We had a two days stay in February, during some cold days.
The appartment was nice, cosy and spaceous, in the city center. It was super clean, warm and had all the modern facilities needed for a short or longer stay. Complementary coffee capsules, variety of tea bags, tost and marmelade were a nice touch. Big flat TV with Netflix too. The beds were clean and comfortable. All furniture and the facilities were brand new, or at least in excellent shape.
Roberto was nice and helpful, he even managed to provide a parking space for us on the street, which is a hard thing to find in the center for a vehicle of any size. The pizzeria he recommended was perfect.
Overall it was a great find, a good value with an excellent and carring host.
The appartment is one floor below the ground floor (the building is on a slope, so it's a normal appartment). The stairs were a bit narrow for carrying our luggage down and up, and the elevator was not working.
The way to the city includes some stairs, which could be a problem for older and people with dissabilities.
Everything else was nice.
