Over priced underperforming apartment at £180 per night we had expected something much better.

location great

POOR facilities in kitchen NO HOT WATER , 1 power socket TO USE COFFEE&TOAST& KETTLE( broken later replaced) so impossible to use hob and make a hot drink as lead stretched across hob . No bread knife no cutting board no oven dishes and a very small pasta pot , too small. The supplied Hair dryer could only be used in kitchen using same socket as above . Ritter services did supply an adapter plug later. . No WIFI UNTIL MONDAY Ritter came over to help . They did suggest calling a plumber for hot water we declined as we had already lost a morning to sort out WIFI etc . Photographic information is a compilation of several apartments we had no sofa no armchairs no pictures very stark bare walls not welcoming. Not as described . We had planned to go to the market and cook our own food this was not possible .This does not compare to other apartments we have stayed in abroad. N.B.Your thoughts on the above we did not get what we paid for !

Location was top Discount on a nearby garage possibly but 10min walk away Big apartment

Garbage from previous guest still in bathroom Hair around the apartment WiFi not working properly Communication was difficult as no response on booking for weeks Only last minute info on check in made it difficult Have not gotten a invoice either. Door and floor to kitchen was damaged Very light and loud in the place

Great place to stay in Trieste!!!

The place is very spacious, nice and clean. It has everything we needed. Location is great - easy to walk everywhere. The staffs are very nice and helpful. We would definitely choose this place again if we have chance to come back again.

I would give 10/10 rating if the hot water continues to work on the last morning :P

After stress and horrible expiriance in Ljubljana, we booked this last minute and it was amazing! Location is exceptional. Building is historical but it feels so modern.Hosts were so kind and helpfull. I can recomend this to everyone with not a single remark

I liked that it was in the very central of the city. Easy to get in.

The walls are a little thin and the pillows are not so comfortable. Parking was very difficult for us since it was a very busy time in Trieste and we had to wait 50 minutes to get a parking spot.

Struttura centralissima, pulita, con arredi nuovi, cucina molto bene equipaggiata, stanze grandi, unico neo il riscaldamento centralizzato che scaldava poco ma abbiamo integrato con le pompe di calore.

Думала нас заселят в квартиру с двумя сан узлами, но она была занята. Апартаменты понравились, чисто, уютно, в душе есть мыло и гель для душа. Есть кофе машина. Достаточно полотенец. Матрац удобный, подушки тоже), чистое постельное белье. Персонал всегда на связи. Прекрасное расположение! В доме есть лифт. В подъезде очень красиво!

Очень громко набирается вода в унитазе), но думаю это не исправить. Нет микроволновки, нет губки для мытья посуды, никаких приправ для приготовления еды.

Muy bien, lástima la comodidad de las camas

Es muy espacioso, céntrico y con muchos detalles. La comunicació y las facilidades de la entrada y salida muy buena y con posibilidad de que te guarden equipaje hasta la salida aunque la salida del apartamento es muy pronto. Un detalle que te dejen café. Muy equipado, sobretodo la cocina.

La noche en la habitación de las dos camas individuales fue un infierno, las camas son de tortura, se siente los muelles hasta el dolor. Tuvimos que dormir tres personas en la cama de matrimonio la segunda noche. El apartamento es frío, por lo que las fundas de esa habitación son demasiado finas. Los Split no son suficientes para el frio. El tema de las duchas, sale agua por el baño y no teníamos fregona para recoger.

Quando sono arrivato la camera era caldissima, non andava il wifi e la televisione era impostata in un altra lingua. Sul momento ero disperato ma è intervenuto subito lo staff e hanno sistemato i problemi tempestivamente
