Ideal place to discover Trieste.

Everything was really perfect, the place had a very good athmosphere. Everything was clean and comfortable. We stayed only for 1 night, but we really liked the place and we would return again. Parking was in safe garage near to the apartman, it was very easy to find it. The apartman has a very good location, only few minutes from the centre.

Exceeded stay in Trieste with safe parking

Excellent appartment near city centre, which has everything, we needed for comfortable stay :) I chose this appartment for our stay - my parents and me together after lots of years :) I must say, that also safe parking space was ready to use and is located only few meters from the appartment :) Small breakfast was tasty :) This appartment exceeded my expectations 👍🏻

Great to have a parking place with the apartment.

The studio is very spacious and it is amazing to have a parking place in Trieste. There is an amazing coffee machine and the kitchen is very well equipped. It was nicely decorated.

Sheets were small for beds, you got easily uncovered. There was only one small sachet of gel/shampoo per person. Some cutlery was dirty. No dishwasher pot for the dishwasher.

Great location but disapointing stay due to overly casual host

The location is great in the very center of the city and the nearby parking garage makes it perfect for people coming by car. It could be good for a group of friends who don't need wifi and don't mind the issues outlined below.

While the apartment itself would have been okay, we were very unpleasantly surprised by the host and their actions made it hard to enjoy our stay. First, they replied in Italian to a question about check in that I sent in English (I google translated it, but so could they). Then, when we arrived, the sofa was pulled out even though there were only two guests (and there is a bed), so we couldn't enjoy it as a sofa (we tried to close it, but the mechanism seemed fragile). Most shockingly, the washing machine was on, mid-wash with a load of laundry (sheets, from what I could see), with no note on why that was the case. The checkout time is 11, and we checked in quite late - 4 pm, and we arrived later than that, so while something unexpected could have happened to not be able to sort out the cleaning in 5 hours, we would expect to be notified. We had no idea if someone would be coming after the end of the wash cycle, and in the end, they didn't, so the wet laundry sat in the machine overnight until we left the next morning, which made us question the cleanliness of our sheets. If the initial communication with the host was better and if the apartment had wifi, maybe we would have addressed this with them during the stay, but as things were we were just looking forward to leaving, unfortunately.

Appartamento molto caratteristico centrale e silenzioso,ottimo il parcheggio privato

Posizione ottima molto centrale, appartamento silenziosissimo nonostante sia a livello strada, comodissimo il parcheggio privato a pochi passi dalla struttura .Caldo e accogliente con entrata indipendente.Camera da letto molto ampia ,bel salone con cucina a vista .Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Un po' più manutenzione delle bocchette di aria nei bagni ciechi ,piene di polvere . Nell'appartamento si sente l'odore di muffa

Bien pero mejorable, excelente ubicación

La ubicación, que contase con parking (en una ciudad donde es difícil y caro aparcar en el centro), los dos baños y los juegos de mesa.

El parking no está en el mismo lugar que el apartamento, lo que puede dificultar la llegada si se cuenta con mucho equipaje, tampoco se puede aparcar en frente del apartamento para descargar las maletas. Había mucho olor a humedad. La lavadora tenía ropa en su interior. Hay que tener en cuenta que las ventanas dan a la calle y no está insonorizado. La ducha no drena bien el agua y se acumula. Consultamos si era posible hacer uso de una hora más del parking (para dejar nuestras maletas seguras) y la respuesta fue negativa, lo cual es entendible. Sin embargo, esto derivó a que el personal de limpieza llegara 10 minutos antes de la hora del check out, invitándolos a irnos antes de tiempo. Está situación fue trasladada al propietario el cual nos indicó que es una conducta habitual del personal de limpieza y que no nos estaba echando, solo verificando si nos habíamos ido antes. No nos echaron como tal pero al tener el personal de limpieza tocando tu puerta te invita gentilmente a irte.

Struttura un po' trascurata

- La posizione, eccellente - il garage con posteggio privato e completamente chiuso, sicuramente un grande vantaggio visto come il centro di Trieste viene preso d'assalto dalle auto che sono letteralmente parcheggiate ovunque

- il telecomando del garage é mezzo rotto e non riuscivamo ad entrare appena arrivati: quando abbiamo contattato la struttura (presumibilmente il proprietario) ci é stato detto che dovevamo aspettare un'ora e parcheggiare da un'altra parte - la lavastoviglie non funzionava: ho contattato la struttura via booking, ma nessuna risposta - odore persistente di muffa - muffa sulle ventole in bagno - lavatrice e asciugatrice completamente piene di roba dimenticata li dentro - piumino dei letti singoli senza copripiumino e macchiato

Buen apartamento

Apartamento muy completo. Cama cómoda. Que acepten perros. Buen Wifi. Buen aire acondicionado. Nos dejaron cápsulas de café y mermelada.

Faltaba un sofá cómodo, en vez de 2 butacas. La Ubicación no es la mejor, pero para nosotros no fue un problema, ya que en 30 min. De paseo estás en el centro

Dobré umístění, garáž, chybějící a nefunkční vybavení, majitel nekomunikuje.

Ubytování je prostorné, čisté, garáž je cca 200 metrů od ubytování, je dostatečně velká pro Škodu Octavii 3 combi. Ubytování je blízko centra, restaurací i městské pláže.

Nefungovala trouba, myčka, odtok ve sprše byl ucpaný a chyběla mikrovlnná trouba. Celé jsme měli snahu to řešit přímo s majitelem, ale neodpovídal na zprávy ani v angličtině ani v italštině. Majiteli jsme dali na odpověď 3 dny, nakonec jsme to řešili přes booking, se kterým také nekomunikoval.

Albtraum

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Loft. Vorab wurden viele Dinge versprochen, die absolut nicht eingehalten wurden. Besonders kritisch: Es wurde angegeben, dass das Zimmer rollstuhlgerecht sei. In der Realität konnte ich jedoch weder das Schlafzimmer noch die Toilette betreten, da die Durchgänge und Zugänge nicht barrierefrei waren. Für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen ist dies schlicht unzumutbar. Die irreführenden Angaben haben meinen Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt, und ich kann diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist eine reine Katastrophe.

Tolle Wohnung, ABER....

Gross und geräumig. Super Lage. Der Parkplatz (Garage) war super; ist aber für grössere Autos recht eng. Auch die Einfahrt von der Strasse her, da auf der rechten Straßenseite immer Autos geparkt sind. Mit unserem VW Touran kein Problem.

Einiges in der Beschreibung stimmt nicht; Im Wohnzimmer steht kein Bettsofa, sondern zwei schmale Einzelbetten. Es hat zwar einen Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine und Trockner, aber der Geschirrspüler funktioniert nicht und in Waschmaschine und Trockner waren noch Wäsche drin. In der Dusche waren im Ablauf-Sieb Haare, die den Ablauf verstopften. In der Wohnung hat es keine Weingläser. Auf dem Bild das aussieht als ob es eine Klimaanlage hätte, handelt es sich nur um ein Thermometer. In der Beschreibung steht, die Wohnung ist Rollstuhl-Gerecht; zur Toilette und ins Schlafzimmer muss man aber zwei Stufen hoch.

Notte tra amiche in contesto comodissimo e coccolo

Appartamento ampio e in posizione centralissima. Super pulito. Qualche giorno prima dell'arrivo ho chiamato l'host per avere delle informazioni aggiuntive. E' stato davvero gentile e chiaro. La comodità di avere un parcheggio coperto in un garage chiuso vicinissimo all'alloggio è davvero impagabile. Grazie di tutto!

Большая и просторная квартира. Удобное расположение, рядом пиццерии и магазины. Есть место для парковки в гараже, который располагается рядом (не любая машина войдёт в гараж, наша Шкода Октавия 2020 г. седан вошла ровно ровно, чтобы аккуратно закрыть гараж). А в целом хорошие апартаменты.

Die Lage war super, alles sauber und ordentlich. Der Parkplatz war uns wichtig. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt eine klare Empfehlung.

An heißen Tagen ist eine Klimaanlage sinnvoll, aber es gab Ventilatoren, hat auch gepasst.

Abbastanza vicino al centro

TUTTO!!! L’appartamento non era stato pulito affatto, peli ovunque nel bagno, abbiamo osato passare un fazzoletto di carta sul water ed è uscito nero! Per non parlare del pavimento, un sudiciume!!! Ho tolto le scarpe e camminato a piedi nudi con risultato di piedi neri come se stessi camminando in strada! Senza contare che parla di “Loft” senza specificare che è un appartamento che dà sul marciapiede.Indisponibilità assoluta da parte dell’host che nonostante le 30 (di numero) chiamate il giorno seguente al ns arrivo, si è rifiutato di rispondere ma comunicava solo via messaggi, fingendo un “faccio venire la signora a pulire” ma neanche i capelli dal bagno ha tolto.

Große Unterkunft

Schöne, große Unterkunft, welche ebenerdig erreichbar ist und für uns mit Kinderwagen perfekt war. Der Parkplatz ist eng aber unser A4 Avant (Kombi) hat problemlos drauf gepasst. Trotz fast 30 Grad draußen war es in der Unterkunft angenehm kühl. Eine Klimaanlage haben wir nicht vermisst. Das Internet war super schnell.

Der Host antwortet auf keine Nachrichten und am Morgen der Anreise haben wir eine Anleitung erhalten, wie wir einchecken können. Das Bett war sehr weich, durchgelegen und hat geknarzt. In der Küche fehlte Spülmittel und Tabs. Das Wasser in der Dusche konnte nicht richtig ablaufen.

Comodo appartamento vicino al mare e al centro

La struttura è al piano terra, facilmente accessibile e il parcheggio è a pochissima distanza, coperto e davvero ampio (cosa che per Trieste non è facile da trovare!) Sì è vicinissimi alla passeggiata lungo il mare e al centro città. L' appartamento è grande e ben tenuto!
