There was no communication with the landlord. I send him several messages by email, through the bookling.com app, and by whatsapp. He never answered. This is very frustrating. Check-in and check out times are not good at all. Do not recommend.

For the money we paid, the experience was disappointing.

It didn’t live up to the photos which show a modern, light and spacious apartment. The apartment was dark, tired and whilst the bedrooms were a good size, the communal living spaces are very limited. Also if you use the kettle and the cooker at the same time the electricity trips.

Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

Location, square area, apartment room plan.

The floor was dirty, the pillows smelled bad, and there was often no warm water available. Additionally, the apartment lacked a hair dryer, and despite the owner's initial promise to provide one, he ignored our follow-up messages.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung in gepflegter Umgebung. Parkplätze kostenlos direkt vor der Straße vor der Wohnung.

Bei sechs Personen sollte man zügig duschen damit das warme Wasser für alle reicht.

Апартаменти не в самому центрі, але легко дійти до центру за 15 хв, або доїхати автобусом 7-8 хв, з плюсів тихе місце, є платна парковка поруч і є місця для паркування на вулиці, кафе внизу пропонує гарну каву і передає настрій міста. Ще під вікнами дитячие спортивне поле, де можна подивитися трохи змагання, і з вікон видно море). З гарного: чисто прибране, є меблі на балконах, вчасно отримали інформацію про про заїзд. Достатньо просторе для 2х родин.

У нас виникло незначне запитання до хазяїна, і за два дні нам нихто нічого не відповів, порадувало що не виникло вимагаючих швидкого рішення, проблем, на які б також можливо не було жодної реакції. Подушки не зручні. Кухня вимагає оновленння.

Un mini appartamento per viaggi tra amici

La camera si presenta larga e spaziosa quindi se qualcuno deve stare più giorni ed ha attrezzature e valigie è ottima, da la privacy ad ogni membro del gruppo (3 camere di cui una tripla e due doppie) con bagno e cucina in comune, quindi con qualche euro in più una comitiva anzichè prendere un ostello, può avere accesso ad un mini appartamento. la zona comune ha un enorme tavolo al centro (leggermente ingombrante) e la cucina era ben organizzata e sistemata

Da migliorare c'è molto, il bagno leggermente scomodo, molto piccolo, il doccino ha visto giorni migliori, un pò usurato, erano state lasciate stoffe di biancheria (lenzuoli e coperte) in asciugatrice il che non è il top. Letti che appena ti siedi o muovi cigolano come se stai saltando sopra, più una stanza aveva un letto che era un pò cedevole. Pavimento che scricchiola in maniera assurda e la notte svegli tutti, neanche Pantera Rosa riuscirebbe ad essere silenziosa con quel pavimento. Arrivare all'appartamento è un avventura e i locatari al piano di sopra si sentono. Molti infissi non si aprivano tipo quello del bagno. La proprietà abbiamo provato a contattare per info e dettagli tramite Booking non abbiamo mai ricevuto un messaggio di risposta tranne quello automatico per l'accesso all'alloggio con check in autonomo. La piscina che viene indicata come parte integrante (noi pensavamo tipo appartamento al secondo piano e piscina in sotterranea) è totalmente in un altro palazzo distante 50 metri, quindi non si dovrebbe considerare come parte integrante della "struttura" devi andare appositamente lì (è come dire per la mia residenza che c'è il campo da tennis accessibile, quando invece la struttura si trova affianco a casa mia come altra propritetà...)

Расположение. До города можно дойти пешком, возле дома бесплатная парковка, магазин недалеко.

Запах в квартире был неприятный, сломанная кровать в одной комнате, остальные очень старые, обстановка в целом очень устаревшая, полы безумно скрипят, ночью шумно от дороги и соседей, которые громко слушали музыку. При заезде работала сушильная машина, которая создавала много шума, неприятного запаха и тепла, при том что на улице жара.

C’est la première fois que je laisse un avis aussi négatif sur Booking, mais notre séjour justifie cette démarche. À l’arrivée, nous découvrons que le jeu de clés de l’appartement se trouve dans un boîtier accessible. Comme il n’y a qu’un seul jeu de clés, il est impossible de circuler librement si plusieurs personnes partagent le logement. Le bâtiment est ancien et mal entretenu. L’aspect général rappelle un HLM, avec plusieurs blocs d'appartements, de la rouille un peu partout sur le grillage, et même de nombreuses boîtes à rats visibles dans la cour. Cela ne donne pas une bonne première impression. En entrant dans l’appartement, le sèche-linge était plein de linge mouillé (serviettes, draps). Nous avons dû le vider, séparer le linge et relancer deux cycles de séchage dès notre arrivée – pas idéal après un long trajet et le déchargement compliqué de la voiture. Le stationnement est difficile, surtout en journée. Un parking payant existe à proximité, mais la rue est très pentue, ce qui rend les aller-retours avec valises ou courses très contraignants. L’intérieur de l’appartement n’était pas propre à notre arrivée : le four était extrêmement sale, de la poussière un peu partout, et seulement une brosse et ramassette étaient disponibles pour l'entretien du sol, malgré un séjour de 14 jours et un grand tapis présent. Le plancher grince énormément, ce qui perturbe le sommeil. Une vis manque sur l enrouleur du volet, ce qui est extremement dangereux, il est donc impossible de le baisser, la lumière rentre dès l’aube. Les portes ferment mal, et la literie est très inconfortable – même sans problèmes de dos, nous nous réveillions courbaturés. Nous avons dû louer deux chambres d’hôtel supplémentaires pour pouvoir nous reposer un minimum durant notre séjour. Il n'y a pas de salon La troisième chambre contient un petit lit, probablement un canapé-lit, une personne de taille moyenne y dépasse largement.

La struttura era pulita, posizionata in un bel quartiere tranquillo.

Struttura vecchia, con lenzuola che hanno visto tempi migliori. È un appartamento che sembra molto più grande dalle foto ma a cui sono stati palesemente usati soggiorno e sala da pranzo per avere più camere. I pavimenti scricchiolano paurosamente. Nel bagno la lavatrice era piena con lenzuola a mollo nell'acqua. In terrazzino abbiamo trovato un pannolino sporco abbandonato. Il lavandino della cucina ci è rimasto in mano quando abbiamo provato a girarlo. Non c'era neache uno scottex o un tovagliolo. Da evitare.

Apartman je prostran, ugodan i topal. Iako je na glavnoj cesti, uopce se ne cuje buka izvana. Centar grada je udaljen 15 minuta pjesice. Parking je javni, ali se ne placa.
