I highly suggest not renting this apartment.

It’s a spacious apartment

There was no parking available. I tried calling the number provided on Booking.com, but it was disconnected. In the shower, the showerhead is not mounted to the wall, so you have to hold it the entire time. The boiler kept turning on and off by itself. I had to research online just to figure out how to use it.

Good value for money, with quite a few “typically Italian laid-back” solutions.

Location and size of the flat very good. The apartment is spacious and simply furnished. There are only shutters, no curtains, which could be seen as a downside.

The mattresses on the beds are too soft. The stairwell is musty, but the building is quite old so that’s not surprising. The parking remote doesn’t work, but the garage can be opened with a key. If it closes automatically by the time you park in the tight parking spaces, it will be difficult to get out without knowing Italian. Attached is a photo of the switch that opens the gate.

Great location and apartment.

Some strange gross stuff in the freezer. There was laundry in the laundry machines when we arrived and the landlord/owner was unresponsive to messages. When we arranged to check out late, he didn’t inform the cleaning lady.

Location, though not perfect, is good enough.

Building was falling apart (literally). Very old, and not taken care of. Host is not always answering your messages. Shower has no curtain, so showering is a mess (imagine 4 people in a row). It was a night with lightning/haze storm; there were no blankets at sight. Finally they were under a sofabed which wasn't in use. Host does not provide good insight about the property.

Cozy and overall great experience

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. There were more than enough clean towels and other supplies such as toilet paper provided. The location of the apartment is great, it is very close to the city center.

Lage und Wohnung toll, Vermieter untragbar

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage zur Innenstadt und liegt sehr leise. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung solange man nicht wirklich kochen will. Wären nicht die negativen Punkte unter, hätte es 5 Sterne verdient!

Die versprochene Fernbedienung zum Parkplatz war nicht auffindbar und der Vermieter hat auf Nachfrage nicht reagiert. Am letzten Tag ist die Heizung inklusive Warmwasser ausgefallen und der Vermieter meinte nur, dass er erst in zwei Tagen etwas unternehmen kann. Keine Heizlüfter oder ähnliches, keine Entschuldigung oder gar Preisreduzierung.

Дуже просторі апартаменти. 2 санвузли - дуже чудово. Близьке розташування до центру міста. До супермаркету можна пройтися пішки.

Запах з комори біля кухні - при відкриванні дверей просто вбив на повал. Варто було б встановити напис на дверях, не відмикати. В одній з кімнат дуже скрипуче ліжко, варто відремонтувати.

Városközponti nyugodt szálláshely

A szállás pár perc sétára helyezkedik el a tengerparttól. Egy tipikus bérházi ingatlan szuperül hangszigetelő ablakokkal, amelyek egy olyan nyüzsgő városban, mint Trieszt, nagyon jó szolgálatot tesznek. A lakás nagyszerűen felszerelt. A szobák egymásból nyílnak, egy mosdó és egy fürdő található benne. Ez 7 ember esetén nem annyira szerencsés, de rövid tartózkodás esetén azért nem okoz problémát. A belváros tényleg egy ugrásra van, a környék tele van jobbnál jobb éttermekkel, fagylaltozókkal, kávézókkal és még egy Spar is pár percre van a lakástól. A jó hangszigetelésnek köszönhetően a nyugodt pihenés biztosított. Érintkezésmentes be- és kijelentkezés. Nagy piros pont a garázshelyért!

Nie wieder!

Das Beste an der Unterkunft war die Garage für unser Fahrzeug, da es an Parkmöglichkeiten im Umfeld mangelt (auch wenn im offenen Bereich die Tauben das Auto vollgeschissen haben). Aber auch die die Nähe zur Stadt und zum Bus sind positiv zu bewerten.

Schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowohl per Mail als auch telefonisch. Erst kurz vor der Ankunft wurde der Code für die Schlüsselbox mitgeteilt, um die Fernbedienung für das Garagentor aus der Wohnung zu holen. Die Suite Mitteleuropa ist zwar wie beschrieben sehr groß, befindet sich aber in einem eher heruntergekommenen Haus. Die Terrasse ist ein kleiner Balkon zum Innenhof, der durch die Aussicht und die lästigen Tauben nicht wirklich zum Verweilen einlädt. Als wir ankamen liefen noch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner im Bad, im 3. Schlafzimmer war das Bett von den Vorgängern noch nicht abgezogen. Küchenutensilien ungepflegt, Wasserkocher total verkalkt, Wasserhahn in der Küche lose, Beckenabfluss im Bad durch eklige Haare verstopft, Tischset kaputt, Taubenabwehrnetz am Balkon lose und voller Federn, usw. Die Wohnung ist schlecht verwaltet und ungepflegt. Da hilft auch die Ausstattung mit Billardtisch in der Diele, antikem Herd in der Küche oder stylischen Deckenlampen nichts, wenn es an Sauberkeit mangelt. Übrigens: Am Abreisetag war die Wäsche immer noch in der Waschmaschine und im Trockner. Aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen haben wir uns für die Buchung der Suite entschieden. Leider können wir diese positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.

Eendak boven je hoofd, maar geen verblijf waar je je op je gemak voelt zeker niet met 8 personen. .

Locatie was goed

De bedden waren van minimale kwaliteit. Maakten veel geluid bij het omdraaien en verschoven op de vloer. Er zou een tweede badkamer zijn, maar die was er niet. Zowel de wasmachine als de droger zaten vol met wasgoed en draaiden. Een mail gestuurd naar het mailadres, wat doorgegeven was, waar we onze gegevens van de persoons documenten naar toe moesten sturen, dat ze de was konden ophalen werd niet gereageerd. Er was geen vaatdoekje bij het aanrecht. Stoelen bij de eettafel waren gammel. Ingang van de appartementen complex was niet representatief, zelfs wat onverzorgd. (appartementen complex ernaast bv zag er zeer verzorgd uit)

Authentisch wohnen in Triest

Die neu und sehr sensibel renovierte Wohnung ist ein einem Jahrhundertwendehaus, in dem noch vieles ursprünglich / unrenoviert ist. Man kann sehr gut nachempfinden, wie das Leben in diesen Häusern vor 100 Jahren war. Wunderbar auch, dass in der Wohnung viele historische Momente erhalten geblieben sind. (Ofen, Parkettboden, Flügeltüren, Wandschränke ...). Sehr gut und unkompliziert war auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Schade fanden wir, dass der Balkon zum romantischen Innenhof etwas lieblos gestaltet ist ..

L’appartamento è capiente e in un’ottima posizione. Arredamento essenziale ma moderno. La disponibilità di un posto auto è determinante.

La mancanza in una camera di un armadio( ma sarebbe bastato uno stand) per appoggiare valigia e vestiti. E la cosa più importante è la presenza di un solo bagno. Nella descrizione viene scritto 1,5 ma nel bagno più grande non c’è il Water e quindi di fatto il bagno è uno solo.

Чудові апартаменти з зручним розташуванням Апартаменти дуже комфортні та просторі. Розташування ідеальне: всього 5 хвилин до набережної та 10 хвилин до центру. Квартира чиста, затишна, з балконом і всім необхідним для комфортного проживання. Особливо вдячні за гараж – це дуже зручно. Окремо хочемо відзначити господаря: він завжди був на зв’язку та допоміг нам, коли ми не змогли знайти квартиру при заселенні.
