The apartment is in excellent condition and has all the amenities you need. The location allows for easy exploration of the city itself and is close to public transportation if you want to visit other places. Restaurants and a grocery store are nearby. The owner is very helpful.
This is not a major drawback and the biggest problem for a tourist, but if you need to use WiFi, unfortunately the connection speed is terrible - probably a lot of unauthorized users are using WiFi.
