, nur wenige Minuten bis in Geschehen der Stadt.

Sehr kleines Bad ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten, Waschtasche stand im Bider, leider wurden Handtücher vergessen, keine Eyecatcher im Zimmer (Pflanze, Bild, Deko), Licht war sehr grell, keine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Zimmer hätte aber Potenzial im Dachgeschoss.

Posizione centrale.

Ho soggiornato esclusivamente per assistere al concerto di un famoso cantante e, purtroppo, ho notato che il prezzo della notte è stato chiaramente gonfiato per l’occasione (da questa struttura come da altre). Una cifra decisamente esagerata per una sola notte, ma ho dovuto prenotare per forza di cose. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è soddisfacente. Ho trovato dei peli/capelli nella doccia, segno che la pulizia andrebbe rivista con maggiore attenzione. Tra i servizi indicati in fase di prenotazione figuravano anche "Prodotti da bagno in omaggio", ma in realtà era disponibile solo uno shampoo, mancava persino il sapone per le mani. Dato il caldo e il viaggio, una bottiglietta d'acqua nel frigo sarebbe stata gradita. Macchina da caffè sì, ma cialde no.. Attenzione al rubinetto del lavandino: poco stabile e necessita di manutenzione.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war TOP, es wurden alle Informationen perfekt aufbereitet und es war bestens organisiert. Dazu kam eine Info mit Tipps zum Parken, Restaurants, etc. Die Lage ist fantastisch, das Appartement (war waren in 2 im 3. Stock untergebracht) sind einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet, sehr ruhig (natürlich am Abend erst zu späterer Zeit, da sich das Leben im Freien abspielt), angenehme Ausrichtung, es gibt Fensterläden zum Verdunkeln und zum schattigen Tagesbetrieb, es gibt auch eine Klimaanlage, die wir nicht benötigt haben.

In dem einen Appartement wurden anscheinend noch vorher Reparaturarbeiten erledigt und vergessen eine abgeklemmte Folie zu entfernen. In Summe dürften die einen oder anderen Ausbesserungsarbeiten an Türstock und Wänden noch gemacht werden. Und es wäre schön, wenn es Aufbewahrungshaken für Kleidung im Vorraum und für Handtücher im kleinen Bad geben würde.
