- Mancata manutenzione dell’appartamento:
Il condizionatore non raffrescava e essendo un sottotetto fa veramente caldo
- le finestre dei lucernari non si aprono perché sono stati rimossi i motori e sono state avvitate venendo meno i rapporti aeranti dell’appartamento;
- il lavandino scarica con difficolta l’acqua
- le padelle presenti sono davvero molto sporche
