L' appartamento era molto pulito, spazioso e accogliente. È stata importante la presenza di due bagni (visto che eravamo in sei). Francesco, il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo, sempre presente e disponibile, attento alle nostre esigenze. Lo consiglio a tutti!!

Muy buena ubicación en el centro de la cuidad todo a mano, comercios, restaurantes, sitios de interés y transporte público. Apartamento limpio y cómodo… muy recomendable.

We walked from the train station and there was a large uphill section. There was only 1 trash in the apartment, none in the bathrooms. There were no instructions in the room. The hot water was off. We arrived late so we had cold showers. We didn't realize the checkout was at 10 and my husband and I went to grab breakfast. We received a call from the owner and told him we'd be back in 5 minutes. When we arrived, our children and all of our belongings were sitting on the step outside. The cleaning woman had yelled at them and told them to get out. I thought this was very unreasonable as it was 1020. The apartment was also on street level next to a parking lot which was loud early and late. We only spoke to the owner via phone and his English was limited.
