Breakfast is super at the café on the main square.
The apartment was a huge disappointment--it was much smaller than 70 square meters, I am sure. So with a family it was small for us, not as big as advertised. The sofa is very uncomfortable, it was very difficult to sleep on it at all. Next there is a hotel, which had loud noise turbines jist under the bedroom window. It is situated in the center, which is nice, but with open windows it is very noisy.

Only location.
We were very disappointed upon arriving at the accommodation. There were no paper towels in the kitchen, nor dishcloths, even though it was stated that the accommodation provided them. It was also stated that the apartment was 70 square meters, but it barely has 45. The garage is a 15-minute fast walk from the apartment and is not nearly as close as described in the listing. The garage itself is very small, and if a larger car enters, it is impossible to get out of it.
There is no spare bedding for the sofa bed in the living room, and the sofa bed itself is very uncomfortable. There is also a problem with the hot water – either there is none at all, or it is so hot that it burns, and it cannot be adjusted to a normal, comfortable temperature for showering.
We did not receive breakfast even though we paid for it through Booking. When we asked the host where our breakfast vouchers were, he offered to refund the amount we spend on breakfast each morning, asking us to send him receipts daily and promising to reimburse us at the end of the stay. After two weeks of repeatedly asking him to do so, he finally sent us a smaller amount, reduced by a bank fee, and we still cannot withdraw the money because he entered the account holder’s name incorrectly, which complicates things further.
Communication with the host is very poor, and his approach is completely unprofessional. On the last day of our stay, he sent us a message asking us to give him a score of 10, claiming that his previous guests had rated him with a 1, and he was worried about his Booking rating. Naturally, we did not agree to this and told him we would only leave a review after he refunded our breakfast money.
Please pay attention to his responses to reviews, as he always makes it seem like the guests are at fault for supposedly not understanding something, when in reality, he did not do everything he should have.

Cozy Apartment in the Heart of Trieste
The location is absolutely outstanding. Few steps away from Piazza Unita d'Italia and all the fun in Trieste. Amazing breakfast provided at one of the most famous cafes in the city: Caffe degli Specchi
Although water pressure is great in the shower, it is very difficult to balance the hot water from cold ones, and it gets pretty frustrating when you are taking a shower or, even worse, your child. The water is either hot or cold. There is no drain on the bathroom floor, and the one in the shower doesn't keep up with the water pressure

The location is excellent, but there is a bar around the corner that plays music very loud until 11 pm. The AC works great and the breakfast provided in the piazza close by was very good. The entry was easy, but the car park is about a 20 minutes walk away. Trieste is a wonderful city to walk and explore! I highly recommend a visit!
The refrigerator was built in and broken and smelled awful, but the owner provided a small refrigerator which suited our needs. However, because of where the replacement refrigerator was placed, the oven and stove were not usable. No problem for us, but if you are expecting to cook, it could be an issue. We had an issue with lighting in the bathroom and the owner was very responsive. The shower takes some getting used to with the water temp—it takes a long time for warm water to get to the shower, and the temperature would change by it self sometimes. We got better with the after a day or so. The shower door leaks water on the floor and we went through a lot of towels to keep it mopped it up. The day we left, they were repaving the road that is close to the entrance and we had difficulty loading our luggage back into the car, but the police were very accommodating by letting us stay in a spot for about five minutes to load.

The size of the flat was below expectations based on the description. Seemed 50 m2 max instead of 70, it was a bit tight for our family.

Superschön, durch die zentrale Lage perfekt für einen Städtetrip in Triest
Herrlich zentrale Lage, einerseits zum Hafen und andererseits gleich zu San Guisto, wunderbares Frühstück direkt im Café gleich am schönsten Platz von Triest. Appartement bestens ausgestattet. Die Fenster so dicht, dass der Verkehr draußen überhaupt nicht zu hören war. Haben das Appartement genau so vorgefunden wie es auf den Fotos aussieht, auch die Garage in Gehweite war sehr angenehm. Alles wurde auch bestens mittels YouTube Videos erklärt. Kommen gerne wieder!

Nagyon klassz helyen található a szállás. Pazar a reggeliző hely, ahol mindenki megtalálja a számára megfelelő reggelit.
Kicsit tovább tartott megtalálni a házat, illetve oda belépve ki lehetne táblázni, hogy melyik emeleten található.
Vi hade lite besvär med att hitta nyckelboxen eftersom den inte låg exakt där instruktionsfilmen visar. Skulle gärna sett en bild på boxen också. Likaså var instruktionsfilmen till garaget svårbegriplig. Svårt med parkering vid boendet!

Poloha ubytovania je perfektná. Parkovacie miesto k dispozícii v garáži. Možnosť raňajok v neďalekej kaviarni. Vybavenie ako práčka, chladnička, kávovar a kuchynské doplnky sú k dispozícii . Pohodlná posteľ a relatívne pokojná štvrť aj napriek polohe v centre mesta. Inštruktážne videa ako sa dostať do apartmánu či garáže.
Inštruktážne videa by mohli byť aktuálne. Box s kľúčmi bol trošku inde ako na videu, ale našli sme ho bez problémov. Video ohľadne kávovaru je pre iný typ kávovaru. To sú ale maličkosti. Zišlo by sa opraviť teplú vodu. Ide len, keď sa pustí silný prúd vody. Pán majiteľ prisľúbil opravu. Zo začiatku sa zdala aj komunikácia dosť zdĺhavá, ale nakoniec sa všetko vyriešilo k našej spokojnosti.

Anfängliche Schwierigkeiten Quartier zu finden, Lage optimal, aber laut.
Frühstück im Spiegel Café war sehr gut. Die Lage war in Bezug auf Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stadtbesichtigung optimal.
Die Wohnung ist sehr laut, da die ganze Nacht Autos und Motorräder am Schlafzimmerfenster vorbeifahren. Im Video zum Einchecken ist nicht ersichtlich wo die Schlüsselbox liegt. Am Haus ist nichts angeschrieben, dass sich die Suite Calvino in diesem Haus befindet, folglich haben wir 1,5h umsonst gesucht. Bei Fragen in diversen umliegenden Lokalitäten konnte uns niemand sagen, wo sich das Quartier befindet.
Zufahrt zur Garage wird beschrieben, aber da müsste man doppelte Sperrlinie überfahren.

Un appartamento che scalda il cuore situato nel vero cuore della città
Colazione eccezionale, a scelta tra diverse nazionalità e culture, da fare nel bar storico più bello della città. Possibilità di fare la colazione fino alle 14 ed anche all'aperto, con i tavolini sulla Piazza Unità d'Italia, il salotto buono ed elegante di Trieste. Soprattuto nella bella stagione ma non solo, un vero plusvalore. L'appartamento ha anche una macchina del caffè illy, disponibile per gustare un ottimo espresso appena svegli.
Cucinotto con attrezzature e spazi adeguati per cucinare o scaldare in comodità del cibo acquistato nei diversi, ottimi, negozi di alimentari/gastronomie della zona.
Host molto presente e cortese ha risposto via wtsup alle mie richieste/domande in tempi brevissimi .
Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, solo in modo costruttivo, non ho trovato la psw del wi fi, ma non è stato un problema per me e quindi non ho nemmeno chiesto info in merito all'host. Consiglio però di dare più visibilità a questa info
Da riparare il frigorifero ad incasso che qualche ospite ha rovinato, purtroppo (Il frigo ad incasso è però degnamente sostituito da un frigo più piccolo a libera installazione che funziona benissimo)

A localização é perfeita e Trieste é sensacional. O ponto alto é o café da manhã todos os dias muito bem servido no café del Specchi, famosíssimo e delicioso com garçons muito gentis.
Precisa prestar atenção nas orientações antes da chegada e assistir a vídeos do you tube. O self check in é fácil mas se não ler as instruções com antecedência ficará confuso.
