Apartment is precious. very good location to reach everything by foot.

Booking.com states “parking on site” which is false. Impossible to get to property with car. If you carry a lot of luggage (like we did) you need to be sporty and accept complications, especially with an over-loaded Trieste.

We have stayed in a few locations in Trieste but this apartment has an unbeatable location. Walking distance to everything and just a few minutes walk to San Giusto carpark. Really comfortable and beautifully decorated. Thank you, we had a lovely stay over new year!

So, this place is about 100 steps from the main square in Trieste...sometimes the area gets a little crowded when the big cruise ships come in, but lots of outdoor dining, coffee shops, stores, etc nearby. Relatively short walk from the Trieste centrale train station. The apartment itself is very nice, neat, clean, and agree with previous comment that lock box instructions would be useful, as I tried what worked in the past with these units, but no avail (perhaps not for guest use). Kitchen was simple but didn't use it other than storing drinks in the sizable fridge/freezer. Netflix worked for me no problem, and many of the movies have closed caption in English, so even if the audio language is in Italian, I was still able to enjoy several movies.

fantastic location- spacious apartment - very luminous - above a "mall area" so some times noisy/loud music - bathroom has many towels and toiletries ,kitchen is basic/ functional / easy to to walk to everything in Trieste. Eataly, grocery store , is a few minutes walking. Also found many local grocery stores/green grocers and fresh fish in the area. Bed very comfortable. Very open space and comfortable.. Host very responsive and attentive

the couch is a pull out bed - so for actually sitting in it very uncomfortable! so we just pulled it out and used the bed as a large couch! The kitchen is bare basics - the stove top is glass push button "conductive" pulsing rubbish - impossible to use/cook with......if you're actually cooking! Netflix on the TV was very slow or did not work??? the lock box directions were not complete - might be a good idea to include a video of how the combination works and then how to pull the box open.....

Excellent place to stay!

We have rented many apartments in Trieste and this is our favorite. Communication was fast and easy. The apartment was very clean. The location is exceptional with the apartment being right in the center in a pedestrian zone. The good windows eliminated all noise. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon kept the apartment cool even during an unusually hot period in the city.

Tolle Lage und Haus mit Charme

Absolute Traumlage! Man ist mitten in der Altstadt und kann zu Fuß überall direkt hinkommen. Es ist trotz der Lage sehr ruhig in der Wohnung. Das Auto konnten wir total problemlos in der Theaterplatz-Tiefgarage abstellen- kostet zwar 22,- Euro am Tag, dafür aber sicher und nah. Die Wohnung hat Charm und ist hell.

1. Keinerlei direkten Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Am zweiten Tag wurden wir knapp per SMS aufgefordert, unsere Pässe zu schicken… wirkte sehr unfreundlich und anonymisiert. 2. Es gab kein Messer, um Brot vom Bäcker zu schneiden und auch kein Schneidebrett. 3. Die Dusche ist in der Badewanne- extrem hoher Badewannenrand zum Einsteigen und sehr eng und dazu extrem rutschig. Für Personen mit Behinderungen wirklich eine Katastrophe, sollte man vorher wissen. 4. Alle Fenster (!!) der Wohnung gehen zum Innenhof raus- man hat keinerlei Ausblick, guckt nur auf Hauswände. 5. Das Sofa ist total durchgesessen und sehr ungemütlich zum Sitzen. Dadurch kann man sich in der Wohnung eigentlich nicht aufhalten zum Entspannen. Außer man liegt auf dem Bett oder mag auf einem der Plastikstühle sitzen am Tisch…. Sicherlich empfindet man Gegebenheiten unterschiedlich und subjektiv- das Sofa, die Aussicht und die Badewannendusche sind eher objektiv ungünstig.

Wenn jemand Stadt und Meer liebt liegt er/sie hier 100% richtig

Tolle Lage ums Eck vom Piazza di Unita, großzügige Wohnung, alles neu und schön ausgestattet. Man kauft einen Illy Café für die vorhandene Mokka oder/und geht in die unzähligen Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe

Super tolle Lage, sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartement und auch sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Vanessa war erreichbar.

Die Matratze im Bett fanden wir nicht sooo bequem...ist aber bekanntlich bei jeder Person anders.

Voor ons geen probleem maar houd rekening met een douche in het bad. Ook parkeren in Trieste is echt niet evident, in het weekend zijn ‘‘s avonds alle parkings volzet. Arriveer best in de ochtend.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und ist doch sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und die Küche gut ausgestattet.

Das Schlagsofa könnte ausgetauscht werden, da man nicht bequem darauf sitzen kann.
