Perfect stay in Trieste

This accommodation is spacious and centrally located. Maria our host was great. We were able to check in very late (our flight was delayed). Good kitchen and plumbing. The apartment has parking included. This would be helpful if you decide to come by car.

In Italy, they have a check in with some formalities. I understand that this unavoidable and required by law.

Very clean and in a central location. The garage was very useful.

It can be hard to park into the garage with a big car. A bit noisy in the night if you don't close the windows.

Unloved & uncared for

Hall way looks impressive then it's all down hill . Probably OK for 2 person to share but not 4 person

There was 1 three seater sofa for 4 person, really shabby and covered in an old bed sheet. Getting access to the apartment after a long train journey is complicated and badly managed, it would have taken a few minutes to be met and shown in . Poorly equipped ktn Aggressive notice on main door to remove all rubbish otherwise a fine . Smaller 2nd bedroom is a joke , lots of unusable cupboards mostly with no shelves or ex supermarket hangers . Light well with no blinds will give a constant light show all night . No provision for bedside light/ table on left side. Shower is great but do not use any other water source whilst someone is showering otherwise they'll get scolded. Basically it's a money machine which feels unloved and uncared for.

Superb

Location was excellent, 2 minutes from train station, 5 minutes from city centre. Apartment up only 1 flight of stairs. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, very good microwave with facility for grilling, oven, iron and board, hairdryer. Lovely restaurants about 10 minutes walk away in city centre.

We had to make our way to a different location about 500m away towards city centre to collect the keys, and then make our way to the apartment. Never met any staff. Instead we communicated via WhatsApp. If you want to use the washing machine, take your own detergent as it's not provided in case of allergies.( All other liquids, dishwasher tablets etc are provided). Sofa and chairs could do with renovating (stained and damaged through wear and tear.) Sofa was covered with a sheet.

Short but sweet holiday

Spacious apartment, perfectly clean, equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The host Viviana was very warm and accommodating, with clear and detailed answers to all our questions. The parking lot in the basement of the building is also commendable, although the access is just a bit difficult, it is sufficient even for slightly larger vehicles.

Very bright and stylish place

The hosts have strange and complicated system of key handout, and as I said that I would like to be greeted at the place and receive the key, they responded that it would cost 20 euro as they have another job and I seem to interrupt it. Very strange, it seams to be some flat from a firm which they rent to tourists. There also was old garbage from previous time. It was stated that the apartment has two bathrooms, thus another is just a toilet with no shover of bath.

A great space to relax from a busy day, and a great location to explore the city from! The apartment is spacious, located close to parking, supermarket,train and bikesharing station

Unfortunately the previous guests had smoked in the apartment, which was still noticeable

Mobile network coverage in the apartment is almost 0,(as in ALL old buildings in the city) if you need to stay in touch for business or important matters- you should know it to avoid unpleasant surprise.

nice city with lots of history

Fully equipped and very clean apartment, in a good location. 10 min walk from the Grand Canal, close to the train station and public transport. Giulia was a very good host.

Posizione ottima, a solo 150mt dalla stazione e vicina al centro. Casa spaziosa, comoda e molto pulita, dotata di molti dettagli per la comodità, tutto il necessario e anche qualche extra. Personale molto gentile e disponibile

Es hat uns so gefallen, dass wir gerne wiederkommen.

Trotz Nähe zum Bahnhof und Verkehrslärm sehr ruhig. Auch kein Lärm im Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Die Garage ist sehr eng. 2 WC sehr praktisch mit Fenstern zum Lichthof. Supermarkt (PAM) , Bar und Gelateria in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Leichter Kanalgeruch in Dusche und WC. Dusche hatte leichte Mängel. Beschreibung für Herd fehlt.

Unser Quartier war ein Volltreffer! Die Lage ist exzellent, die Sehenswürdigkeiten (und Cafés) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Appartement ist großzügig geschnitten und auch eingerichtet. Einfach perfekt!
