Positiv: Lage, Tiefgarage
Verbesserungswürdig: Schlüsselübergabe. Abgesehen davon, dass die Codes für die Türen sehr oft nicht funktionierten, ist es absolut nicht zu verstehen, dass es für die Garageneinfahrt keinen Code gibt. Man muss in der sehr engen Straße, wo man so gut wie nie parken kann, erst den Garagenschlüssel aus dem Apartment holen, um in die Garage zu kommen. Das ist für alle Beteiligten ziemlich kompliziert und verursacht unter Umständen einen Verkehrsstau.

Toller Neubau mit großzügiger Tiefgarage, auch vom Bahnhof gut erreichbar - sehr zentral - praktisch in der Innenstadt - 3 Minuten entfernt ist ein riesen Supermarkt. Großzügiges Bad mit großer Dusche (Regendusche). Küche mit Grundausstattung sowie Nespressokapselmaschine - Kühlschrank inklusiveTiefkühlfach. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage. Ruhig mit Innenhofaussicht. Man kann zu zweit sehr gut längere Zeit dort verbringen - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr gerne wieder!

La posizione è ottima, vicino al centro, alla stazione dei treni, servita dai supermercati...apprezzata tantissimo, ed inoltre dotata di un posto per l'auto.
Non abbiamo nulla da rilevare.
