Great Location

Exceptional location, central area with street full of restaurants and bars. A short walk took us to the waterfront and the main cultural and shopping streets. Street noise was minimal from the 4th floor! The apartment was clean, bedrooms spacious and the beds comfortable.

Nothing major but we arrived late at night, there was no water in the fridge or coffee pods (there was a Nespresso machine) There is no living room with comfortable chairs or a sofa and the balcony is tiny - only room for standing.

Für unseren Silvestertrip wirklich prima. Wenn auch Anfangs sehr kalt.

Die Lage war fantastisch! Auch wenn unten in der Gasse Party war hat Mandats in der Wohnung nicht gehört!!zumindest wenn die Fenster geschlossen waren. Die Betten waren gemütlich.

Mit Klimaanlage heizen funktioniert nur so la la. Wir kamen in eine 15 Grad kalte Wohnung. Den ersten Abend und die Nacht haben wir bitterlich gefroren. Der Vermieter konnte aber dann über WA helfen. Nur ein Hochtisch mit Barstühlen in der Küche. Außer in den Betten konnte man es sich nirgendwo gemütlich machen. Die Toilette ist so schmal, dass man mit den Schultern fast die Wände berührt. Die Küche ist wirklich spärlich ausgestattet. 2 Dosen Salz und 5 Teebeutel. Aber wir waren selbst gut ausgerüstet.

Alles sehr gut.

In der Nacht wurde es schon ein bisschen laut, weil das App. direkt über der Gasse ist. Aber es war mit Ohrstöpseln und Fenster geschlossen (super Fenster!) möglich, gut zu schlafen.

Bell'appartamento nel centro di Trieste

L'appartamento è molto centrale e vicino a tutti i servizi. E' risultato molto pulito con camere spaziose e con tutto il necessario per la vacanza. Il terrazzino è un bel plus da cui si vede anche uno scorcio di mare. Pur affacciando in una via molto frequentata e piena di locali l'alloggio è risultato silenzioso.

Il bagno è suddiviso in due stanze separate e dunque non molto comodo. Il letti sono molto duri (a qualcuno può ovviamente piacere). L'ascensore, da 2 persone, ricavato nel vano scale, è molto angusto ma, essendo l'appartamento al 4° piano, molto utile.

Trieste molto bella

La posizione. Gli interni moderni ed essenziali. La cucina funzionale e nuova. Le cabine armadio.

Il sistema di riscaldamento a split. Si è raggiunta la temperatura ottimale di 21^C dopo 2 giorni nei quali si è vissuto a 19^C. In ogni modo la camera verso la strada anche dopo 4 giorni non superava i 20^C.
